JustCall Pricing, JustCall Cost per User and Dialer Plans

JustCall is one of the few sales phone systems that prints its seat prices. What the headline $29 hides is where the dialer sits: Team has none, Pro adds a one-line power dialer, and multi-line predictive dialing is a separate quote.

Below is every plan, what each one dials, the fair usage terms on unlimited minutes and the monthly bill for a 5 and a 10 rep team.

SHORT ANSWER

JustCall publishes three self-serve plans: Team at $29, Pro at $49 and Pro Plus at $89 per user per month billed annually, or $39, $69 and $109 billed monthly, each with a 2 licence minimum. Business is quote only with a 10 licence minimum. The power dialer starts on Pro. The predictive dialer, which dials up to 10 lines, is on SalesPro, which JustCall prices only by quote. A 5 rep team on Pro pays $245 a month billed annually. Read from justcall.io/pricing on September 29, 2026.

Why it works

What your team gets with justcall pricing

The $29 plan does not dial

Team is a business phone system with CRM sync, IVR and a shared SMS inbox. The power dialer first appears on Pro at $49 per user billed annually, together with the Salesforce CTI integration and bulk SMS. A calling team's real entry price is $98 a month for the 2 seat minimum, not $58.

Predictive dialing is a quote

JustCall's SalesPro plan carries the predictive dialer, up to 10 lines, plus power and dynamic dialing, Number Health and AI objection handling. It has a 2 licence minimum and no printed price. If multi-line dialing is why you are looking at JustCall, the published tiers do not include it.

Unlimited minutes follow your region

Every plan lists unlimited outbound and inbound minutes under a fair usage policy. The allowance covers mobile and landline calls within the calling region you select, and inbound routes under $0.02 a minute. Toll-free and premium-rate numbers are excluded. Set the region to the United States before you compare.

What it handles

Dialed, disclosed and booked on autopilot

The agent works your lead list, discloses it is an AI on every call, scrubs against DNC in real time, qualifies the prospect, handles objections, and books the meeting straight into your calendar and CRM.

  • A published monthly price with no per-rep licence count, because an AI voice agent holds the call instead of a seated rep
  • Outbound calls placed, objections handled and prospects qualified without a human on the line
  • Qualified meetings booked straight into your reps' calendars
  • DNC and state calling-window checks applied before every dial
  • Every call recorded, transcribed and written back to HubSpot or Salesforce
  • The AI discloses itself at the top of every call, and billing is monthly with no annual lock-in required

JustCall and Aloware were read on September 29, 2026, Kixie on September 25, PhoneBurner on September 21 and Orum on September 2. CloudTalk shows its prices to us in euros, so its figures are quoted in euros. Where a vendor prints no price we say so.

How much does JustCall cost per month?

JustCall's pricing page shows three self-serve plans with a monthly and an annual price, and every one of them has a 2 licence minimum.

Team is $29 per user a month billed annually or $39 billed monthly. It includes unlimited outbound and inbound minutes under fair usage, unlimited AI transcription minutes, 500 SMS segments, local numbers in more than 70 countries, IVR and call menus, a shared messaging inbox, 100+ CRM integrations and API access at up to 1,800 requests an hour. Pro is $49 annually or $69 monthly and adds the power dialer, bulk SMS campaigns, queue callback, intelligent routing, the Salesforce CTI integration, advanced roles and analytics, 1,000 SMS segments and a higher API limit of 3,600 requests an hour. Pro Plus is $89 annually or $109 monthly and adds the AI layer: AI Review Assist included, a multi-channel AI notetaker, real-time agent assist, AI script compliance, AI call scoring, sentiment analysis and coaching comments.

Above those, Business is quote only with a 10 licence minimum and adds SSO, HIPAA and GDPR compliance, an enterprise SLA and a dedicated phone support line. SalesPro is quote only with a 2 licence minimum and is the dialing plan, covered below.

The page advertises savings of up to 29% for annual billing. That figure is exact on Pro ($49 against $69). On Team the saving is about 26% and on Pro Plus about 18%, so the annual discount is worth less the higher you go. AI Review Assist is a $9 per user add-on on Team and Pro, and SMS bundles and local number bundles are sold separately on every plan.

Aloware, the closest published rival, prints a longer rate card with per-call branded caller ID and per-minute automation fees. Our Aloware pricing breakdown sets the two side by side.

Which JustCall plan has the power dialer?

Pro, at $49 per user billed annually. Team has click to call, IVR and CRM sync but no power dialer at all, so a two-person team that wants to work a call list is buying Pro at $98 a month, or $138 billed monthly, rather than Team at $58.

JustCall's power dialer calls one number at a time per rep and moves to the next contact automatically when a call ends, which is the standard definition. It cannot abandon a call, because the rep is always there when the prospect answers. That is also its ceiling: one rep, one line, so the dial rate is capped by how fast a person can wrap up and move on. Our power dialer software comparison shows how that ceiling looks across PhoneBurner, Kixie, Aloware and the rest.

Pro is also where the Salesforce CTI integration lives, which makes it the practical floor for a Salesforce team whatever it dials. For HubSpot users the connector is available from Team, and our HubSpot dialer pricing page covers what HubSpot charges for calling inside its own seats.

Does JustCall have a predictive dialer?

Yes, but not on any plan with a printed price. The predictive dialer, which JustCall lists as dialing up to 10 lines, sits on SalesPro alongside the power dialer, a dynamic dialer that updates the contact list in real time, Number Health, a voicemail automation suite, AI objection handling and live call transcription. SalesPro shows "Request a Quote" and a 2 licence minimum. The 14 day free trial gives access to SalesPro features, so you can test predictive dialing before you have a number.

Predictive dialing places more calls than there are free reps and forecasts when a rep will be ready, which is how it gets its speed. It is also the mode that can abandon a live answer, and the FTC's 3% abandonment safe harbor applies to it. If you are weighing it against power dialing, our predictive dialer software page explains the pacing and the compliance cost, and call center dialer pricing compares the predictive tiers of Five9, Genesys and Convoso.

Is JustCall calling really unlimited?

Within limits JustCall spells out. Every self-serve plan lists unlimited outbound minutes, unlimited inbound minutes and unlimited AI transcription minutes, each marked as subject to the fair usage policy. The allowance covers outbound mobile and landline calls within the calling region you select, plus inbound calls on routes that cost JustCall under $0.02 a minute. Toll-free numbers, premium-rate and shared-service numbers are excluded, as are call forwards to external numbers.

The region selector matters more than it looks. JustCall's page changes the plan description and currency based on the region, and outside the US it has shown euro prices and European calling coverage. If you are a US team, choose the United States before you read any figure, and ask for the fair usage threshold in writing if your reps make more than a few hundred calls a day each. Unlimited is a policy, not a contract term, and high-volume outbound is exactly the traffic that policy is written to catch.

How much does the JustCall AI voice agent cost?

JustCall sells its AI Voice Agent separately from the seats. The pricing page says the first 100 minutes are free and that volume discounts go down to $0.15 a minute, with use cases listed as AI receptionist, outbound agent, lead qualifier and support agent, and a custom setup built by JustCall's team. The headline on every plan card is "Let AI handle incoming calls, 24/7", so the product is positioned mainly as an inbound receptionist that transfers to a human.

That is a different job from outbound prospecting. An inbound agent answers people who already want to talk to you. An outbound AI SDR has to open a cold call, disclose that it is AI, get past the first objection and qualify the person before booking time with a rep. For a side-by-side of per-minute voice AI costs, including Vapi, Retell and Bland, see AI voice agent pricing.

What does JustCall cost for a 5 or 10 rep sales team?

Using JustCall's own published figures and assuming every rep needs the power dialer:

5 reps on Pro: $245 a month billed annually, which is $2,940 a year, or $345 a month billed monthly. 5 reps on Pro Plus: $445 a month annually or $545 monthly. 10 reps on Pro: $490 a month annually, $5,880 a year. 10 reps on Pro Plus: $890 a month annually, $10,680 a year.

Those are seat costs only. Add local number bundles if you rotate numbers, SMS bundles above the included segments, AI Review Assist at $9 per user on Pro, and any international or toll-free traffic. If your team needs predictive dialing, none of these numbers apply and you are pricing SalesPro by quote.

The larger number is the reps. At the Bridge Group SDR benchmark median of $55,000 base and $80,000 on-target earnings, a 5 rep SDR team costs over $30,000 a month before benefits, so the dialer is about 1% of the spend. That is why the useful question is not which dialer is cheapest, but how many meetings each rep-hour produces. ColdCalls.ai answers it differently: an AI voice agent does the dialing, handles objections and books qualified meetings for your closers, on a flat monthly plan from $499 with no licence count. Plans and minutes are on our pricing page, and JustCall alternative covers the switch in detail.

Good questions

Questions about justcall pricing

Team is $29, Pro $49 and Pro Plus $89 per user per month billed annually, or $39, $69 and $109 billed monthly. Business and SalesPro are quoted by sales. Every self-serve plan has a 2 licence minimum.
Two licences on Team, Pro, Pro Plus and SalesPro, and ten on Business. The cheapest possible JustCall bill is two Team seats at $58 a month billed annually.
Pro and above. Team at $29 has no power dialer. Pro at $49 per user billed annually adds it, together with the Salesforce CTI integration and bulk SMS.
Yes, on the SalesPro plan, which lists a predictive dialer up to 10 lines plus power and dynamic dialing. SalesPro has no published price and is quoted by sales with a 2 licence minimum.
Annually. JustCall advertises savings of up to 29%. The exact gap is $10 per user on Team, $20 on Pro and $20 on Pro Plus, so the percentage saving is largest on Pro.
Yes. JustCall offers a 14 day free trial with no credit card required, and says the trial includes access to SalesPro features, including the dialers.
It is billed per minute on top of the seats. JustCall's page says the first 100 minutes are free and that volume discounts go down to $0.15 a minute. It is positioned mainly for inbound calls, with an outbound agent listed as a use case.
Under a fair usage policy. Unlimited covers outbound mobile and landline calls within your selected region and inbound on routes under $0.02 a minute. Toll-free, premium-rate and external forwards are excluded.
Per seat, no, and they are different purchases. JustCall gives a human rep a phone and a dialer. ColdCalls.ai replaces the dialing: an AI voice agent calls, qualifies and books meetings, from $499 a month with no licence count.
It depends on what limits you. For a cheaper per-dial rate card, Aloware. For single-line power dialing with CRM sync, PhoneBurner. If the limit is rep hours rather than the dialer, an AI SDR like ColdCalls.ai does the calling itself.
