Auto Dialer for Real Estate Agents: real estate dialer and auto dialer pricing

Every roundup of real estate dialers says REDX starts at $60 a month. That number is real and it is not the dialer. Sixty dollars buys one lead type, and REDX does not sell its power dialer as a standalone product at all, so the actual entry price for an agent who wants to dial is $299 a month on the CONNECT plan. That single misunderstanding is why so many agents budget for one number and get billed another, and it is the sort of thing you only catch by reading the pricing page rather than the review of it.

We opened the pricing pages for Mojo, REDX, Vulcan7, BatchDialer, Wavv and PhoneBurner on September 1, 2026 and wrote down what each one publishes, including the add-ons and the licences that are quietly required. The pattern that emerges is not about which dialer is fastest. Every one of them will dial a list. The pattern is about how the dialer is packaged with the data, because that is what decides whether your monthly bill is $99 or $400, and it is the only part of the decision that is genuinely hard to reverse once you are in.

SHORT ANSWER Last updated September 2026

A real estate dialer costs between roughly $99 and $349 a month for one agent, and the spread is decided by whether the lead data is bundled with the dialer or sold separately. Mojo sells them apart: $10 a month for the required Agent Access licence, then $89 for a single line dialer or $139 for a triple line, with data products from $25 to $50 each on top. REDX bundles them: individual lead types are $60 a month, but the power dialer is not sold on its own, so the cheapest way to get one is the CONNECT plan at $299 or PRO with the multi line dialer at $349. Vulcan7 publishes three packages and no prices at all. BatchDialer, aimed at investors, is $95 to $199 per agent a month on annual billing, and Wavv sells a dialer with no data at $59 to $149 a seat. All figures read from the vendors' own pricing pages on September 1, 2026.

Why it works

What your team gets with real estate dialer

The advertised price is usually not the dialer

Mojo requires a $10 a month Agent Access licence that grants platform and lead manager access and does no dialing on its own. REDX advertises $60 a month, which buys one lead type; the power dialer arrives only inside the $299 CONNECT plan or the $349 PRO plan. Read what the entry price actually turns on.

Data bundling decides the monthly bill

REDX and Vulcan7 sell leads, CRM and dialer as one package. Mojo, BatchDialer and Wavv let you buy the dialer and add data separately or not at all. If you already have a list, the unbundled route is far cheaper. If you need all five seller lead types, the bundle usually wins.

Mojo data is priced by county, not nationally

Mojo states that For Sale By Owner, For Rent By Owner and Pre-Foreclosure data are sold by county, and Expired data by selected area. Only Neighborhood Search and Skip Tracer include nationwide access. An agent working three counties is not paying the single $25 that the pricing menu shows.

What it handles

Dialed, disclosed and booked on autopilot

The agent works your lead list, discloses it is an AI on every call, scrubs against DNC in real time, qualifies the prospect, handles objections, and books the meeting straight into your calendar and CRM.

  • Calling done without buying a dialer seat, a lead manager licence and a voice add-on for every person who dials
  • No triple line pacing to tune, because there is no seated agent waiting for the next connect
  • Federal and state DNC suppression applied before the dial rather than sold as a compliance add-on
  • Every conversation transcribed, dispositioned and written back without an agent remembering to log it
  • US calling windows enforced in the homeowner time zone, which matters most on expired and FSBO lists

The landscape

What each real estate dialer publishes, vendor by vendor

Every figure below was read from the vendor's own pricing page on September 1, 2026. Where a vendor publishes no price we say so rather than repeat a number from a review site. Prices change without notice, so check before you buy.

Vendor How it is packaged Published US price What the headline price leaves out
Mojo Dialer Dialer and data sold as separate line items, no contract Agent Access $10 per user a month, required. Single Line Dialer $89 per licence, Triple Line Dialer $139 per licence, both with unlimited minutes Agent Access alone does not dial. Mojo Voice $30, call recording $25, Mojo Caller ID $10. Data: Neighborhood Search $49, Expired $50, FSBO $25, FRBO $25, Skip Tracer $49, Pre-Foreclosures $49, and FSBO, FRBO and pre-foreclosure are sold by county
REDX Lead data first, with the power dialer only available inside a bundle Individual lead types $60 a month each or $600 a year. CORE bundle $199 a month. CONNECT, which adds the single line power dialer, $299. PRO, with the multi line dialer, $349 The $60 headline is data, not a dialer. There is no standalone dialer product. Extra users are $75 a month on CORE and CONNECT and $99 on PRO. Annual billing is about 17 percent off across all three bundles
Vulcan7 Leads, CRM, power dialer and whitelisted numbers in one package No price published on the Packages page as of September 1, 2026. Three tiers: Essential, Executive, Ultimate Power dialer seats are 1, 2 and 3 by tier and whitelisted numbers 1, 3 and 5. The page states up to 20 percent off with annual billing and no long-term contract, but you have to ask for the figure it applies to
BatchDialer Predictive and preview dialer built for investors and wholesalers $95, $151 and $199 per agent a month on annual billing, invoiced at $1,142, $1,814 and $2,390 a year. List price is $1,428, $2,268 and $2,988, which is $119, $189 and $249 per agent monthly 3, 5 and 5 lines per agent. 10, 40 and 100 phone numbers included, then $2, $1.50 and $1 each. Real estate lead lists are flat monthly add-ons at $49 for 2,500, $79 for 5,000 and $119 for 10,000, not per agent
Wavv Power dialer that plugs into a CRM you already have Preview Line $59, Single Line $99, Multi Line $149 per seat a month. Seat bands give 5 percent off at 5 to 9 seats, 10 percent at 10 to 19 and 15 percent at 20 or more No lead data of any kind, and no lead manager. You bring the list and the CRM. Multi Line is up to three dialing lines per seat. Unlimited minutes and call recordings on all three tiers, 7 day trial
PhoneBurner General sales power dialer with native CRM write-back $140, $165 and $183 per user a month on annual billing, or $165, $195 and $215 monthly No real estate lead data. ARMOR number reputation protection is a paid add-on on all three tiers. Native integrations include Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Close, monday.com, SugarCRM and GoHighLevel
ColdCalls.ai An AI voice agent that makes the calls, not a dialer for a seated agent Starter $499, Growth $1,490, Scale $3,900 a month, extra connected minutes from $0.12. Planned launch pricing, waitlist only, not purchasable today No lead data and no licence floor. There is no dialer seat to buy per person, because nobody sits at the dialer. You still supply the list and the criteria

Mojo, REDX, Vulcan7, BatchDialer and Wavv figures were read from their own pricing pages on September 1, 2026. PhoneBurner figures were read on August 19, 2026. Telephony is included in the Mojo, REDX, Wavv and PhoneBurner prices above through their own voice products or add-ons; skip tracing, extra phone numbers and lead data are billed separately almost everywhere. Nothing here is an estimate, and where a vendor publishes no number we have written that instead of guessing one.

What is the best auto dialer for real estate agents?

It depends on one question, and it is not about speed. Do you already have the lead data, or are you buying it from the same vendor? Answer that and the field narrows to two or three options before you look at a feature list.

If you are buying data and dialing together, REDX and Vulcan7 are built for exactly that. REDX CONNECT at $299 a month gives you all five core seller lead types, skip tracing, the Vortex lead manager and a single line power dialer, and PRO at $349 swaps in the multi line dialer that REDX says will call up to 300 leads an hour. Vulcan7 packages the same shape, with a power dialer, a CRM and whitelisted numbers included, though it publishes no price and you have to ask.

If you already have your list, buying a bundle means paying twice for data. Mojo is the cheapest serious route: $10 for Agent Access plus $89 for a single line, so $99 a month to be dialing, or $149 with the triple line. Wavv is the option when your CRM is the system of record and you just want a dialer bolted onto it, from $59 a seat on the preview plan up to $149 for three lines. PhoneBurner sits above both on price and earns it with native write-back to seven CRMs on every tier.

If you are an investor or a wholesaler rather than a listing agent, BatchDialer is the one built for your motion. It is predictive rather than power, which matters at volume, it includes DNC and litigator scrubbing on the entry plan, and its lead list add-ons are flat monthly rather than per agent, which is unusual and helps a small team. The wider comparison of pacing modes is on predictive dialer software and power dialer software.

What none of them changes is the connect rate. A dialer compresses the gap between attempts. It does not make more homeowners pick up, and on expired and FSBO lists you are dialing people whose phones have already rung all week.

  • Buying data and dialer together: REDX CONNECT $299 or PRO $349, or Vulcan7 on request
  • Already have the list: Mojo at $99 a month all in, or Wavv from $59 a seat
  • Investor or wholesaler volume: BatchDialer from $95 per agent on annual billing
  • CRM write-back matters most: PhoneBurner, native on all three tiers

How much does the Mojo dialer cost?

Ninety-nine dollars a month is the real floor, not $89, because Mojo requires an Agent Access licence at $10 per user before any dialer licence will work. Mojo says so plainly on its own pricing page: every account requires at least one Agent Access licence, and it grants platform and lead manager access rather than the ability to dial. The dialer is a second, separate licence.

From there the menu is unusually honest, and it is worth reading in full because almost every line is optional. The Single Line Dialer is $89 per licence a month with unlimited minutes. The Triple Line Dialer is $139 and Mojo says it reaches up to 300 calls an hour. Mojo Voice, which lets you connect without using your own phone line, is $30 per dialing agent. Call recording is $25. Mojo Caller ID, which adds a verified number with A-level attestation to fight spam labeling, is $10 and comes with Reputation Guard included.

The data products are where the bill grows. Neighborhood Search is $49, Expired Property Leads $50, For Sale By Owner $25, For Rent By Owner $25, Skip Tracer $49 and Pre-Foreclosures $49, all per month. Here is the line that changes the arithmetic and that no review of Mojo we have read mentions: Mojo states that FSBO, FRBO and pre-foreclosure data are sold by county, and expired data by selected area. Only Neighborhood Search and Skip Tracer include nationwide access. If you farm three counties, the $25 FSBO line is not $25.

Mojo publishes four worked examples on its own page, which is rare and useful. A solo agent on Agent Access plus a single line is $99. A neighborhood farmer adding expired leads and Neighborhood Search is $198. A power agent on the triple line with expired, FSBO and Neighborhood Search is $273. Two agents farming together on triple lines with Neighborhood Search is $347. Those are Mojo's numbers, not ours, and they are a fair picture of what an agent actually pays.

One more thing that catches teams. Mojo is explicit that each agent who needs to dial at the same time requires their own dialer licence, while data products are shared across the account. So a three agent team is three Agent Access licences and three dialer licences, but one Neighborhood Search subscription. That asymmetry is in your favour and is worth planning around.

  • Agent Access $10 per user a month is required and does not dial
  • Single Line Dialer $89, Triple Line Dialer $139, both unlimited minutes
  • Mojo Voice $30, call recording $25, Mojo Caller ID $10 with Reputation Guard
  • FSBO, FRBO and pre-foreclosure data are sold by county; only Neighborhood Search and Skip Tracer are nationwide
  • Dialer licences are per simultaneous dialer; data subscriptions are shared across the account

How much does REDX cost with the power dialer?

Two hundred and ninety-nine dollars a month, because REDX does not sell its power dialer as a standalone product. This is the single most commonly misreported fact in the category. Search for REDX pricing and you will be told it starts at $60 a month, and the $60 is accurate: it is what one lead type costs. It is not a dialer.

Here is what REDX publishes as of September 1, 2026. Each of the five core lead products, GeoLeads, Expired, FSBO, FRBO and Pre-Foreclosure, is $60 a month or $600 a year on its own. The CORE bundle puts all five together with skip tracing, Plus Insights and the Vortex lead management system at $199 a month or $1,990 a year. CONNECT is CORE plus Ad Builder plus the single line power dialer with voicemail drop, queue and call tracking, at $299 a month or $2,980 a year. PRO is CORE plus Ad Builder plus the multi line dialer, which REDX says reaches up to 300 leads an hour, at $349 a month or $3,480 a year.

That means the dialer costs $100 a month on top of the CORE bundle for a single line, or $150 for the multi line, and there is no path to either without paying for the data. If you already buy your leads elsewhere, REDX is structurally the wrong purchase no matter how good the dialer is.

The team pricing is a genuine advantage and is easy to miss. Additional users are $75 a month each on CORE and CONNECT and $99 on PRO, which is far below the per seat cost of adding a Mojo agent with a triple line at $149, or a Wavv Multi Line seat at $149. A four person team on REDX PRO is $349 plus three at $99, so $646 a month with all five lead types and a multi line dialer for everyone. Building the same coverage on Mojo would take four Agent Access licences and four triple line dialers before any data at all.

Annual billing lands at about 17 percent off on every bundle, which is worth taking if you are committing anyway: $1,990 against $2,388, $2,980 against $3,588, $3,480 against $4,188. The data behind the whole category, and what a connect actually costs once you account for pickup rates, is on auto dialer pricing.

  • Individual lead types $60 a month each, which is data and not a dialer
  • CORE bundle $199, CONNECT with a single line dialer $299, PRO with the multi line dialer $349
  • The dialer is a $100 or $150 uplift on CORE and cannot be bought without it
  • Extra users $75 a month on CORE and CONNECT, $99 on PRO
  • Annual billing is roughly 17 percent off on all three bundles

Is a triple line dialer worth it for real estate?

Usually yes on expired and FSBO lists, and the reason is arithmetic rather than preference. Mojo prices the jump from single line to triple at $50 a month and says it takes you to as much as 300 calls an hour. REDX charges $50 more for PRO over CONNECT and quotes the same 300 leads an hour. Wavv publishes the clearest version of the same claim: 25 to 75 calls an hour on the preview line, 75 to 150 on the single line and 150 or more on multi line. If an extra fifty dollars doubles your conversations, it pays for itself on one appointment.

There are two costs on the other side of that trade, and neither shows up on the pricing page. The first is abandoned calls. Any dialer running more lines than there are people to answer them will occasionally connect a homeowner to silence. Power dialers structurally cannot abandon a call, because they dial one number per available agent; multi line and predictive dialers can. The FTC's Telemarketing Sales Rule caps abandonment at 3 percent of answered calls measured over 30 days and requires a recorded identification message within two seconds when it does happen. We work through the mechanics in predictive dialer vs power dialer and call center abandon rate.

The second cost is your caller ID. Three lines means three times the outbound volume from the same numbers, and carrier analytics engines label numbers on velocity patterns among other things. This is exactly why every vendor here now sells number protection: Mojo Caller ID at $10 with Reputation Guard, Vulcan7's whitelisted numbers at 1, 3 and 5 by tier, BatchDialer's phone reputation monitoring and free auto number replacement on Pro and Enterprise, PhoneBurner's ARMOR add-on. When five vendors independently start charging for the same problem, the problem is real. What to do about it is in how to avoid spam likely on outbound calls and the market that grew up around it is priced on branded caller ID.

The honest summary is that a triple line dialer is worth it if you are disciplined about the list and the numbers, and it is an expensive way to burn your caller ID if you are not.

  • The upgrade is $50 a month on both Mojo and REDX
  • Wavv publishes 25 to 75, 75 to 150 and 150 plus calls an hour by tier
  • Multi line dialing can abandon calls; the FTC caps abandonment at 3 percent over 30 days
  • Three lines means three times the velocity on the same caller ID
  • Every vendor here now sells number reputation protection, which tells you what the risk is

What does a real estate dialer cost a two agent team per year?

Between roughly $2,900 and $8,000 a year for two people, and where you land depends almost entirely on the data question again rather than on which dialer you like.

Take two agents who both need to dial at the same time and want expired and FSBO leads. On Mojo that is two Agent Access licences at $10, two triple line dialers at $139, plus Expired at $50 and FSBO at $25 shared across the account, so $373 a month or $4,476 a year, and the FSBO line multiplies if you work more than one county. On REDX PRO it is $349 for the first user and $99 for the second, so $448 a month, or $3,480 plus twelve months of the second seat at $99 on annual billing, which lands near $4,668 and includes all five lead types rather than two. On Wavv Multi Line it is two seats at $149 with no volume discount until five seats, so $298 a month or $3,576 a year, with no data at all. On BatchDialer Pro it is two agents at $151 annual, $3,624 a year, plus $49 a month for 2,500 leads, so about $4,212. PhoneBurner at the $165 annual tier is $3,960 for two, again with no data.

Those numbers are close enough that price should not decide this. Four to five thousand dollars a year is roughly one modest commission, and every option on that list is cheap relative to what a listing is worth. The real difference is that REDX gives two people all five lead types for about the same money that buys two Mojo agents two lead types, while Mojo gives you the ability to keep your existing data sources and pay for nothing you already have.

What is worth pricing more carefully is the time. The Bridge Group's 2025 Sales Development report, based on 351 B2B companies, puts a median rep at 44 dials a day producing 4.1 quality conversations. Real estate connect rates on aged expired lists are typically worse than B2B, not better. Two agents dialing hard for a year is a very large amount of human time spent listening to ringing, and the software line is the small number in that equation. That comparison, and what changes when the agent is not a person, is set out on AI dialer and AI cold calling for real estate.

  • Mojo, two triple lines with expired and FSBO: about $373 a month
  • REDX PRO with a second user: about $448 a month with all five lead types
  • Wavv Multi Line, two seats, no data: $298 a month
  • BatchDialer Pro, two agents plus 2,500 leads: about $351 a month
  • PhoneBurner annual mid tier, two users, no data: $330 a month

Do real estate dialers scrub the Do Not Call list?

Some do it as standard, some sell it, and the legal responsibility sits with you either way. BatchDialer lists DNC and litigator scrubbing in the features included on its Starter plan, which is the most generous position of anyone here. Mojo, REDX and Vulcan7 all provide DNC flagging within their lead systems, and every one of them expects the agent to honour it. Kixie, from the general sales side of the market, sells Do Not Call scrubbing as a paid compliance add-on rather than including it.

The framework a real estate agent is calling under has three layers and they do not overlap neatly. There is the National Do Not Call Registry, which the FTC's Telemarketing Sales Rule enforces and which applies to calls to residential numbers made to induce a sale. There are state registries and state calling hour rules, which are frequently stricter than the federal floor of 8am to 9pm in the called party's local time. And there is the TCPA, which governs prerecorded and autodialed calls to cell phones and where the private right of action lives.

Expired listings occupy the awkward middle of all this. The homeowner listed publicly and is arguably a business contact, and many agents call them on that basis. That is a judgement call your broker should make with counsel rather than one a dialer vendor makes for you, and the FSBO and expired data every vendor here sells does not come with a legal opinion attached. Our practical write-up is at do not call list rules for businesses and the compliance tooling side is on TCPA compliance software.

One operational note that saves real money. Scrub before you dial rather than at the moment of dialing, keep your own internal do not call list separate from the federal one, and honour a removal request the day it happens rather than at the end of a campaign. Every vendor here gives you the tools to do that. None of them will do it for you, and none of them is the party a complaint lands on.

  • BatchDialer includes DNC and litigator scrubbing on its entry plan
  • Federal calling hours are 8am to 9pm in the called party local time, and several states are stricter
  • Expired and FSBO status does not by itself create an exemption; ask your broker, not your vendor
  • Keep an internal do not call list alongside the federal registry and honour removals same day

Good questions

Questions about real estate dialer

Between about $99 and $349 a month for one agent, depending on whether lead data is bundled. Mojo is $99 all in for Agent Access plus a single line dialer, or $149 with the triple line. Wavv runs $59 to $149 a seat with no data. REDX charges $299 for CONNECT with a single line dialer and $349 for PRO with the multi line, both including all five seller lead types. BatchDialer is $95 to $199 per agent on annual billing.
It comes down to whether you are buying lead data at the same time. If yes, REDX CONNECT at $299 or PRO at $349 bundles all five seller lead types, a CRM and the dialer together, and Vulcan7 packages the same things without publishing a price. If you already have your list, Mojo at $99 a month is the cheapest serious option and Wavv from $59 a seat is the lightest. Investors and wholesalers are usually better served by BatchDialer.
Ninety-nine dollars is the practical minimum. Mojo requires an Agent Access licence at $10 per user that does not dial, then charges $89 a month for a Single Line Dialer licence or $139 for a Triple Line, both with unlimited minutes. Mojo Voice is $30, call recording $25 and Mojo Caller ID $10. Data products run from $25 to $50 each a month and several of them are sold by county.
No. The $60 monthly price buys one lead type such as Expired, FSBO or GeoLeads. REDX does not sell its power dialer as a standalone product, so the cheapest plan that includes one is CONNECT at $299 a month with the single line dialer, or PRO at $349 with the multi line dialer that REDX says reaches up to 300 leads an hour. Both include the $199 CORE lead bundle.
Vulcan7 publishes three packages, Essential, Executive and Ultimate, and no prices for any of them as of September 1, 2026. The page states that annual billing saves up to 20 percent and that no long-term contract is required. Each tier includes leads, a CRM and a power dialer, with 1, 2 and 3 dialer seats and 1, 3 and 5 whitelisted phone numbers respectively. You have to contact them for a figure.
A dialer that places up to three calls at once for a single agent, so the agent connects to whoever answers first. Mojo charges $139 a month for its Triple Line Dialer and says it reaches up to 300 calls an hour. REDX PRO and Wavv Multi Line offer the same three-line capability. The trade-off is that dialing more lines than you have agents can abandon calls, which the FTC caps at 3 percent of answered calls over 30 days.
It is built for that motion specifically. BatchDialer is $95, $151 and $199 per agent a month on annual billing with 3, 5 and 5 lines per agent, and it includes DNC and litigator scrubbing plus phone reputation monitoring on the entry plan. Its motivated seller lead lists are flat monthly add-ons at $49 for 2,500, $79 for 5,000 and $119 for 10,000, charged per account rather than per agent.
On most of these platforms, yes. Mojo states that each agent who dials simultaneously needs their own dialer licence, though data subscriptions are shared across the account. REDX charges $75 a month per additional user on CORE and CONNECT and $99 on PRO. Wavv, PhoneBurner and BatchDialer are all priced per seat. An AI voice agent is the exception, since there is no seat to license.
Not without a lawful basis, and the responsibility is the caller's rather than the vendor's. BatchDialer includes DNC and litigator scrubbing on its entry plan, Mojo, REDX and Vulcan7 flag registered numbers in their lead systems, and some general sales dialers sell scrubbing as an add-on. Federal calling hours are 8am to 9pm in the homeowner's local time and several states are stricter than that.
