CloudTalk Pricing per User and CloudTalk Cost With Add-ons

CloudTalk publishes its seat prices, which is more than most sales phone systems do. The number that matters for an outbound team is not the headline seat, though. It is the seat plus the dialer, plus call analysis, times the number of reps. Below is every figure we read from the CloudTalk pricing page and what it adds up to for real teams.

Why it works

What your team gets with CloudTalk pricing

Three US plans, one seat floor

Starter $25, Essential $29 and Expert $49 per user a month billed annually. Starter and Essential sell from one licence. Expert, the plan with the dialers and Salesforce, needs at least three.

The dialers are line items

The Power Dialer is a $15 per user add-on unless you are on Expert. The Parallel Dialer, which rings up to 10 numbers at once, is $39 per user on every plan, Expert included.

CRM sync is not on Starter

The Starter column marks integrations as Upgrade to access. The 95+ standard CRM integrations and the Salesforce Ecosystem Integration are listed on Essential and Expert.

What it handles

Dialed, disclosed and booked on autopilot

The agent works your lead list, discloses it is an AI on every call, scrubs against DNC in real time, qualifies the prospect, handles objections, and books the meeting straight into your calendar and CRM.

  • One published monthly price per AI SDR seat, with no per rep licence count to keep in sync with headcount
  • An AI voice agent that places the calls, handles the first objection and qualifies the prospect
  • Qualified meetings booked straight into your reps' calendars instead of reps sitting on a dialer
  • DNC and state calling window checks applied before every dial, on every plan
  • Every call recorded, transcribed and written back to HubSpot or Salesforce
  • The AI discloses itself at the top of every call, and monthly billing can be cancelled any time

Phone platforms reprice without notice, so every figure carries the date it was read. CloudTalk shows prices in euros or US dollars depending on where you browse from, and its included minutes change with the calling region you select. Set both to the United States before you compare.

How much does CloudTalk cost per user?

CloudTalk costs $25, $29 or $49 per user per month when you pay a year up front, for Starter, Essential and Expert respectively. Those are the US dollar figures on cloudtalk.io/pricing as we read them on October 3, 2026. CloudTalk says annual billing saves "3+ months (about 30% off)", and the monthly column on its euro price list reads 34, 39 and 69 EUR, so budget roughly a third more if you want to pay month to month.

The seat price is the floor, not the bill. Everything an outbound team usually wants beyond basic calling is either reserved for Expert or sold per user on top: the Power Dialer at $15, the Parallel Dialer at $39, AI Conversation Intelligence at $9, branded caller ID from $0.07 a call and spam remediation on a custom quote. A browser in Europe also sees a Lite plan at 19 EUR; it does not appear on the US dollar list, so do not plan around it if you are buying from the US.

Which CloudTalk plan does a sales team need?

For a team that mostly dials out, the realistic choice is Essential plus the Power Dialer, or Expert. Starter lists integrations as Upgrade to access, so it cannot write calls back to HubSpot or Salesforce, which rules it out for most sales teams on its own.

Essential at $29 plus the $15 Power Dialer comes to $44 per user a month annually. Expert at $49 includes the Power Dialer, adds real time analytics and wallboards, and is the plan CloudTalk itself pitches for "dialers, real-time analytics, Salesforce". The $5 difference is small per seat. The constraint is the three licence minimum on Expert: a solo founder or a two person team pays for three Expert seats, which is $147 a month, against $88 for two Essential seats with the Power Dialer. Compare that with how we price it on our own AI cold calling plans, where the unit is an AI SDR seat and there is no licence floor.

What does CloudTalk cost for a team of 5, 10 or 20 reps?

Our arithmetic on CloudTalk's published annual US prices, assuming every rep is on the same plan:

5 reps on Expert: 5 x $49 = $245 a month, $2,940 a year. Add the Parallel Dialer and it becomes 5 x $88 = $440 a month, $5,280 a year.

10 reps on Expert with the Parallel Dialer and Conversation Intelligence: 10 x ($49 + $39 + $9) = $970 a month, or $11,640 a year. That is nearly double the headline $490.

20 reps on Essential with the Power Dialer: 20 x $44 = $880 a month, $10,560 a year, before branded caller ID or spam remediation.

None of these numbers includes the people. Every CloudTalk licence still needs a rep in the chair to hold the conversation. If you are pricing this for a team of SDRs, our AI vs human SDR cost breakdown shows the larger line, and the tooling decision barely moves it.

How much is the CloudTalk power dialer and parallel dialer?

The CloudTalk Power Dialer is $15 per user per month billed annually, and it is already included on Expert. It dials one contact after another for one rep, with pause, resume and queue view, cold transfer, voicemail drop and call outcomes. The Parallel Dialer is $39 per user per month billed annually and is an add-on on every plan, Expert included. CloudTalk says it dials up to 10 numbers at once, skips answering machines automatically and drops a voicemail for you.

The parallel dialer is where the real cost hides. Calling 10 numbers at once places several times the calls per hour, which wears out caller ID reputation faster, and CloudTalk prices spam remediation separately on a custom quote. We cover the mechanics in parallel dialer software and the reputation side in how to avoid spam likely on outbound calls.

Does CloudTalk include calling minutes in the US?

It depends on the calling region you pick on the pricing page, which is easy to miss. With the region set to the United States, CloudTalk lists unlimited calls across the US and Canada. With a European region selected, the same Starter plan shows 500 domestic outbound minutes per user a month instead, and Essential and Expert show unlimited domestic calls within that region. Inbound and internal calls are free on every plan.

So a US team comparing CloudTalk to Aircall pricing or JustCall pricing should set the region and the currency first, then read the minutes line. Quotes passed around in roundup articles often mix euro prices with US minute allowances.

How much do CloudTalk AI voice agents cost?

CloudTalk prices its AI Voice Agents separately from the phone seats, starting from $99 a month for 200 minutes. The AI Specialist bundle starts from $349 a month for 1,000 minutes, and CloudTalk quotes custom volume pricing above 10,000 minutes a month, from 0.15 EUR a minute on its euro list. It also offers an AI Receptionist for inbound calls.

On those starting bundles the effective rate is about $0.50 a minute on the $99 plan and about $0.35 on the $349 plan, our arithmetic. They are aimed at receptionist and support work: answering, routing and resolving routine requests. An outbound program that needs an agent to open a cold call, take an objection and book a meeting is a different job, which we compare across vendors on AI voice agent pricing.

CloudTalk vs Aircall and JustCall on price

On the entry seat the three are within a few dollars: CloudTalk Starter $25, JustCall Team $29 and Aircall Essentials $30, all per user a month annually. The gap opens on dialing. CloudTalk gets you a power dialer for $44 (Essential plus the add-on) from one licence. JustCall puts its power dialer on Pro at $49 with a two licence minimum. Aircall puts PowerDialer on Professional at $50 with a three licence minimum.

For parallel dialing, CloudTalk is the only one of the three that sells it as a priced add-on, at $39 on top of the seat. Ringover, often shortlisted beside them, charges $49 a user for its parallel dialer on top of a $47 Business seat, as laid out in Ringover pricing. If you are weighing a dedicated multi line dialer instead, BatchDialer starts at $95 per agent with three lines included, and we break that down in BatchDialer pricing. Dialpad sits higher, with local presence on Sell Advanced at $95, see Dialpad pricing.

When an AI caller is the better buy than more CloudTalk seats

CloudTalk is a good buy when you already have reps and they need a reliable phone system with a dialer and CRM sync. It does not create calling hours. A 10 rep team on the full Expert stack spends about $970 a month on licences, and the expensive part is still the people working through the list.

If the bottleneck is that nobody has time to make first touch calls, the purchase is different. ColdCalls.ai puts an AI voice agent on the dial: it calls inside each state's calling window, introduces itself as AI, handles the first objection, qualifies against your criteria and books the meeting straight onto a rep's calendar. Our Growth plan is $1,490 a month for three AI SDR seats and about 6,000 connected minutes, with no licence minimum. Your reps keep CloudTalk, or any phone system, for the conversations that need a person. See how it works on AI cold calling software.
