Skip the dialing. Our AI SDR calls your leads, qualifies them and books meetings into your calendar. From $499 a month.

Aircall costs $30 per licence a month for Essentials and $50 for Professional on annual billing, with a three licence minimum on both and a 25 percent premium if you pay monthly. For an outbound sales team the real entry price is $50, because PowerDialer, voicemail drop and outbound campaigns are not on Essentials. AI coaching, deeper analytics and branded caller ID are add-ons on top. Read from aircall.io/pricing on October 2, 2026.

Aircall publishes more of its price list than most phone platforms, including every add-on and its AI Voice Agent rates. That makes it easy to build an honest budget, as long as you price the tier and the add-ons your team will actually use rather than the headline $30. Here is each part of the bill, what ten outbound reps really pay, and where the costs climb.

How much does Aircall cost per user?

Aircall sells two self serve plans and a custom Enterprise plan. Prices are per licence per month in USD with the country set to the United States.

PlanAnnual billingMinimum licencesWhat it adds for a sales team
Essentials$30 per licence3Unlimited US and Canada calls, SMS and MMS, IVR, call recording, 250+ integrations, basic dashboards, 50 minutes of AI Voice Agents a month. No PowerDialer, no voicemail drop, no Salesforce integration
Professional$50 per licence3PowerDialer, voicemail drop, outbound campaigns, Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud integrations, call whispering and coaching, AI call summaries and conversation intelligence, live monitoring
EnterpriseCustom quote25Unlimited global calls, SSO and SCIM, HIPAA, SLA, API developer support, custom onboarding

Aircall's FAQ states that annual plans include a 25 percent discount compared with monthly pricing, and that the three licence minimum applies whichever cycle you pick. That puts Essentials at $40 a month on monthly billing. Third party reviews list Professional at $70 monthly, which is a slightly bigger gap than 25 percent, so get the monthly Professional figure on your quote rather than calculating it.

Which Aircall plan has the power dialer?

Professional. Aircall's own feature table leaves PowerDialer, voicemail drop and outbound campaigns off Essentials, and its FAQ lists Power Dialer among what Professional adds. The PowerDialer imports up to 1,000 numbers and dials them in sequence, with time between calls for notes and tags. That is a one line power dialer: one call per rep at a time, which means it cannot abandon a call the way a predictive dialer can.

The same split applies to Salesforce. The Sales Cloud and Service Cloud integrations are marked as Professional features, while HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zendesk and the other common integrations are on both plans. A Salesforce sales team that wants to dial from a list is on $50 per licence at minimum. If Salesforce is the deciding factor, we compare how each dialer connects to it on Salesforce dialer.

What does Aircall charge on top of the licence?

This is where the bill moves. Aircall prints its add-on prices, which is to its credit, and several of them are per seat:

Add-onPublished priceWhat it does
AI Assist$9 per licence a monthCall summaries, key topics, talk to listen ratios, sentiment, call scoring, CRM logging, follow up emails
AI Assist Pro$49 per licence a monthEverything in AI Assist plus live transcription, playbooks, live prompts and automated scoring with custom questions
Analytics+$15 per licence a monthUnlimited history, heat maps, drill down, export and live monitoring
Aircall for Salesforce Voice$30 per seat a monthAircall calling inside Salesforce Service Cloud
WhatsApp in Aircall$10 per seat a monthWhatsApp messaging from Aircall numbers
Branded caller ID$0.08 per callShows your business name and logo on the recipient's phone
Additional phone number$6 a monthOne local or toll free number is included per plan
AI Messaging Agents$0.15 to $0.35 per conversationAI that answers SMS and WhatsApp

Two lines deserve a closer look. The first is AI Assist Pro. At $49 it costs almost as much as the Professional licence it sits on, so a rep with live coaching costs $99 a month on annual billing, not $50.

The second is branded caller ID, because it is priced per call rather than per seat, and outbound teams make a lot of calls. Ten reps making 80 dials a day across 21 working days is 16,800 calls a month. At $0.08 a call that is $1,344 a month, more than the ten Professional licences themselves. If answer rates are your problem, price branded calling on your actual dial volume before you switch it on. Our branded caller ID page covers how the registries work and what they cost elsewhere.

What does Aircall cost for a team of 3, 5 or 10 reps?

Our arithmetic on Aircall's published annual prices, for a sales team on Professional:

  • 1 or 2 reps: you still pay for 3 licences, so $150 a month ($1,800 a year). On Essentials the floor is $90 a month.
  • 5 reps: $250 a month on Professional ($3,000 a year). Add AI Assist Pro and it is $495 a month.
  • 10 reps: $500 a month on Professional ($6,000 a year). With AI Assist Pro and Analytics+ it is $1,140 a month ($13,680 a year), before branded caller ID or extra numbers.

Calls are not the big variable here. Domestic calls in the US and Canada are unlimited on every plan, so the add-on choices drive the spread. A lean Professional setup and a fully loaded one differ by more than double. Every outbound phone system has this pattern, and we line the vendors up side by side on auto dialer pricing.

If the add-on you are tempted by is Analytics+ just to get history past six months and an export, check first whether you already keep call records elsewhere. Many teams sync calls into the CRM or a warehouse anyway, and an assistant that answers plain English questions about that data can cover the reporting without another per seat line on the invoice.

How much do Aircall AI Voice Agents cost?

Every plan now includes 50 minutes a month of AI Voice Agents, and Aircall sells AI Voice Agents on their own with a $100 per month minimum. Past the included minutes, Aircall publishes three ways to pay:

  • Pay as you go: $0.49 a minute, or $0.39 a minute above 2,500 minutes.
  • Bundles: 500 minutes for $175 or 2,500 minutes for $725 a month, which works out to $0.35 and $0.29 a minute.
  • Volume: 10,000 minutes and up at custom rates from $0.19 a minute.

Aircall says the language model, voice and telephony are included in those per minute rates, with no token charges. Aircall positions them mainly for answering and resolving inbound calls, intake questions and trigger based outbound calls, not for working a cold list. How those rates compare with Vapi, Retell, Bland and the rest is on AI voice agent pricing.

Aircall vs Dialpad and JustCall on price

For a plain business phone system, Aircall is not the cheapest. Dialpad Connect Standard is $15 per user on annual billing with no printed seat minimum, and JustCall Team is $29 with a two licence minimum. Aircall Essentials is $30 with three.

For outbound dialing the order changes. Aircall Professional at $50 includes PowerDialer and voicemail drop. JustCall's power dialer starts on Pro at $49, also annually. Dialpad puts local presence and voicemail drop on Sell Advanced at $95, roughly twice the other two. We broke Dialpad's three products and nine prices down in Dialpad pricing per user, and JustCall's plans on JustCall pricing.

Is Aircall worth it for outbound sales?

Aircall is a solid buy for a team of three to twenty reps that wants one phone system for inbound and outbound, lives in HubSpot or Salesforce, and values a published price list. Unlimited domestic calling and a clear add-on menu make the bill predictable once you have chosen the add-ons.

It is a weaker fit in two cases. If you want predictive or parallel dialing, Aircall's PowerDialer dials one number at a time per rep, so a high volume floor will look at dedicated dialers instead. And if the real constraint is the hours your reps spend dialing rather than the phone system they dial on, a better phone system only helps the reps you already have. That is the job ColdCalls.ai does. Our AI voice agent places the calls, tells the prospect it is an AI, handles the first objection, qualifies against your criteria and books the meeting into your reps' calendars, with DNC and calling window checks on every dial. There is no licence minimum: Starter is $499 a month for one AI SDR seat with about 1,500 connected minutes, Growth is $1,490 and Scale is $3,900, and yearly billing halves each. The full list is on our pricing page, and an honest side by side is on Aircall alternative.
