Vulcan7 does not publish a price. Its packages page, read on September 30, 2026, lists three plans (Essential, Executive and Ultimate) with their leads, dialer seats and whitelisted numbers, and then says pricing "varies based on the plan and lead types you need." The figure repeated across the web, about $359 a month for expired plus FSBO leads, has no primary source we could find. Budget roughly $300 to $560 a month for one agent, ask for the price per dialer seat, and get the quote in writing before you commit to a term.
That is the short answer. The useful part is what the three packages actually contain, because Vulcan7 changed its structure and most pricing articles still describe the old one: a "$250 dialer plan" and a "$359 bundle". Below is the current package grid from Vulcan7's own page, where every third party price comes from and how old it is, what each package costs per dialer seat if those figures hold, and how Vulcan7 compares with Mojo, REDX and BatchDialer, which all print their prices.
How much does Vulcan7 cost?
Vulcan7 costs whatever your quote says. Its FAQ answers the question directly: "Vulcan7 pricing varies based on the plan and lead types you need. All plans include daily leads, a power dialer, and CRM. We offer monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual billing, with up to 20% off for longer commitments and no long-term contract required." The only route to a number is a demo or a sales call.
The figures in circulation come from review sites and from competitors, not from Vulcan7. None of them links to a Vulcan7 document, and the most repeated one is older than the current package names.
| Figure | What it is said to cover | Where it appears | Primary source cited |
|---|---|---|---|
| About $359 a month | Expired plus FSBO leads, dialer and CRM, month to month | CloudTalk (April 2025), Real Estate Skills (December 2025), Rezora (July 2026) | None. CloudTalk says "according to online sources" |
| About $250 a month | An older dialer plan with expired leads only | CloudTalk, Real Estate Skills | None |
| $305 to $323 a month | The same bundle on a 6 or 12 month commitment | CloudTalk, Rezora | None |
| About $3,443 a year | The bundle prepaid for 12 months, about $288 a month | Hooquest, Rezora | None |
| $299, $350 and $558 a month | Essential, Executive and Ultimate | Rezora, attributed to a REDX comparison | A competitor's page, not Vulcan7 |
Treat all of these as a starting range for your negotiation, not a price. The $299 to $558 band is the only one that uses the current package names, and it comes from a competitor.
What each Vulcan7 package includes
This part is published, and it is where the real comparison starts. Every package includes expired leads delivered daily plus the last three months of expireds, the CRM, the power dialer with unlimited dialing minutes, call recording, call transfer, mobile callback, Google Calendar integration and the Take 52 Listings coaching sessions. The differences are lead types, seats and numbers.

Two lines in that grid matter more than the lead counts. Essential has one whitelisted number and no spam monitoring, so a single agent dialing expireds all morning is working from one number with nobody watching its reputation. And Essential lists Follow Up Boss and BoomTown as unavailable, so if either is your system of record you are on Executive whether or not you need a second seat.
What Vulcan7 costs per dialer seat
The seat count is the detail most price comparisons skip. Executive includes two dialer seats and Ultimate includes three, so the monthly figure is not a per-agent price. If the competitor-reported figures of $299, $350 and $558 are close to your quote, the per-seat cost falls sharply as you move up. This is our arithmetic on unverified numbers, so use it to frame the sales call rather than as a price.
| Package | Reported monthly price | Dialer seats | Per seat a month | At 20% off for a longer term |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | $299 | 1 | $299 | $239 |
| Executive | $350 | 2 | $175 | $140 |
| Ultimate | $558 | 3 | $186 | $149 |
Read that way, a solo agent on Essential pays the most per seat and gets the least number protection. An agent with an assistant or an inside sales partner gets two seats, FSBO leads, spam monitoring and CRM integrations on Executive for a modest step up. That is presumably why Vulcan7 labels Executive "Most Popular". Ask the rep to confirm three things in writing: the price per seat, what an additional seat costs beyond the package, and whether the 20 percent term discount applies to add-ons as well as the base package.
Does Vulcan7 have a contract?
No long-term contract is required. The FAQ says you can "choose a month-to-month subscription with no long-term commitment, or opt for a longer-term plan to lock in a discounted rate of up to 20% off your monthly bill," and quarterly, semi-annual and annual billing are all offered. The cancellation terms for a prepaid term are not on the packages page, so ask what happens to the unused months if you stop after one quarter of an annual plan. On a $3,000 or $4,000 prepayment, that answer is worth having before you sign.
Vulcan7 vs Mojo, REDX and BatchDialer on price
The real estate dialers around Vulcan7 all publish prices, which is the main reason agents end up comparing them. The difference is mostly in how the lead data is sold: bundled into the plan, or bought list by list.
| Platform | One agent with a multi-line or power dialer | How lead data is sold | Price published |
|---|---|---|---|
| Vulcan7 | About $299 to $558 reported, 1 to 3 seats | Bundled by package, add-ons for other types | No |
| Mojo | $149 (Triple Line $139 plus required $10 Agent Access) | Per list, $25 to $50 a month each | Yes, read September 18, 2026 |
| REDX | $299 CONNECT, $349 PRO with the multi-line dialer | Bundled, all five core lead types | Yes, read September 1, 2026 |
| BatchDialer | $95 annual or $119 monthly, 3 lines | Motivated seller lists $49 to $119 a month per account | Yes, read September 30, 2026 |
For a listing agent working expireds and FSBOs, the like-for-like numbers are close. Mojo's triple line dialer with expired and FSBO data comes to about $224 a month on its own published prices, and REDX PRO is $349 with all five lead types. Vulcan7's case is not a lower price; it argues for data quality and training, and those are the claims to test on a trial list before you pay for a term. We break down the Mojo and REDX side in Mojo Dialer vs REDX pricing, and BatchDialer's plans in BatchDialer pricing. All the real estate dialers side by side, with add-ons, are on our real estate dialer page.
Questions to ask on the Vulcan7 sales call
- What is the monthly price of each package on month to month, and on quarterly, semi-annual and annual billing?
- What does an additional dialer seat cost, and an additional whitelisted number?
- What do the FSBO, FRBO, pre-foreclosure and neighborhood search add-ons cost on Essential and Executive?
- Does the term discount apply to add-ons?
- If I prepay a term and cancel early, what is refunded?
- How many expired contacts per month does my market typically produce, and what share have a mobile number?
The last question matters most. A package priced on lead volume is only as good as the volume your zip codes produce, and that varies more by market than by plan.
When an AI caller fits alongside Vulcan7
Vulcan7 makes a human agent faster at cold prospecting homeowners. That is the right purchase if you, or someone you pay, will dial expireds for two or three hours every morning. Cold calls to homeowners should stay with a person: federal rules treat an AI voice as an artificial voice, and calling a consumer's phone with one requires prior express consent that a cold expired list does not have.
Where an AI caller earns its place is on the leads that already raised their hand and are waiting on you: web and portal inquiries, sign calls, open house sign-ins and past clients who opted in. Those leads go cold in hours, and that is exactly when a busy agent is out showing property. ColdCalls.ai calls them back, discloses that it is an AI, asks your qualifying questions and books the appointment on your calendar, with DNC checks and calling-window rules applied before every dial. Starter is $499 a month for one AI SDR seat with about 1,500 connected minutes, or $249.50 a month billed yearly, with every plan on our pricing page. How it works for agents and investors is on AI cold calling for real estate, and you can hear it run your own script in the Call Studio on the AI cold calling software page.
If you run a team and the harder problem is showing a partner or a lender what each agent actually produces from the leads you buy, it helps to have the books in order too. Brokerages that want month-end numbers without a bookkeeper rebuilding them by hand can turn a bookkeeping export into a clean P&L and balance sheet and see lead spend against closed commission on one page.
Vulcan7 pricing FAQ
How much is Vulcan7 per month?
Vulcan7 does not publish a monthly price. The most repeated third party figure is about $359 a month for expired and FSBO leads with the dialer and CRM, and a competitor reports $299, $350 and $558 for Essential, Executive and Ultimate. None of these cites a Vulcan7 document, so get a written quote.
Is Vulcan7 worth the money?
It can be for a listing agent who will dial expireds daily, because the packages bundle leads, a power dialer, CRM, whitelisted numbers and weekly coaching. It is rarely the cheapest option: Mojo and REDX publish lower or similar prices for the same lead types. Run a trial list in your own market before prepaying a term.
Does Vulcan7 have a free trial?
Vulcan7 does not advertise a self-serve free trial on its packages page. It offers a demo and a 15 minute platform walkthrough, and says most agents are up and running the same day they sign up, with three months of expired leads loaded where available.
Can you cancel Vulcan7 anytime?
Month to month plans carry no long-term contract, according to Vulcan7's FAQ. Quarterly, semi-annual and annual plans trade a discount of up to 20 percent for a longer commitment. The refund terms for leaving a prepaid term early are not published, so ask before you sign.
How many users does a Vulcan7 plan include?
Essential includes one power dialer seat, Executive two and Ultimate three. Whitelisted numbers follow the same pattern at one, three and five. The price of an additional seat beyond the package is not published.
Is Vulcan7 cheaper than REDX?
Usually not. REDX publishes CONNECT at $299 a month and PRO with the multi-line dialer at $349, with all five core lead types, and a second PRO user at $99. Reported Vulcan7 prices run from $299 to $558, though Executive and Ultimate include two and three dialer seats, which narrows the gap for teams.
