Triple Line Dialer and Multi Line Dialer Pricing

You are looking at a line count and a monthly fee, and neither tells you what you will actually pay. The line count is capped by your list and your compliance budget, and the fee is decided by whether the vendor bundles lead data.

Below are the published prices, the real line limits and the add-ons, read from each vendor's own page. Or skip the dialer and let an AI SDR hold the first conversation.

SHORT ANSWER

A triple line dialer calls three numbers at once for one agent, connects the first live answer and hangs up the other two. Published US prices for one agent run from $95 to $349 a month: BatchDialer $95 on annual billing with 3 lines, Mojo $139 per licence plus a required $10 Agent Access fee, Wavv Multi $149 a seat, and REDX PRO $349 with its lead data bundled in. Vulcan7, Kixie and Orum publish no price. Every multi line dialer carries the same legal limit: under the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule, abandoned calls must stay at or below 3% of calls answered by a person.

Why it works

What your team gets with triple line dialer

The line count is not what you pay for

Mojo, Wavv and BatchDialer all sell three or more lines, yet one agent pays anywhere from $95 to $349 a month. The difference is packaging. REDX will not sell its multi line dialer without its lead data, Mojo sells data by the county, and BatchDialer bundles DNC scrubbing into its entry plan. Price the bundle, not the lines.

Two answers at once is an abandoned call

A triple line dialer bets that at most one of three numbers picks up. When two people answer together, one of them reaches silence. Under the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule that is an abandoned call, and the safe harbor allows no more than 3% of calls answered by a person, measured per campaign over 30 days.

You license dialers, not people

Mojo states that each agent who dials simultaneously must have their own dialer licence, while its data subscriptions are shared across the account. So two agents dialing at the same hour pay for two triple line licences, but one set of expired and FSBO data. Team math changes the ranking.

What it handles

Dialed, disclosed and booked on autopilot

The agent works your lead list, discloses it is an AI on every call, scrubs against DNC in real time, qualifies the prospect, handles objections, and books the meeting straight into your calendar and CRM.

  • Holds the first conversation itself, so there is no second answered line waiting for a rep who is already talking
  • No abandoned calls created by line ratios, because no call is placed before there is someone to take it
  • Federal and state DNC suppression applied before every dial instead of sold as a compliance add-on
  • Calling hours enforced in the prospect time zone on every call, including the stricter state windows
  • Qualifies against your criteria and books the meeting straight into your calendar
  • Every call transcribed, dispositioned and written back to your CRM without a rep doing the notes

The landscape

Triple line and multi line dialers side by side

Mojo was re-read from mojosells.com/pricing on September 18, 2026. REDX, BatchDialer, Wavv, Vulcan7 and Kixie were read from their own pricing pages on September 1, 2026, and Orum on September 2, 2026. Where a vendor publishes no price we say so instead of repeating a figure from a roundup.

Dialer Lines and what it dials Published US price, one agent What the price does not show
Mojo Single Line or Triple Line licence. Mojo claims up to 300 calls per hour on Triple Line $139 per Triple Line licence plus $10 Agent Access, so $149 a month to be dialing. Single Line is $89 Lead data is extra and some of it is sold by county: Expired $50, FSBO $25, FRBO $25, Pre-Foreclosures $49, Skip Tracer $49
REDX Multi line dialer on PRO only, up to 300 leads an hour. CONNECT has a single line power dialer PRO $349 a month or $3,480 a year, with five seller lead types, skip tracing and Vortex included. Extra users $99 There is no standalone dialer. The $60 figure in most roundups buys one lead type and no dialer at all
BatchDialer 3 lines per agent on Starter, 5 on the two higher tiers $95, $151 and $199 per agent a month billed annually. Monthly list is $119, $189 and $249 DNC and Litigator scrubbing is included on the $95 plan. Numbers are capped at 10, 40 and 100, then $2, $1.50 and $1 each
Wavv Preview, Single Line and Multi Line seats. Wavv publishes 150 or more calls an hour on Multi Multi $149 a seat a month. Single $99, Preview $59. 5% off at 5 seats, 10% at 10, 15% at 20 No lead data at all, so it suits agents who already have a CRM and a list
Vulcan7 Essential, Executive and Ultimate packages with 1, 2 and 3 power dialer seats No price published. Up to 20% off with annual billing, no long-term contract required One of the most recommended real estate dialers and you cannot budget it without a sales call
Kixie Multi-Line PowerDialer plan. Its plan text says up to 4 lines, its product menu says up to 10 in parallel No price published on any of its three plans DNC scrubbing is a paid compliance add-on. Ask which line count you are buying before you sign
Orum Parallel dialer up to 10 lines, built for B2B sales teams No price published. Minimum 9 seats A team under nine reps cannot buy it at all, whatever the per seat figure turns out to be
ColdCalls.ai An AI SDR places the calls and holds each conversation, so there is no line ratio to set Starter $499, Growth $1,490, Scale $3,900 a month, with a larger connected-minute pool on each higher plan A different product: you buy qualified conversations and booked meetings, not a faster rep. For B2B lists and leads that asked to be called

Vendors change prices without notice. Every figure here is dated and read from the vendor's own page. Check it again before you buy, and treat any undated number from a roundup as unverified.

How much does a triple line dialer cost?

Between $95 and $349 a month for one agent, if the vendor publishes a price at all. The spread has almost nothing to do with the dialer. It comes from what else the vendor makes you buy.

At the bottom, BatchDialer charges $95 per agent a month on annual billing for Starter, which runs 3 lines per agent and already includes DNC and Litigator scrubbing. That is $1,142 a year. Paid monthly, the same plan lists at $119. Mojo sits next: its Triple Line licence is $139, and every user also needs Agent Access at $10, which does not dial, so the practical floor is $149 a month. Wavv prices its Multi Line seat at $149 flat.

At the top, REDX PRO is $349 a month. That looks expensive until you notice it includes all five seller lead types, skip tracing and the Vortex lead manager. REDX does not sell its multi line dialer on its own, so you are buying data with a dialer attached. If you already pay for leads elsewhere, that bundle is dead weight. If you do not, it can be the cheapest route to a full stack.

Three vendors in the table publish nothing. Vulcan7 lists three packages without a figure, Kixie lists three plans without a figure, and Orum shows a form and a minimum of nine seats. The full per-vendor breakdown for agents, including single line options, is on our auto dialer for real estate agents page.

What is the cheapest triple line dialer?

On published list prices, BatchDialer Starter at $95 per agent a month billed annually, or $119 billed monthly. It is also the only one in this group that includes DNC and Litigator scrubbing in its entry plan, which matters more than the headline because scrubbing is what keeps a three line campaign out of trouble.

Cheapest is a trap in two places. First, count the numbers. BatchDialer caps Starter at 10 phone numbers and charges $2 for each one after that, and a team rotating local numbers will pass 10 quickly. Second, count the data. Mojo at $149 looks close to BatchDialer until you add expired listings at $50 and FSBO at $25, which lands at $224, and Mojo sells FSBO, FRBO and pre-foreclosure data by county, so an investor working four counties pays those lines four times.

Run your own list through the numbers: one agent, the data you actually use, the counties you actually farm, and the phone numbers you need. The vendor that wins that sum is rarely the one with the lowest headline.

Mojo triple line dialer cost: the $139 line and everything around it

We re-read Mojo's pricing page on September 18, 2026. The Triple Line Dialer is $139 per licence and the Single Line Dialer is $89, both with unlimited minutes. Agent Access is $10 per user and is required. Optional add-ons are Mojo Voice at $30, call recording at $25 and Mojo Caller ID at $10.

The data is where budgets drift. Neighborhood Search is $49 a month, Expired $50, FSBO $25, FRBO $25, Skip Tracer $49 and Pre-Foreclosures $49. Mojo's own page says FSBO, FRBO and pre-foreclosure data are sold by county and expired data by selected area, so the menu price is a per area price, not a per account one.

The rule that decides team cost is one sentence on the same page: each agent who dials simultaneously must have their own dialer licence. Data is shared across the account. Two agents dialing at the same time therefore cost $298 before data, and the data is paid once. We compared Mojo against the REDX bundle line by line in Mojo dialer pricing vs REDX pricing, where the crossover lands at five lead products.

Is a multi line dialer legal?

Yes, multi line dialers are legal in the US, but they create a specific legal exposure that a single line dialer does not: abandoned calls. Whenever more lines ring than there are agents free, two answers can arrive together, and the second person hears nothing.

The FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule treats a call as abandoned if the person who answers is not connected to a sales representative within two seconds of finishing their greeting. The safe harbor at 16 CFR 310.4(b)(4) requires abandoning no more than 3% of calls answered by a person, measured per campaign over 30 days or per successive 30-day period, and it also requires that every abandoned call plays a recorded message naming the seller and giving a phone number. A dialer that cannot report its abandonment rate leaves you unable to prove any of that.

The other rules apply to the list, not the line count. Residential numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry are off limits for cold solicitation without an established business relationship or permission, and several states add their own calling hours and registries on top. We cover the federal and state rules in Do Not Call rules for businesses and the question of whether dialers themselves count as autodialers in are power dialers illegal.

Best multi line dialer for real estate agents, wholesalers and SDR teams

The best multi line dialer is the one whose bundle matches what you already own. For a solo listing agent who buys no data, Wavv Multi at $149 or Mojo Triple Line at $149 are the cleanest buys. For an agent who wants expired, FSBO and pre-foreclosure leads in the same login, REDX PRO at $349 usually beats assembling the same pieces at Mojo once you pass four or five lead types. For a wholesaling team that wants scrubbing included and five lines per agent, BatchDialer's middle tier at $151 a seat on annual billing is the one to price first.

B2B sales teams are shopping a different category. Orum and Kixie sell parallel dialing to SDRs working business lists from a CRM, and Orum's nine seat minimum decides the question for any team smaller than that. We priced the B2B options in Orum dialer pricing and compared how parallel dialing differs from one line per rep on parallel dialer software.

One question worth asking every vendor, because the answers differ: how many lines does my plan actually run, and can I lower it per campaign? Kixie's own site says up to 4 lines on its Multi-Line plan and up to 10 in its product menu. Get the number written into the order form.

Triple line dialer vs AI cold calling: which one fits your list

A triple line dialer makes a person faster. It does not change who holds the conversation, so your capacity is still hours of an agent with a headset on. Mojo and REDX both claim up to 300 dials an hour on three lines, but the agent can only be in one conversation at a time, and every second answer is either dropped or never dialed.

An AI SDR removes that ceiling. ColdCalls.ai places the call, discloses that it is an AI, qualifies against your criteria, handles the common objections and books the meeting into your calendar, and it can run many conversations at once because there is no queue of reps to feed. Starter is $499 a month for one AI SDR seat with about 1,500 connected minutes. You can compare it with power dialer software on the same terms: what does one booked meeting cost you?

The honest line on fit. The FCC confirmed in February 2024 that AI-generated voices are artificial voices under the TCPA, so an AI calling homeowners who never gave consent is not a lawful replacement for an agent working an expired or FSBO list. AI calling fits business-to-business prospecting and leads who asked to be contacted, such as portal and web form leads, where speed to first call decides who wins the listing. For that second case, see speed to lead software. For cold residential lists, keep a human on the dialer.

How does a triple line dialer work?

You load a list, press start, and the dialer rings three numbers at once. It listens for a human voice. The first live answer is connected to the agent, and the other two lines are hung up and returned to the queue, usually along with busy signals, disconnected numbers and voicemails, which some dialers answer with a pre-recorded voicemail drop.

The speed comes from skipping dead air. Most dials never reach a person, so waiting through them one at a time is where a single line agent loses the hour. Three lines means three chances at a live answer per cycle. The cost is the collision case above: two live answers at the same moment, one of them abandoned. Better dialers let you set the line count per list, so an old expired list can run three lines while a fresh inbound list runs one. Our parallel dialer vs power dialer comparison walks through when each mode pays off.

Good questions

Questions about triple line dialer

Published prices for one agent run from $95 to $349 a month. BatchDialer is $95 on annual billing with 3 lines, Mojo is $139 per Triple Line licence plus $10 Agent Access, Wavv Multi is $149 a seat, and REDX PRO is $349 with lead data included. Vulcan7, Kixie and Orum publish no price.
On published list prices, BatchDialer Starter at $95 per agent a month billed annually, or $119 monthly, with 3 lines per agent and DNC and Litigator scrubbing included. Check the phone number cap: Starter includes 10 numbers and charges $2 for each additional one.
Mojo lists the Triple Line Dialer at $139 per licence a month with unlimited minutes, and every user also needs Agent Access at $10, so the minimum to be dialing is $149. Lead data is extra, from $25 to $50 per list type, and FSBO, FRBO and pre-foreclosure data are sold per county. Read September 18, 2026.
Yes, but every multi line dialer can abandon calls when two people answer together. Under the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule, the safe harbor allows no more than 3% of calls answered by a person to be abandoned per campaign over 30 days, and each abandoned call must play a recorded message naming the seller and a phone number.
A power dialer places one call per available agent and advances automatically, so it cannot abandon a call. A triple line dialer places three calls per agent and connects the first answer, which is faster on lists with low answer rates but can abandon a second answer. Several vendors market multi line dialing under the power dialer label.
Vendors claim up to about 300 dials an hour. Mojo states up to 300 calls per hour on its Triple Line Dialer, REDX states up to 300 leads per hour on PRO, and Wavv publishes 150 or more on Multi Line. Those are dials, not conversations. The agent can still only talk to one person at a time.
Usually for every agent dialing at the same time. Mojo states that each agent who dials simultaneously must have their own dialer licence, while its data subscriptions are shared across the account. REDX charges $99 a month per additional user on PRO, and BatchDialer and Wavv price per seat.
Not for cold residential lists without consent. The FCC confirmed in February 2024 that AI-generated voices count as artificial voices under the TCPA, which requires prior express consent for those calls. AI calling fits B2B prospecting and leads who asked to be contacted, where calling within minutes wins the appointment.
Of the dialers we priced, Vulcan7, Kixie and Orum publish no price on their own sites. Vulcan7 lists three packages with 1, 2 and 3 dialer seats, Kixie lists three plans, and Orum shows a request form and a nine seat minimum. Any figure for them in a roundup came from somewhere other than the vendor.
