Landvoice Pricing and Landvoice Cost per Plan

Landvoice is one of the few real estate lead vendors that prints its whole rate card. The useful questions are which plan fits how you prospect, why the annual term changes the answer, and what you add on top to actually call the list.

SHORT ANSWER

Landvoice pricing is $87 (Starter), $127 (Essential), $177 (Pro) or $227 (Elite) a month. Paid quarterly the plans are $237, $347, $500 and $597 a quarter, and paid annually $797, $997, $1,770 and $1,997 a year. Pro and Elite carry Expired Pro, which Landvoice says finds up to 95% of phone numbers. No plan includes a dialer.

Why it works

What your team gets with Landvoice pricing

Four plans, three billing terms

Starter $87, Essential $127, Pro $177 and Elite $227 a month. Quarterly drops them to $237, $347, $500 and $597 a quarter, and annual to $797, $997, $1,770 and $1,997 a year.

The plan is decided by the expired data

Starter and Essential carry Expired Basic, which Landvoice says finds up to 60% of phone numbers. Pro and Elite carry Expired Pro at up to 95%. Neighborhood Search and pre-foreclosures start on Essential, Call Capture only on Elite.

Data only, so budget a dialer

None of the four plans includes a dialer. You export the list into one you already pay for, which adds roughly $99 to $149 a month for a single agent on the dialers real estate teams usually pair with it.

What it handles

Dialed, disclosed and booked on autopilot

The agent works your lead list, discloses it is an AI on every call, scrubs against DNC in real time, qualifies the prospect, handles objections, and books the meeting straight into your calendar and CRM.

  • Calls back every Call Capture, sign and website lead within seconds, while you keep your own dial block on expireds
  • Qualifies motivation, timeline and price on opted in sellers before booking the listing appointment on your calendar
  • Federal and state DNC suppression checked at dial time, not from a list exported last week
  • Calling windows enforced in the homeowner's time zone, and the AI disclosed at the top of every call
  • One monthly fee per AI seat with pooled connected minutes, so there is no separate line licence or recording fee
  • Writes every outcome and recording back to your CRM so nobody re-keys notes after a session

The landscape

Landvoice against the expired listing tools agents compare it with

Landvoice was read on October 24, 2026, BatchDialer on October 24, 2026, REDX on October 12, 2026, Mojo on September 15, 2026 and Vulcan7 on September 30, 2026. Each figure comes from the vendor's own page, and where a vendor prints no price we say so.

Vendor What you are buying Published US price What the price does not show
Landvoice Expired, FSBO, pre-foreclosure and neighborhood data with a data manager, no dialer Starter $87, Essential $127, Pro $177, Elite $227 a month. Annual $797 to $1,997 a year Expired data covers 1 MLS and FSBO and pre-foreclosure 2 areas on every plan. The dialer is a separate purchase from another vendor
REDX Lead data first, with a resold Wavv power dialer sold alone or in a bundle Each lead type $60 a month or $600 a year. Dialer alone $99 single line or $149 multi line. CORE $199, CONNECT $299, PRO $349 The $60 headline is data only. Extra users are $75 a month on CORE and CONNECT and $99 on PRO
Mojo Dialer and data sold as separate line items, month to month Agent Access $10 a user, Single Line Dialer $89, Triple Line Dialer $139. Expired data $50, FSBO $25 per county, Neighborhood Search $49 Agent Access alone does not dial. Mojo Voice, call recording and caller ID are extra line items
Vulcan7 Leads, CRM, power dialer and whitelisted numbers in one package No price on its Packages page. Three tiers, Essential, Executive and Ultimate Dialer seats 1, 2 and 3 and whitelisted numbers 1, 3 and 5 by tier, so the figure is only comparable per seat
BatchDialer Predictive and preview dialer built for investors and wholesalers $119, $189 or $249 per agent a month, or $95, $151 and $199 on annual billing 3, 5 and 5 lines per agent. Real estate lead lists are flat add-ons from $49 for 2,500 leads, but they are investor lists, not expired listings
ColdCalls.ai An AI voice agent that calls opted in and inbound sellers back, qualifies them and books the listing appointment Starter $499 (1 seat), Growth $1,490 (3 seats), Scale $3,900 (10 seats), Enterprise $7,800 a month. Yearly billing halves it Not a data vendor and not for cold calling homeowners with an AI voice. It works the leads that call or opt in, where speed wins the appointment

Totals on this page are our arithmetic on the prices each vendor published on the date shown. A data vendor and a dialer vendor sell different halves of the same workflow, so compare the cost of data plus dialer plus the time spent calling, not the headline plan.

How much does Landvoice cost per month?

Landvoice costs $87 a month on Starter, $127 on Essential, $177 on Pro and $227 on Elite when you pay monthly. Those are the four plans on its pricing page, read on October 24, 2026, and Landvoice calls them discount packages built around what most agents need.

Here is what each plan contains. Every plan has the Landvoice data manager, which lets you add notes, filter, tag and map your records and marks every number on the National Do Not Call Registry. Every plan also has FSBO data for two areas, which Landvoice says it collects from more than 1,700 sources daily.

Starter ($87) adds Expired Basic for one MLS, which Landvoice says finds up to 60% of the phone numbers on expired listings, cell phones included. Neighborhood Search, pre-foreclosures and Call Capture are struck through.

Essential ($127) keeps Expired Basic and adds Neighborhood Search with 3,000 search results a month, the tool for circle prospecting and geo farming, plus pre-foreclosure data for two counties (Notice of Default, Lis Pendens and Notice of Trustee Sale).

Pro ($177) swaps Expired Basic for Expired Pro, which Landvoice says uses better databases to find up to 95% of the phone numbers on expireds. Call Capture is still struck through.

Elite ($227) is Pro plus Call Capture, a toll free number with unlimited extensions for signs, flyers and your website that texts you the moment someone calls an extension.

The pricing page does not say how many users a plan covers. If a second agent or an assistant will work the same data, ask before you buy rather than assume the plan is shared.

Is the Landvoice annual plan worth it?

Usually yes, if you know you will prospect expireds for a full year, because the discount is large and uneven across the plans. Annual billing is $797 for Starter, $997 for Essential, $1,770 for Pro and $1,997 for Elite, and Landvoice prints the saving next to each one: $247, $527, $354 and $727.

Converted to a monthly figure, that is about $66, $83, $148 and $166. Quarterly sits in between at $237, $347, $500 and $597 a quarter, or roughly $79, $116, $167 and $199 a month.

PlanMonthlyQuarterlyAnnualAnnual per month
Starter$87$237$797about $66
Essential$127$347$997about $83
Pro$177$500$1,770about $148
Elite$227$597$1,997about $166

Two things in that grid change the decision. First, on annual terms Essential costs only $200 more than Starter for the year, and that $200 buys Neighborhood Search and pre-foreclosure data, which cost $49 and $40 a month bought separately. If you would ever farm a neighborhood, Starter on an annual term is hard to justify.

Second, on annual terms Elite is only $227 more than Pro. That difference is Call Capture, which Landvoice prices at $60 a month on its own, so anyone who markets with signs or flyers should take Elite rather than Pro. On monthly billing the same step is $50 a month, so the logic holds either way.

The catch is commitment. A year up front is $1,770 or $1,997 on the two plans most listing agents want, paid before you know whether your MLS area produces enough expireds to work every day.

Does Landvoice have a dialer?

No dialer appears in any of the four Landvoice plans, and that is the most important thing to know before you compare it with REDX, Mojo or Vulcan7, which all sell a dialer next to their data. Landvoice sells the data and the data manager, and its tools include export, so the list goes into whatever dialer you already use.

That makes the honest comparison data plus dialer. For one agent working expireds on Pro, the month looks roughly like this on prices each vendor publishes:

Setup for one agentDataDialerMonthly total
Landvoice Pro plus a Wavv single line dialer$177$99$276
Landvoice Pro plus Mojo Triple Line$177$149 ($139 plus $10 Agent Access)$326
Landvoice Pro plus BatchDialer Starter, monthly$177$119$296
REDX expireds plus its single line dialer$60$99$159
REDX CONNECT bundlebundle$299

The totals are our arithmetic. They are not the whole story, because the data is not the same product. REDX on one expired data type is much cheaper on paper, and Landvoice argues its numbers are fewer and better ranked, which we cover below. What the table does show is that Landvoice is rarely the cheapest route once a dialer is added, so it has to win on data quality and on how many wrong numbers your agents stop dialing.

The line count on the dialer matters as much as the price. A single line power dialer calls one number at a time and cannot drop a homeowner who answers. A multi line dialer calls several at once and has to abandon the ones that lose the race, which is where most complaints come from. We compare the line counts and what each vendor charges for them on real estate dialer pricing.

Can I buy Landvoice products individually?

Yes. Landvoice answers this on its own pricing page and prints sample a la carte prices: FSBOs $40 a month for two counties, Expired Basic $60 a month for one MLS, Expired Pro $120 a month for one MLS, Neighborhood Search $49 a month for 3,000 monthly results, pre-foreclosure $40 a month for two counties and Call Capture $60 a month. It says it prefers to build those custom packages over the phone.

The bundles are cheaper whenever you need more than one product. Adding up the separate prices, Starter's contents cost $100 against the $87 plan, Essential's $189 against $127, Pro's $249 against $177 and Elite's $309 against $227. The only case for a la carte is an agent who wants one thing, such as Expired Pro alone at $120.

Landvoice also sells data outside the plans. Data Genie fills in missing phone numbers, addresses and emails for records already in your CRM, scrubbed against the National DNC registry, at $50 a month for 250 lookups or $500 a year for 3,000 lookups, with extra credits at the same rates (about $0.20 or $0.17 each). Old Expireds are sold by year and zip code at $250 per combination, with at least 25 properties and six months of exclusive access. Distressed data is $1,000 per 500 records for existing customers. Canadian agents can buy FSBO data only.

Landvoice vs REDX on price and phone numbers

REDX is cheaper per data type and sells its own dialer, so for a solo agent who wants expireds and a dialer from one invoice it usually wins on price. One REDX lead type is $60 a month or $600 a year, the standalone power dialer is $99 single line or $149 multi line, and the bundles run $199, $299 and $349. We break those down on REDX pricing.

Landvoice competes on the numbers rather than the price. Its pricing FAQ says its chief executive was one of the original founders of REDX, and that the biggest difference is philosophy: Landvoice says it gives at most three numbers per record, ranked by how likely each one is to reach the homeowner, and leaves out numbers it knows are not tied to the property. Those are Landvoice's own claims about its data, not something we have tested, and the 60% and 95% match rates are vendor figures too.

The practical way to settle it is to run both against the same week of expireds in your MLS and count right party contacts per hour, not numbers per record. Every wrong number is dial time you pay for on the dialer and in your own day. If Landvoice's ranked numbers lift right party contacts by even a few per session, the $100 or so a month difference disappears quickly. If they do not, REDX is the better buy. For how REDX stacks up against Mojo on the same terms, see Mojo Dialer vs REDX pricing.

Landvoice vs Vulcan7 and Mojo for expired listings

Vulcan7 is the closest thing to an all in one rival, and the hardest to price because it prints no figure. Its packages bundle expireds, a CRM, a power dialer and whitelisted numbers, with dialer seats of 1, 2 and 3 by tier. The reported figures and the per seat math are on Vulcan7 pricing. Against it, Landvoice Pro plus a separate dialer is easier to budget and to cancel piece by piece, while Vulcan7 is one login and one bill.

Mojo goes the other way and sells everything as separate line items. Its expired data is $50 a month, FSBO $25 per county and Neighborhood Search $49, and the dialer is $89 single line or $139 triple line plus $10 Agent Access per user. Every Mojo line item, with what a second agent adds, is on Mojo Dialer pricing. A Mojo setup with expireds and the triple line dialer lands near $200 a month, cheaper than Landvoice Pro plus a dialer.

So the pattern holds across all three. Landvoice is not the low price option. It is a data first choice for an agent who already likes a dialer, wants FSBO, pre-foreclosure and neighborhood data in the same place, and believes ranked numbers are worth paying for.

Is it legal to call Landvoice expired listing numbers?

Yes, with the same rules as any cold call to a homeowner. An expired listing owner is a consumer, so the federal Telemarketing Sales Rule and the TCPA apply. Landvoice marks every number on the National Do Not Call Registry in its data manager, and you must not call those numbers unless you have an established relationship or permission. Many states run their own do not call lists and stricter calling hours, and the federal window is 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. in the homeowner's local time.

Two things raise the risk. A multi line dialer that connects one person and hangs up on the others creates abandoned calls, and the FTC safe harbor caps those at 3% of answered calls per campaign. And an artificial or prerecorded voice, which includes an AI voice, needs the homeowner's prior express written consent for a telemarketing call. That is why we do not sell our AI caller for cold calling expireds.

Where an AI caller does fit a Landvoice agent is the other half of the business: the people who call you. Call Capture, sign calls, website leads and sellers who have asked to be contacted all want an answer in minutes, not at the end of a dial session. Our AI SDR calls those leads back within seconds, qualifies motivation and timeline, and books the listing appointment, while you keep your own dial block on the expired list. How we handle consent, DNC and disclosure is set out on TCPA compliant AI calling, and the real estate setup on AI calling for real estate.

Good questions

Questions about Landvoice pricing

Landvoice costs $87, $127, $177 or $227 a month for its Starter, Essential, Pro and Elite plans. Quarterly billing is $237 to $597 a quarter and annual billing $797 to $1,997 a year. Products can also be bought individually, from $40 a month for FSBO data to $120 a month for Expired Pro.
Landvoice says Expired Basic finds up to 60% of the phone numbers for expired listings and Expired Pro up to 95%, cell phones included, both for one MLS. Starter and Essential include Basic, Pro and Elite include Pro. Bought alone they are $60 and $120 a month.
No. None of the four plans on the pricing page includes a dialer. Landvoice sells the data and a data manager with export, so you call the list from a dialer you buy separately, which typically adds $99 to $149 a month for one agent.
Only Elite at $227 a month or $1,997 a year. Call Capture gives you a toll free number with unlimited extensions for signs, flyers and your website and alerts you when someone calls. Bought on its own it is $60 a month.
The pricing page offers monthly, quarterly and annual billing. Quarterly and annual are paid up front for the term in exchange for a lower price. Landvoice prefers to sell over the phone, so confirm the cancellation terms for your term before you pay.
Usually not. One REDX data type is $60 a month and its single line dialer $99, so expireds plus a dialer is about $159. Landvoice Pro plus a comparable dialer is closer to $276. Landvoice argues its ranked numbers waste less dial time, which you can test on one week of your own expireds.
Data Genie is $50 a month for 250 lookups or $500 a year for 3,000 lookups. It fills in missing phone numbers, addresses and emails for records in your CRM, includes reverse phone lookup and scrubs results against the National DNC registry.
Only for FSBO data. Landvoice says regulations limit what it can provide in Canada, so expired, pre-foreclosure and neighborhood data are US only.
It can be if you will call expireds every day. Pro on an annual term is about $148 a month for the best expired data, but add a dialer and the scripts and time to work it. A newer agent with little listing inventory may do better starting on Essential monthly and upgrading once the calls convert.
Not cold, in our view. An AI voice counts as an artificial voice under the TCPA, which needs prior express written consent for telemarketing to a homeowner. An AI SDR fits the inbound and opted in side instead, calling back Call Capture and website leads within seconds and booking the appointment.
