Kixie Pricing: Kixie Price and Power Dialer Plans
Kixie tells buyers its pricing is published at kixie.com/pricing. We opened that page on September 25, 2026 and it lists three plans, a feature grid and three add-ons, with no dollar figure anywhere. The figures below come from Kixie's own billing policy and terms, plus the cost of the alternatives a US sales team would shortlist beside it.

Kixie does not print a price on its plans page. It sells three plans (Professional, Single-Line PowerDialer and Multi-Line PowerDialer) and quotes each one through sales. The money figures Kixie does publish sit in its billing policy: a $50 prepaid reserve at signup, 300 free minutes on the pay per minute plan, US texts at $0.01 to $0.013, and no refunds once a bill clears. A competing vendor reports quotes of about $95, $145 and $185 per user a month, which Kixie itself has not published.
Why it works
What your team gets with kixie pricing
The plan price is a quote. The billing rules are public
Kixie keeps the seat price behind a sales conversation, but its billing policy is a public help article, updated August 19, 2026. That article fixes the parts of the invoice a quote will not mention: the $50 reserve, how minutes and texts are metered, proration when you add a rep, and the rule that nothing is refunded once charged.
Unlimited minutes still draws on a prepaid balance
All three plans say Unlimited Minutes for US and Canada calls. Kixie still charges a $50 reserve on day one, even if every user is on unlimited, and tops it up whenever it dips below $25. Texts, international calls and any rate above two cents a minute come out of that balance, not the seat price.
Four lines or ten: get it in writing
The Multi-Line PowerDialer plan says PowerDial up to 4 lines simultaneously. The product menu on the same site says auto-dial up to 10 numbers in parallel. That gap changes what the seat is worth, so ask the rep which figure the quote is written against and have it put in the order form.
What it handles
Dialed, disclosed and booked on autopilot
The agent works your lead list, discloses it is an AI on every call, scrubs against DNC in real time, qualifies the prospect, handles objections, and books the meeting straight into your calendar and CRM.
- A published monthly price on the pricing page, so you can budget before anyone calls you
- DNC and state calling-window checks applied before every dial, not sold as a compliance add-on
- No per-rep licence count, because an AI voice agent holds the call instead of a seated rep
- Every call recorded, transcribed and written back to HubSpot or Salesforce automatically
- The AI discloses itself at the top of every call, and qualified prospects land on your calendar
- Monthly billing you can cancel, or yearly with two months free
The landscape
Kixie against the power dialers US sales teams price beside it
Kixie was read on September 25, 2026. PhoneBurner was read September 21, Mojo and BatchDialer September 15, Nooks September 19, Orum September 2, and Readymode in August 2026. Where a vendor prints no price we say so and label anything reported by a third party.
| Dialer | How it is packaged | Published US price | The catch the price does not show |
|---|---|---|---|
| Kixie | Per user. Professional, Single-Line PowerDialer and Multi-Line PowerDialer, with unlimited US and Canada minutes on all three | No price on kixie.com. Aloware, a competing vendor, reports quotes from Kixie sales in July 2026 of about $95, $145 and $185 per user a month | DNC is a compliance add-on and ConnectionBoost, Conversation Intelligence and AI Human Detection are premium add-ons, none priced. A $50 reserve is charged at signup |
| PhoneBurner | Per user power dialer, one line at a time, CRM integrations on every tier | Standard $140, Professional $165, Premium $183 per user a month billed annually. $165, $195 and $215 monthly | ARMOR, its spam label monitoring and remediation, is an add-on on all three tiers with no published price |
| Mojo | A la carte. Agent Access plus a dialer licence per agent who dials at the same time | $10 Agent Access plus $89 single line or $139 triple line, so $99 or $149 per dialing agent a month | Three lines is the ceiling. Recording is $25 extra and lead data is sold product by product |
| BatchDialer | Per agent seat, built for real estate investors | Starter $95, Pro $151, Enterprise $199 per agent a month | Three lines per agent on Starter and five on Pro and Enterprise. DNC scrubbing is included on the entry plan, unlike Kixie |
| Readymode | Hosted predictive dialer sold per licence | iQ at $199 per licence for 1 to 4 licences, $249 at 5 or more | Number reputation tooling sits on the iQ tier, so the cheapest setup is not the one you want for outbound |
| Orum | Parallel dialer for SDR teams, annual contract | No price published. Request pricing only | Minimum nine seats, printed on its own pricing page. A team under ten reps cannot buy it |
| Nooks | Parallel dialer and virtual salesfloor, annual contract | No price published | Quote only, so the contract size is set in the sales call rather than on a page you can compare |
| ColdCalls.ai | An AI voice agent makes the call, handles objections, qualifies and books the meeting, so there is no rep seat to license | Starter $499, Growth $1,490, Scale $3,900 a month, each with a larger connected-minute pool. Enterprise is custom | It replaces the dialing hours, not the closer. Your reps take the meetings it books |
Dialer vendors reprice without notice and several did in 2026. Every figure here carries the date it was read. A number in a roundup with no date and no source is unverified, and that includes any Kixie price you find online.
How much does Kixie cost per month?
Kixie does not say, and that is the first thing to plan around. Its plans page lists Professional, Single-Line PowerDialer and Multi-Line PowerDialer with a Try Free button on each and a seven day trial that needs no credit card. There is no dollar figure on the page, in the feature grid or in the add-on block.
The most specific public numbers come from a competitor. Aloware, which sells a rival dialer, published figures it attributes to Kixie's sales team in July 2026: about $95 per user a month for Professional, $145 for Single-Line PowerDialer, $185 for Multi-Line, and $215 for Multi-Line with AI Human Voice Detection. It also reports add-ons at roughly $50 each for ConnectionBoost and Conversation Intelligence and about $20 for DNC. We have not seen any of these on kixie.com, so use them as the opening number in your own quote, not as a price.
What Kixie does publish is how the bill behaves. Its billing policy says there are no setup fees, that you are billed on the same day every cycle, that a new user is charged a prorated amount straight away, and that payment terms vary by team size and plan. That last line is why two companies can get different quotes for the same plan in the same week.
If you are comparing Kixie with dialers that do print a price, auto dialer pricing across the category has the per seat figures side by side.
How much does Kixie power dialer cost, single line against multi-line?
The power dialer is what separates the three plans. Professional has click to call, voicemail drop, SMS and the CRM connection, but no PowerDialer at all. Single-Line PowerDialer adds one line and calling session management. Multi-Line PowerDialer adds more lines and AI Human Detection, which Kixie labels a premium add-on even on that plan.
On the reported quotes, the step from Professional to Single-Line is about $50 a user and the step to Multi-Line about $40 more. Whether the second step is worth it depends on connect rate. On a cold B2B list where one dial in fifteen or twenty reaches a person, a single line rep spends most of the hour listening to rings, and extra lines are what fix that. On a warm inbound follow-up list, one line is usually enough.
Before paying for Multi-Line, settle the line count. The plans page says up to 4 lines simultaneously. The product menu says up to 10 numbers in parallel. A four line dialer and a ten line dialer are different tools with different compliance exposure, because the more lines you open per rep, the more answered calls can arrive while the rep is already talking. Our page on parallel dialer software explains how that abandoned call risk scales with line count, and power dialer software covers the one line at a time model.
Does Kixie charge per minute? Unlimited minutes, the $50 reserve and texting
Yes, in two places, even on unlimited plans. Kixie's billing policy describes a reserve balance that works like a prepaid account. When you first add a card you are invoiced a $50 reserve, separately from the subscription, and it must be funded even if every user is on unlimited minutes. When it dips below $25 Kixie recharges it. If your card fails and the reserve hits zero, the account is disabled.
What draws on it: on the unlimited plan, any call to a rate above $0.02 a minute (international and some premium routes). On the pay per minute version of Professional, which is the default if you add a card without choosing a plan, the first 300 minutes at standard rates are free and every minute after that comes out of the reserve. Texts are also paid from the reserve at $0.01 to $0.013 per US or Canada message, so 1,000 texts cost about $10 to $13, more when long messages split into several segments. Incoming texts are free.
Kixie gives its own breakeven: a user who spends more than an hour per business day on calls is cheaper on unlimited. By our arithmetic that caps the premium for unlimited at roughly $20 a user a month, because an hour a day across 21 business days is 1,260 minutes, less the 300 free, and 960 minutes at two cents is $19.20. Anyone running a power dialer will clear that hour before lunch, so budget every SDR on unlimited.
Which Kixie add-ons a US outbound team actually needs
Kixie sells three add-ons on its plans page and prices none of them there. ConnectionBoost and Conversation Intelligence are marked premium. DNC (Do Not Call) is marked as a compliance add-on. AI Human Detection appears on the Multi-Line plan but is also flagged as a premium add-on.
For a US team calling consumers, DNC is not optional in any practical sense. The Telemarketing Sales Rule and the TCPA put the liability for calling a number on the National Do Not Call Registry on the business that placed the call, and the registry is refreshed continuously, so scrubbing once at import is not enough. Several dialers include it. BatchDialer includes DNC scrubbing on its entry plan, for example. On Kixie it is a line item, so the fair comparison is the seat plus DNC, not the seat alone. Our page on TCPA compliance software covers what a compliant setup needs beyond the list check.
ConnectionBoost is Kixie's answer to spam labels on outbound numbers. Whether you need it depends on how many numbers you rotate and how hard you dial them. If your numbers are already being flagged as Spam Likely, branded caller ID and number registration usually do more than any one vendor add-on.
Conversation Intelligence is call transcription and coaching. Buy it if a manager will actually review calls every week. If not, it is the add-on most teams cancel at renewal.
What does Kixie cost for a team of 5, 10 or 25 reps?
This is the arithmetic that should decide the purchase. Using the Multi-Line quote Aloware reports (about $185 a user) and its loaded figure of about $305 a user with ConnectionBoost, Conversation Intelligence and DNC added, a team looks like this before texting and international minutes.
Five reps: about $925 a month on the base seat, or about $1,525 loaded. Ten reps: $1,850 base, $3,050 loaded, which is $36,600 a year. Twenty five reps: $4,625 base, $7,625 loaded. Add the $50 reserve once and whatever texting the team sends. Aloware also reports that Kixie asks for an annual commitment under ten users and offers month to month above that. Kixie's own policy only says payment terms depend on team size and plan, so ask directly and get the term in writing.
The seat is the small number in that picture. Ten reps at a fully loaded US SDR cost of well over $100,000 a year each are the real line item, and a power dialer only makes their hours more productive. That is the gap an AI caller closes. Our Growth plan is $1,490 a month for three AI SDR seats and roughly 6,000 connected minutes, and it places the calls itself, handles the objections and books qualified meetings onto your reps' calendars. The full plan list is on our pricing page.
Can you cancel Kixie anytime? Refunds, proration and the exit survey
You can cancel or delete seats at any time, but nothing already charged comes back. Kixie's terms say payments are nonrefundable, with no refunds or credits for partially used periods or unused minutes. The billing policy adds that it is your job to delete unwanted seats before the next bill date, because a seat that is active on that date is billed for the whole cycle.
Adding a rep mid cycle triggers a prorated charge immediately. Kixie's own advice is to replace departing reps with new ones instead of deleting and adding, and to keep an old seat until just before the bill date so it can be reassigned. For a team with normal SDR turnover that is worth building into your offboarding checklist.
Two more rules matter at exit. To cancel you must email support and complete an exit survey; Kixie states that merely asking to cancel is not enough. And on cancellation all phone numbers are released and all users and settings erased. If your local presence numbers have built up good answer rates, port them out before you cancel. If a card fails, you have seven days to fix it, and reactivating a cancelled account costs a one month service fee.
Is Kixie worth it, and when an AI caller is the better buy
Kixie is a good fit for a sales team that lives in HubSpot or Salesforce and wants calling and texting logged to the record automatically. Its bi-directional CRM integration is on all three plans, which is not true of every dialer at this price. It also runs inbound queues, IVR and ring groups on every tier, so one tool can cover the sales line and the support line.
It is a weaker fit when you want to budget without a sales call, when you need DNC included, or when you are a team of one or two that would rather not commit annually. PhoneBurner pricing is published in full and Mojo Dialer pricing starts at $99 with no contract, so both are easier to model. Orum and Nooks are quote only as well and sit higher, with Orum requiring nine seats. If you are leaving Kixie rather than choosing it, our Kixie alternative page compares the options feature by feature.
The bigger question is whether you need more dialing seats or fewer hours spent dialing. Every dialer on this page, Kixie included, speeds up a human who still has to sit through the rings, voicemails and brush-offs. ColdCalls.ai removes that part. An AI voice agent works the list inside your calling windows, discloses that it is an AI, handles the first objection, qualifies against your criteria and books the meeting. Try it in the call studio at the top of this page with your own script and hear a call before you buy.
