Skip the dialing. Our AI SDR calls your leads, qualifies them and books meetings into your calendar. From $499 a month.

Real estate investor making outbound calls to property owners from a home office

Mojo is cheaper for one agent who dials a single line from their own phone: $99 a month against $119 for BatchDialer Starter. Once you add Mojo Voice, call recording and the triple line dialer, a Mojo seat costs $204 a month and BatchDialer Pro at $189 with five lines is the cheaper and fuller package. We read both pricing pages on October 24, 2026.

This comparison is for a real estate investor, wholesaler or listing agent who has narrowed the dialer shortlist to these two and wants to know what the bill looks like before signing up. The two vendors price in opposite ways. Mojo sells every piece as a separate monthly line item, and BatchDialer sells three plans per agent with calling, numbers and recordings inside. Full plan breakdowns are on BatchDialer pricing and Mojo Dialer pricing. This page puts them side by side.

How much does BatchDialer cost compared with Mojo?

BatchDialer charges $119, $189 or $249 per agent a month, or $95, $151 and $199 per agent on annual billing. Mojo charges $10 per user for Agent Access, then $89 for the Single Line Dialer or $139 for the Triple Line Dialer, with everything else optional.

Read the first row carefully, because it is where most comparisons go wrong. Mojo's $99 is a single line dialer that uses your own phone. BatchDialer's $119 already dials three lines and includes the calls and ten numbers. They are not the same product at the entry price.

What does a solo investor pay a month?

It depends on two choices: how many lines you want and whether you want to keep your cell phone out of it. Here is the monthly bill for one person on each vendor's published prices. The totals are our arithmetic.

Setup for one callerMojoBatchDialer
Single line, own phone$99No single line plan. Starter is $119 with 3 lines
Single line, no personal phone$129 (adds Mojo Voice)$119
Three lines, no personal phone$179 (Triple Line plus Mojo Voice)$119
Three lines, recording and one verified number$214$119
Five lines with AI call summariesNot offered$189, or $151 on annual billing

Mojo only wins at the bottom row of what an investor needs: one line, your own phone, nothing else. That is a real use case for an agent who calls a short list of expireds and wants to keep costs at $99. For anyone who wants multi line dialing without routing calls through their own handset, BatchDialer Starter costs less than Mojo from the second row down.

What does a team of three or five callers pay?

Mojo requires a separate dialer license for every agent who dials at the same time, and Mojo Voice is priced per dialing agent. So a fully kitted Mojo seat is Agent Access $10, Triple Line Dialer $139, Mojo Voice $30 and recording $25, which is $204 a month.

3 callers$612$357$567$453 a month ($5,442 a year)
5 callers$1,020$595$945$755 a month ($9,070 a year)

Lead data sits on top of both columns. Mojo's own pricing examples put a two agent farming team, with two triple line dialers and Neighborhood Search but no Mojo Voice or recording, at $347 a month. BatchDialer says it offers volume discounts for multi seat accounts through its sales team, so a five seat quote may land below the list price above. Mojo does not mention volume pricing.

Which lead data fits an investor and which fits an agent?

This is the question that usually decides it, more than the dialer. Mojo's data is built for listing agents. Expired leads are delivered daily, FSBO and FRBO are sold by county, Neighborhood Search draws a farm on a map, and Skip Tracer appends phone numbers and emails with unlimited use for $49. An agent working expireds and a geographic farm gets all of it from one login.

BatchDialer's lists are built for investors. The add-on covers failed listings, FSBO, vacant properties, pre-foreclosures, tax delinquent and absentee owners, at a flat $49 for 2,500 leads, $79 for 5,000 or $119 for 10,000 a month, not charged per agent. It also integrates with PropStream and BatchLeads, which many wholesalers already use to build lists, and shows property details such as vacancy, ownership length and pre-foreclosure status on the call screen.

So the honest split is simple. A listing agent who lives on expireds will find Mojo's data menu more useful. An investor or wholesaler pulling motivated seller lists will find BatchDialer the more natural fit, and the predictive dialer suits the volume those lists produce. If you are still deciding between data vendors for expired listings, we price Landvoice, REDX and Vulcan7 on Landvoice pricing.

Is a predictive dialer or a triple line dialer better for cold calling sellers?

A triple line dialer is easier to keep within the rules, and a predictive dialer gets more conversations per hour. Both call several numbers at once and connect the first person who answers, which means both can drop a homeowner who picks up a second too late. The FTC's safe harbor allows abandoned calls on no more than 3% of calls answered by a person, measured per campaign, and each abandoned call must play a recorded message identifying you within two seconds of the greeting.

BatchDialer runs predictive and preview modes on 3 to 5 lines, and its own comparison with Mojo claims multi line predictive dialing can reach up to five times as many numbers a day. That is a vendor claim. Mojo's triple line dialer is capped at three lines and Mojo cites up to 300 calls an hour, also a vendor figure. For a full breakdown of line counts and what they cost across the market, see triple line dialer pricing.

Whichever you pick, scrub the list. BatchDialer lists DNC and litigator scrubbing on every plan and says it filters known litigators by default. On Mojo, ask how the federal and state do not call checks work for your data products before your first session, because a skip traced list of homeowners is consumer calling under the Telemarketing Sales Rule.

Does BatchDialer or Mojo have a contract?

Mojo has none. Its pricing FAQ says every subscription is prepaid monthly with no long term contract, setup fee or cancellation fee, and products can be added, downgraded or cancelled at any time. That flexibility is Mojo's strongest selling point.

BatchDialer is month to month or annual. The 7 day free trial converts automatically to the plan and term you chose at checkout. Monthly subscribers can cancel before the next cycle, there are no partial refunds for unused time, and a refund is only available within 72 hours of a purchase with no usage on the account. One rule is easy to miss: once you switch plans, you cannot move back to your old one. If you might downgrade later, start on the lower plan.

Batch Dialer or Mojo, which should you buy?

Buy Mojo if you are a solo listing agent who dials one line from your own phone, works expireds, FSBOs and a neighborhood farm, and values cancelling any piece any month. At $99 to $198 a month it is the cheaper entry point.

Buy BatchDialer if you are an investor or wholesaler, you want three to five lines without your cell phone in the loop, or you have more than one caller. The included calling, numbers and recordings make Starter cheaper than an equivalent Mojo setup, and Pro at $189 gives five lines plus number replacement and AI call summaries for less than a fully kitted Mojo seat.

Where an AI caller fits next to either dialer

Neither dialer will call your inbound sellers back while you are in the middle of a session. The seller who fills in your website form, replies to a mailer or calls your marketing number wants an answer in minutes, and those are the leads most investors lose. An AI SDR calls them back within seconds, asks about condition, timeline and price, and books the appointment on your calendar. Because an AI voice counts as an artificial voice under the TCPA, we use it for sellers who contacted you or opted in, not for cold calls to a skip traced list, and it pays to capture and store proof of each seller's consent at the moment they give it. How that works for investors is on AI calling for real estate, and the plans are on pricing.

Questions buyers ask before choosing

Is BatchDialer cheaper than Mojo?

For one agent on one line with their own phone, no. Mojo is $99 and BatchDialer starts at $119. For a multi line setup without a personal phone, yes. BatchDialer Starter is $119 with three lines and calling included, while Mojo's triple line dialer with Mojo Voice is $179.

Does BatchDialer have a single line dialer?

Not as a plan. Every BatchDialer plan includes the predictive and preview dialer, with 3 lines per agent on Starter and 5 on Pro and Enterprise. Preview mode lets you look at each contact before the call, which is the closest thing to single line dialing.

Do I need Mojo Voice?

Only if you do not want to use your own phone. Mojo's dialer can connect through your personal or office line. Mojo Voice connects you directly without one and costs $30 a month per dialing agent.

Can I try either before paying?

BatchDialer has a 7 day free trial that includes the AI features, and it converts to a paid plan when it ends. Mojo does not advertise a trial on its pricing page, but it is prepaid month to month with no cancellation fee.

Which one works with PropStream?

BatchDialer lists PropStream and BatchLeads integrations, plus Zapier and an API, on every plan. Mojo includes its own lead manager and Skip Tracer, and sells its own data products instead.
