Nooks publishes no price. Its pricing page, rendered on September 19, 2026, is headed "Get Nooks pricing" and offers a quote form rather than a figure. The only sourced numbers available come from aggregated contract data: Vendr reports a median Nooks contract of $30,105 a year across 57 purchases, with a low of $7,668 and a high of $151,794, and estimates roughly $65 to $150 per user per month depending on tier, term and seat count. Divide the median by that band and the typical Nooks buyer is a team of about 17 to 39 reps.

Nooks is one of the two or three parallel dialers most outbound teams shortlist, and it is the one you cannot budget from its own website. That is not an oversight. It is a consequence of how the product is packaged, and understanding the packaging tells you more about your likely invoice than any of the per-seat figures floating around in roundups.

Below is what Nooks actually publishes, why third-party estimates for the same product differ by a factor of five, what the contract data implies about team size, and what the alternatives cost when they do print a number.

How much does Nooks cost per user?

There is no published per-user price. The most defensible answer is the one that comes with a named source and a sample size: Vendr, which negotiates SaaS contracts and publishes anonymized deal data, lists a median Nooks contract value of $30,105 per year based on 57 purchases, and puts the observed range from $7,668 to $151,794. Its own per-seat estimate is approximately $65 to $150 or more per user per month, varying with plan tier, contract length, seat count and negotiated terms.

Treat that as market context, not a rate card. It is aggregated from real contracts, which makes it far better than an undated number in a listicle, but it is still a distribution rather than a price you can hold Nooks to.

Why does every Nooks price you find online disagree?

Search for a Nooks price and you will find figures ranging from about $85 per user per month to roughly $417. Both camps cite buyer reports. Neither is necessarily lying.

The explanation sits on the Nooks pricing page itself. Nooks is not sold as one product with three tiers. It is sold as a set of modules, and the pricing page lists them with their feature sets rather than their costs: AI Dialer, AI Sequencing, Signals and Intelligence, and AI Coaching. The AI Dialer module covers parallel dialing, multi-line and power dialing, AI answer detection, spam protection, automated number rotation, reputation monitoring, carrier registration, voicemail drops and the virtual salesfloor. AI Sequencing is a separate module that Nooks says replaces Outreach, Salesloft and Apollo sequencing. Signals and Intelligence is a third, covering buying signals, intent scoring and account research.

So a team buying the dialer alone and a team buying the dialer plus sequencing plus signals are both "Nooks customers" paying wildly different per-seat rates. The five-fold spread in published estimates is mostly a module-count difference wearing a discount costume. When someone quotes you a Nooks number, the first question is which modules it covers.

This is also why the comparison people usually want is unfair in Nooks' favor or against it, depending on framing. Against a standalone dialer, a full Nooks stack looks expensive. Against a dialer plus Outreach plus a signals tool, it may not be.

What team size is Nooks actually priced for?

This is the part the contract data answers well, and almost nobody does the arithmetic.

Take Vendr's median of $30,105 a year and divide it by the per-seat band. At the bottom of the band, $65 per user per month is $780 a year, which implies about 39 seats. At the top, $150 per user per month is $1,800 a year, implying about 17 seats. So the median Nooks buyer is running somewhere between roughly 17 and 39 dialing reps.

Median, $30,105/yearAbout 17 seatsAbout 39 seats
High, $151,794/yearAbout 84 seatsAbout 195 seats

Two things follow. First, Nooks does sell to small teams: the low end of the observed range works out to somewhere between four and ten seats, so a team of five is not automatically disqualified the way it is at vendors with a hard licence floor. Orum, by comparison, states a nine-seat minimum above its plan, which rules out smaller teams outright whatever the per-seat figure turns out to be.

Second, the pricing is built around mid-size sales organizations, and the negotiation leverage in that band comes from seat count and term length rather than from features. If you are buying four seats, expect to pay near the top of the per-seat band. If you are buying forty, the median contract says you should not be.

What does an annual Nooks contract commit you to?

Most buyers in Vendr's dataset commit annually, which is the norm for quote-only sales tools and the reason the sticker matters less than the term. A $30,000 annual commitment made in month one is a fixed cost for twelve months regardless of whether your headcount holds, and SDR headcount is one of the least stable lines in a go-to-market budget.

Two practical guards. Ask whether seats can be reduced at renewal or only added mid-term, because a platform that lets you grow but not shrink prices your best-case headcount rather than your actual one. And once the contract is signed, put the committed figure somewhere that alerts you when the line changes instead of discovering a renewal uplift on the invoice, because module creep and seat additions on a quote-only contract do not generate a price announcement the way a published rate card does.

Implementation and onboarding are the other line to ask about directly. Quote-only platforms in this category commonly carry a one-time setup or onboarding fee and per-number provisioning charges, and neither appears in a per-seat comparison.

Which parallel dialers publish a price?

If budgeting without a sales call matters to you, the shortlist is shorter than the category suggests. Here is what published pricing looks like among the platforms an outbound team would evaluate against Nooks, with the date each figure was read.

WavvPreview Line $59, Single Line $99, Multi Line $149 per seat/monthNone statedSeptember 19, 2026

The pattern holds across the category: the more a platform sells itself on AI and bundled workflow, the less of the price you can read. That is not automatically a worse deal, but it changes how you evaluate. Assume any quote-only platform lands above the published alternatives until a written quote says otherwise, and price the published ones first so you have a floor to negotiate against. Our auto dialer pricing breakdown puts the published figures side by side, and parallel dialer software covers what multi-line seats do to your abandoned-call rate.

What to ask on the Nooks demo call

Five questions get you a comparable number faster than a feature walkthrough.

Which modules is this quote for? Get AI Dialer, AI Sequencing, Signals and Intelligence and AI Coaching priced as separate lines, even if you intend to buy the bundle. Without that split you cannot compare the quote to anything.

What is the per-seat rate at my seat count, and at half of it? This surfaces the volume banding and tells you what happens if the team shrinks.

What is the term, and can seats come down at renewal? Annual is standard. Downward flexibility is not.

What is the one-time cost? Onboarding, implementation and number provisioning, itemized.

What happens to spam labeling on my numbers? Nooks includes number rotation, reputation monitoring and carrier registration in the dialer module, which is a genuine strength worth confirming is in your tier. Parallel dialing burns caller reputation faster than single-line dialing, so those controls are load-bearing rather than nice to have.

Is a parallel dialer the right purchase at all?

Worth asking before you negotiate, because every platform on the list above sells the same underlying thing: more dials per hour from the same rep. That ceiling is a person who can hold one conversation at a time, and paying $65 to $150 a seat to approach it faster is a reasonable trade only while you have reps to put in the seats.

Parallel dialing also carries a compliance cost that per-seat comparisons ignore. When two lines answer at once, one person reaches silence, and under the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule that is an abandoned call. The safe harbor allows no more than 3% of calls answered by a person to be abandoned, measured per campaign over each successive 30-day period. Slower modes avoid that exposure entirely, which is the case for progressive and preview dialing on lists where each record is worth reading first.

The third option changes the ceiling rather than the rate. An AI SDR places the calls and holds the conversations, so capacity stops being a function of how many reps you can seat and how fast you can make them dial. If you are weighing a $30,000 annual dialer contract against that, our Nooks alternative comparison sets both out honestly, including where a parallel dialer is the better buy.

Does Nooks publish pricing?

No. As of September 19, 2026 the nooks.ai pricing page is headed "Get Nooks pricing" and invites you to get in touch for a custom quote. It lists product modules and their features rather than tiers and prices, so any per-seat figure you find elsewhere came from a buyer report or an aggregator, not from Nooks.

How much is Nooks per year?

Vendr reports a median Nooks contract of $30,105 a year based on 57 purchases, with observed contracts ranging from $7,668 to $151,794. Those are total annual contract values across all seats and modules, not per-user figures, so a small team at the low end and a large one at the high end can both sit inside that range.

Does Nooks have a seat minimum?

Nooks states no seat minimum publicly. The low end of Vendr's observed contract range, $7,668 a year, works out to roughly four to ten seats at the estimated per-seat band, which suggests small teams do buy it. That is different from Orum, which states a minimum of nine seats directly above its plan.

Is Nooks cheaper than Orum?

Neither publishes a price, so the honest answer is that you cannot compare them without two written quotes. What you can compare is the buying constraint: Orum states a nine-seat minimum, and Nooks does not state one. For a team under nine reps, that difference decides the question before price does.

What does the Nooks AI Dialer module include?

Its pricing page lists parallel dialing, multi-line and power dialing, AI answer detection, spam protection, automated number rotation, reputation monitoring, carrier registration, bi-directional CRM sync, automated voicemail drops, real-time transcription, live battlecards and the virtual salesfloor with listen-in and whisper coaching. Integrations named include Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong and Apollo.

What is a fair Nooks price to negotiate toward?

Use the published alternatives as your floor rather than a target discount. Wavv sells a multi-line seat at $149 and Genesys Cloud CX 1 at $75 per named user includes outbound campaigns, so a Nooks quote well above that band needs to be justified by the sequencing and signals modules you are also buying. Vendr's estimated band of about $65 to $150 per user per month is the range to anchor against.
