Skip the dialing. Our AI SDR calls your leads, qualifies them and books meetings into your calendar. From $499 a month.
Aloware lists three per-user plans: iPro at $30, uPro at $60 and xPro at $85 per user per month on its discounted term, or $40, $70 and $100 billed month to month. iPro needs at least 10 users and uPro and xPro need at least 5, so the smallest bill for a plan with the Power Dialer is $300 a month. Local presence, branded caller ID, numbers and every automated call or text are billed on top. Read from aloware.com/pricing on September 29, 2026.
Aloware is one of the few dialer vendors that prints real numbers, and that makes it easy to compare. The catch is that the seat price is only one of four parts of the invoice. The other three are licence minimums, à la carte items billed with the subscription, and a prepaid credit balance that usage draws down every night. Here is each part, what a working outbound team pays, and where the plan choice actually matters.
How much does Aloware cost per user?
Aloware sells three core plans, all with unlimited agent calling and texting on US and Canada local lines. The pricing page shows two columns of prices. The lower set is the discounted term, which the page labels "Save 15%", and the higher set is month to month.
| Plan | Discounted term | Month to month | Minimum users | What it adds |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| iPro + AI | $30 per user | $40 per user | 10 | Calling and texting, HubSpot, Pipedrive and Zoho sync, IVRs, recording, voicemail drops, 1,000 AI voice analytics minutes. No Power Dialer |
| uPro + AI | $60 per user | $70 per user | 5 | Power Dialer, HubSpot workflows and dynamic lists, call and text sequences, coaching and barge, full API, 5,000 AI voice analytics minutes |
| xPro + AI | $85 per user | $100 per user | 5 | Salesforce integration, unlimited AI voice analytics, keyword detection, agent monitoring, managed 10DLC, 99.99% SLA |
The saving is not a flat 15% on every plan. On iPro the gap is $10 on $40, which is 25%. On uPro it is $10 on $70, about 14%, and on xPro it is $15 on $100, exactly 15%.
Which Aloware plan has the power dialer?
uPro and xPro. The feature grid shows the Power Dialer, and the Power Dialer API, as absent on iPro. This is the most important line on the page for a sales team, because it means the cheapest Aloware plan a calling team would actually buy is $60 per user, not $30. iPro is built for inbound and speed to lead: routing, queues, IVRs and fast callback on form fills.
Salesforce follows the same pattern one step higher. The native Salesforce integration appears only on xPro, and Aloware notes your Salesforce edition must include API access (Enterprise, Unlimited or Developer). A Salesforce shop that wants the dialer is on $85 per user. HubSpot teams get the full workflow integration from uPro. If you want to compare how HubSpot prices its own calling minutes and power dialer, our HubSpot dialer pricing page breaks it down.
What is the minimum Aloware bill?
The licence minimums set a floor under every plan, whatever your headcount:
- iPro: 10 users x $30 = $300 a month on the discounted term, $400 month to month.
- uPro: 5 users x $60 = $300 a month, $350 month to month.
- xPro: 5 users x $85 = $425 a month, $500 month to month.
So a three-person team buying uPro pays for five seats. Aloware's own billing article adds the rule that matters most at renewal: licences are non-refundable during their term and renew automatically unless deleted, and when you sign a quote you agree to buy and renew a minimum licence count. A departing rep's licence can be reassigned, but not cancelled mid-term.
Aloware also sells two startup packages for very small teams: $199 a month for up to 3 users with 500 minutes and 500 texts, and $399 a month for up to 5 users with 2,500 minutes and 2,500 texts. Both include everything in uPro except the unlimited minutes and texts. If three reps each make 80 dials a day, 500 minutes runs out in the first week, so the packages suit light outbound, not a calling floor.
What does Aloware charge on top of the subscription?
Aloware splits its bill into subscription and usage. Usage runs on prepaid credits that are deducted as you go, with carrier fees charged to the account as a lump sum each night. These are the published rates on the discounted plans:
| Item | iPro | uPro | xPro |
|---|---|---|---|
| Local number, per month | $6 | $5 | $4 |
| Branded caller ID, per call | $0.12 | $0.10 | $0.09 |
| Outbound call placed by an automation, per minute | 4.0 cents | 3.0 cents | 2.0 cents |
| Outbound SMS sent by an automation, per segment | 2.0 cents | 1.5 cents | 1.0 cent |
| Phone number lookup on every new contact | $0.002 per contact | ||
| Local presence | $300 a month | ||
| Managed A2P 10DLC registration | $500 one time | ||
| AloAi voice agent | From $0.10 per minute | ||
Two definitions decide how much of your traffic is "unlimited". First, the pledge covers calls and texts a human agent starts on a local number, or that a consumer starts to one. Anything sent by a CRM bulk action, a broadcast, a Sequence+ step or the API is an automation and is billed per minute or per segment. Second, toll-free lines are always paid. US carriers also add 0.5 to 1.5 cents per text segment, passed through without markup and separate from the per-segment price.
One more trap sits in the AI analytics. Aloware's help center says that once your included transcription minutes are used, extra minutes are not sold as an add-on and you have to move to xPro, which is unlimited. Its pricing page and its help article also describe the per-plan allowances slightly differently, so confirm the figure for your plan in the quote. Pricing pages in this category change often and quietly, and teams that buy several of these tools tend to track vendor price and page changes rather than rely on a screenshot from the day they signed.
What does Aloware cost for a 5-rep outbound team?
Take five SDRs on uPro, discounted term, each making 80 dials a day across 21 working days. That is 8,400 dials a month. A realistic setup:
| Line | Monthly cost |
|---|---|
| 5 uPro seats at $60 | $300 |
| Local presence | $300 |
| 10 local numbers at $5 | $50 |
| Lookups on 2,000 new contacts at $0.002 | $4 |
| Subtotal before branding | $654 |
| Branded caller ID on all 8,400 dials at $0.10 | $840 |
| Total with branded caller ID | $1,494 |
Branded caller ID is billed per call, so on a dialer it scales with dial volume, not with headcount. At 8,400 dials it costs more than the seats and local presence combined. Most teams brand selectively, for example only first-touch calls to new leads, and that choice moves the bill more than the plan choice does. Add the one-time $500 if Aloware handles your 10DLC registration, and any automated SMS sequences on top. Add loaded rep cost and the phone line is the small part: five US SDRs at a $55,000 base cost far more a month than any dialer on this page.
Aloware vs JustCall vs Kixie vs PhoneBurner pricing
| Tool | Published price for a plan with a power dialer | Minimum |
|---|---|---|
| Aloware | uPro $60 per user, $70 month to month | 5 users |
| JustCall | Pro $49 per user billed annually, $69 monthly | 2 licences |
| Kixie | No price published, quoted by sales | Quote |
| PhoneBurner | $140 per user billed annually | None published |
Aloware undercuts PhoneBurner per seat by a wide margin, and its per-dial extras are the most transparent of the four. JustCall is cheaper per seat with a lower minimum, though its multi-line predictive dialer sits on a quote-only plan. The full JustCall breakdown is on our JustCall pricing page, Kixie's billing rules are on Kixie pricing, and PhoneBurner's tiers and ARMOR add-on are on PhoneBurner pricing. For the mode-by-mode economics behind all four, see power dialer software.
Is Aloware worth it for outbound sales?
Aloware is a strong buy if your team is 5 to 20 reps on HubSpot, you want inbound speed to lead and outbound dialing in one tool, and you like seeing every per-call fee before you sign. The published rate card is a real advantage over Kixie, Orum and Nooks, which publish none.
It is a weaker fit in two cases. If you are on Salesforce, the dialer and the integration you need push you to $85 a seat. And if the real constraint is not the dialer but the hours reps spend dialing, a faster dialer only helps the reps you already have. That is the problem ColdCalls.ai is built for. Our AI voice agent places the calls, handles the objections, qualifies the prospect and books the meeting into your reps' calendars, with DNC and calling-hour checks on every dial. There is no seat to license and no minimum headcount: plans are Starter at $499, Growth at $1,490 and Scale at $3,900 a month, with connected minutes included. The full breakdown is on our pricing page.
