SHORT ANSWER

BatchDialer costs $95 (Starter), $151 (Pro) or $199 (Enterprise) per agent a month when billed annually, which is $1,142, $1,814 and $2,390 per agent per year. Month to month the same plans are $119, $189 and $249. Starter dials 3 lines per agent, Pro and Enterprise dial 5, and the AI coaching tools start on Pro.

Why it works

What your team gets with batchdialer pricing

Annual billing is 20 percent off, and it is a year up front

Starter is $95 an agent on annual billing and $119 on monthly. The annual price is billed as $1,142 per agent for the year, so a five agent team commits $5,710 on day one.

Pro is the plan most teams end up on

Pro adds two lines per agent (5 instead of 3), 40 numbers with automatic replacement, 180 day recordings and the live AI coaching and call summaries. Starter has none of the AI tools.

Enterprise buys numbers and retention, not speed

Enterprise dials the same 5 lines as Pro. The extra $48 an agent a month on annual billing buys 100 numbers instead of 40, cheaper extra numbers, 365 day recordings and priority support.

What it handles

Dialed, disclosed and booked on autopilot

The agent works your lead list, discloses it is an AI on every call, scrubs against DNC in real time, qualifies the prospect, handles objections, and books the meeting straight into your calendar and CRM.

  • A published monthly price on the pricing page, with no per agent seat to fill
  • An AI voice agent that dials, holds the conversation and handles objections itself
  • DNC and state calling-window checks applied before every dial
  • Qualified sellers and prospects booked straight onto your calendar
  • Every call recorded, transcribed and written back to your CRM
  • Monthly billing you can cancel, or yearly with two months free

The landscape

BatchDialer against the dialers US investors and outbound teams price beside it

BatchDialer was read on September 26, 2026. Mojo, Wavv, PhoneBurner and Readymode were read from their own pricing pages between August and September 2026, Kixie on September 25 and CallTools on September 26. Prices are per agent or seat per month unless stated.

How much does BatchDialer cost per month?

Per agent, $95 to $199 a month if you pay for the year, and $119 to $249 if you pay month to month. Those are the only six numbers that matter, and BatchDialer prints all of them on its pricing page.

PlanAnnual, per agent a monthMonthly billingLinesNumbers (extra each)
Starter$95$119310 ($2)
Pro$151$189540 ($1.50)
Enterprise$199$2495100 ($1)

Annual billing is charged as $1,142, $1,814 and $2,390 per agent for the year. Recordings are kept for 90 days on Starter, 180 on Pro and 365 on Enterprise, and Pro and Enterprise replace flagged numbers automatically.

The gap between the two billing cycles is exactly the 20 percent the page advertises on every tier. On Starter that is $24 an agent a month, or $288 an agent a year. The catch is that annual billing is charged up front, so the discount is really a price for committing the cash and the seats for twelve months.

What every plan includes is longer than most buyers expect: unlimited inbound and outbound calling, the predictive and preview dialer, DNC and known litigator scrubbing, phone reputation monitoring, free business verification, property details on the lead record, the PropStream, BatchLeads, Zapier and API integrations, agent coaching with listen, whisper and barge, and group onboarding. There is no per minute charge on any tier. For the rest of the category side by side, see auto dialer pricing.

Which BatchDialer plan do you actually need: Starter, Pro or Enterprise?

The honest split is this. Starter is a working dialer. Pro is the plan that changes your connect rate. Enterprise is a storage and number-volume upgrade.

Starter dials 3 lines per agent, and it includes reputation monitoring but not automatic number replacement. When one of your 10 numbers gets a spam label, BatchDialer tells you, and you replace it yourself. It also has none of the AI tools. For a solo investor or a two person team working one market, that is often enough.

Pro moves each agent from 3 lines to 5, which on a list with a low answer rate is the difference between waiting and talking. It adds automatic number replacement, 40 numbers, smart local presence, rapid fire dialing (the next call starts as soon as a line frees up instead of waiting for the batch to clear), live floor monitoring, team chat and the live AI coaching with call summaries. If you run more than two agents or you dial skip traced lists, this is the plan.

Enterprise does not dial faster. It keeps the same 5 lines as Pro. What the extra $48 an agent a month on annual billing buys is 100 numbers instead of 40, extra numbers at $1 instead of $1.50, recordings kept for a year instead of six months, and priority support and onboarding. Take it when you need the recordings for a year, for a dispute or a compliance review, or when each agent really does rotate more than about 70 numbers. One rule from the FAQ matters here: once you switch plans, you cannot go back to your old plan. Pick the tier you will stay on.

How much do BatchDialer phone numbers cost?

Numbers are included per agent, and the extra number price falls as the plan goes up: 10 included then $2 each on Starter, 40 then $1.50 on Pro, 100 then $1 on Enterprise. During the free trial you dial from 3 numbers.

That creates two break-even points worth knowing before you choose, on our own arithmetic from the annual prices. Starter plus extra numbers stays cheaper than Pro until an agent needs about 38 numbers ($95 plus 28 extra numbers at $2 is $151). Pro plus extra numbers stays cheaper than Enterprise until about 72 numbers per agent ($151 plus 32 at $1.50 is $199). On monthly billing the first break-even moves to about 45 numbers.

So numbers alone rarely justify Enterprise. What does push teams to Pro early is automatic replacement: on Starter a flagged number keeps dialing with its label until someone notices. If your numbers keep getting marked as spam, fix the cause as well as the symptom, because registration and branded caller ID usually do more for answer rates than rotating through more numbers. We cover the carrier side in how to avoid Spam Likely on outbound calls.

What does BatchDialer cost for a team of 1, 5 or 10 agents?

Here is the year, on our math from the published prices, before lead lists and extra numbers.

TeamStarter annualPro annualPro month to month, for 12 monthsEnterprise annual
1 agent$1,142$1,814$2,268$2,390
5 agents$5,710$9,070$11,340$11,950
10 agents$11,420$18,140$22,680$23,900

BatchDialer says it offers volume discounts for multi-seat accounts and lists custom pricing for 11 or more seats, so a ten agent quote should come in under the Pro figure above. It does not publish the discount, so ask for it in writing.

Add the lead lists if you buy data from BatchDialer rather than PropStream or BatchLeads: $49 a month for 2,500 motivated seller leads, $79 for 5,000 and $119 for 10,000. Those are flat monthly add-ons, not per agent, so a ten agent team pays the same $119 as a solo investor for the same list size.

The seat is the small number in this picture. Five agents at even $18 an hour for 40 hours a week cost about $187,000 a year in wages before commission and payroll tax, against $9,070 for their Pro seats. The dialer makes those hours more productive. It does not remove them.

Is BatchDialer's predictive dialer TCPA and FTC safe at 3 to 5 lines?

The lines are what make BatchDialer fast, and they are also where the compliance risk sits. When five numbers ring at once and two people answer, one of them hears silence. Under the FTC's Telemarketing Sales Rule, a call is abandoned if the person is not connected to a live rep within two seconds of finishing their greeting, and the safe harbor requires abandoning no more than 3 percent of answered calls, measured per campaign or per 30 day period. Wholesalers dialing homeowners are squarely in scope.

BatchDialer includes Federal DNC scrubbing and filters known litigators by default on every plan, which is a genuine advantage over dialers that sell DNC as an add-on. What the list check does not cover is the abandon rate itself, state calling hours and state DNC lists, or consent for calls to cell phones. Our parallel dialer software page explains how the abandoned call risk rises with line count, and TCPA compliance software covers what a complete setup checks before each dial.

An AI caller changes this particular problem. It answers every connected call itself in the first second, so there is no second party waiting in silence for a free agent.

Does BatchDialer offer a free trial, refunds and month to month cancellation?

Yes to the trial, with conditions on the rest. BatchDialer offers a 7 day free trial with access to the AI features, dialing from 3 numbers. When it ends, the account moves automatically to the paid plan and billing term you picked at checkout, so choose monthly at checkout if you are not sure yet.

Month to month subscribers can cancel at any time to avoid the next charge, and there are no partial refunds for unused time in an active billing period. Refunds exist only within 72 hours of your most recent purchase and only if the account has had no usage in that time. On an annual plan that means the year is effectively committed once you start dialing. Plan changes are one way: the FAQ says that once you switch plans you cannot go back to the old one.

Support runs Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM Pacific, by live chat, email and phone, with group onboarding on Starter and Pro and priority onboarding on Enterprise.

BatchDialer vs Mojo, Wavv and PhoneBurner on price

For a single agent who needs three lines, BatchDialer Starter on annual billing ($95) is the cheapest published triple line option we have read. Mojo's triple line dialer is $149 a month with Agent Access, and Wavv Multi Line is $149 a seat for up to 3 lines. BatchDialer also includes DNC and litigator scrubbing and recordings on Starter, where Mojo charges $25 extra for recording. Month to month, Starter at $119 still undercuts both. Our Mojo Dialer pricing page has Mojo's add-ons line by line, and real estate dialer compares the investor dialers with their lead data included.

PhoneBurner is a different tool at a similar price: $140 to $183 a user on annual billing, one line at a time, so it cannot abandon a call but it cannot reach five people at once either. The full breakdown is in PhoneBurner pricing. Readymode is the choice if you want a true hosted predictive at call center scale, at $199 a licence for up to four and $249 from five, with inbound minutes metered.

Where BatchDialer is weaker: Enterprise adds no lines over Pro, and 5 lines per agent is its ceiling. Teams that want more simultaneous lines per rep look at parallel dialers, most of which do not publish a price. CallTools is the common example: its quote-only pricing and the fair use clause behind its unlimited minutes are covered in CallTools pricing.

Is BatchDialer worth it, and when an AI caller is the better buy

BatchDialer is good value for what it is: a published, fairly priced multi-line dialer with the investor data, compliance scrubbing and reputation tooling built in. If your constraint is that your callers wait too long between conversations, Pro fixes that.

If your constraint is that you do not have enough people willing to dial for six hours a day, a faster dialer does not help. That is the case for an AI caller. ColdCalls.ai places the calls itself, holds the conversation, handles the common objections, asks your qualifying questions and books the appointment onto your calendar, with the AI disclosing itself at the start of each call. Our Starter plan is $499 a month, about the cost of five BatchDialer Starter seats on annual billing, with no seats to staff. Motivated seller calls in particular are covered on AI cold calling for real estate, and the full plan list is on our pricing page.
