Dialpad Pricing and Dialpad Cost per User on Every Plan
Dialpad is one of the few phone platforms that prints every seat price and lets you buy the entry tier online. The hard part is picking the right product: an outbound sales team that buys Connect because it is cheapest finds the sales tools live in Sell, and the dialing tools sit two tiers up. Every figure below was read from Dialpad's pricing page and its LLM info page on October 2, 2026.

Dialpad sells three priced products. Dialpad Connect, the business phone system, is $15 or $25 per user a month billed annually ($27 or $35 monthly). Dialpad Sell, the outbound sales product, is $39, $95 or $150 annually ($49, $110 or $170 monthly). Dialpad Support, the contact center, is $80, $115 or $150 annually ($95, $135 or $170 monthly). Dialpad AI Agents are quoted by sales.
Why it works
What your team gets with dialpad pricing
Three products, nine published prices
Connect is the phone system, Sell is the outbound sales tool and Support is the contact center. Each has its own tiers, and each tier has a monthly and an annual price. AI Agents sit outside that grid on conversation based credits, priced by sales.
Dialing tools sit on Sell Advanced and up
Sell Essentials at $39 gives you calling, recording, coaching and CRM sync. Local presence dialing and voicemail drop are on Advanced at $95, and Dialpad's help center ties its campaign Dialer to Sell Premium licences. The useful outbound seat is not the $39 one.
The annual discount gets smaller as you go up
Paying yearly cuts Connect Standard by 44 percent, but Sell Advanced by about 14 percent and Sell Premium by about 12 percent. On the tiers an outbound team actually needs, annual billing saves far less than the headline suggests.
What it handles
Dialed, disclosed and booked on autopilot
The agent works your lead list, discloses it is an AI on every call, scrubs against DNC in real time, qualifies the prospect, handles objections, and books the meeting straight into your calendar and CRM.
- One published monthly price per AI SDR seat, with no per rep licence count to keep in sync with headcount
- An AI voice agent that places the calls, handles the first objection and qualifies the prospect
- Qualified meetings booked straight into your reps' calendars instead of reps sitting on a dialer
- DNC and state calling window checks applied before every dial, on every plan
- Every call recorded, transcribed and written back to HubSpot or Salesforce
- The AI discloses itself at the top of every call, and monthly billing can be cancelled any time
The landscape
Dialpad against the sales phone systems US teams price beside it
Dialpad and Aircall were read on October 2, 2026, JustCall on September 29, PhoneBurner on September 21 and Kixie on September 25. Prices are per user a month in USD unless marked, annual billing first.
| Product | How it is packaged | Published US price | The catch the price does not show |
|---|---|---|---|
| Dialpad Sell | Per user outbound sales product with real time AI coaching. Essentials, Advanced and Premium tiers | $39, $95, $150 annually. $49, $110, $170 monthly | Local presence and voicemail drop start on Advanced. The campaign Dialer needs Premium licences |
| Dialpad Connect | Per user business phone system with AI transcripts and call summaries | Standard $15, Pro $25 annually. $27 and $35 monthly. Enterprise quote only | Built for internal and customer calls, not outbound campaigns. CRM integrations start on Pro |
| Aircall | Per licence phone system. Essentials and Professional tiers, Enterprise from 25 licences | Essentials $30, Professional $50 per licence annually. 25 percent more monthly | Three licence minimum. PowerDialer, voicemail drop and outbound campaigns are not on Essentials |
| JustCall | Per user cloud phone and sales dialer | Team $29, Pro $49, Pro Plus $89 annually. $39, $69, $109 monthly | Two licence minimum. The power dialer and Salesforce CTI start on Pro, not Team |
| PhoneBurner | Per user power dialer, one line at a time, CRM integrations on every tier | Standard $140, Professional $165, Premium $183 annually | ARMOR, its number reputation product, is an add-on with no published price |
| Kixie | Professional, Single-Line and Multi-Line PowerDialer plans | No price printed on its plans page. A $50 prepaid reserve at signup | DNC compliance is an add-on. Quote only, so a seat price has to be negotiated |
| ColdCalls.ai | An AI voice agent makes the call, handles objections, qualifies and books the meeting, so there is no rep licence to buy | Starter $499, Growth $1,490, Scale $3,900 a month billed monthly, or half that billed yearly. Enterprise custom | It replaces the dialing hours, not the closer. Your reps take the meetings it books |
Phone platforms reprice without notice, so every figure carries the date it was read. Dialpad itself warns that the price you are quoted can differ from the website because of regional pricing and currency.
How much does Dialpad cost per month?
Dialpad costs $15 to $170 per user per month, depending on which product you buy, which tier, and whether you pay monthly or yearly. The pricing page, read on October 2, 2026 with the country set to the United States, lists these figures:
Dialpad Connect (business phone system): Standard $15 per user a month billed annually or $27 monthly, Pro $25 annually or $35 monthly, Enterprise priced by sales.
Dialpad Sell (outbound sales): Essentials $39 annually or $49 monthly, Advanced $95 annually or $110 monthly, Premium $150 annually or $170 monthly.
Dialpad Support (contact center): Essentials $80 annually or $95 monthly, Advanced $115 annually or $135 monthly, Premium $150 annually or $170 monthly, with workforce management offered as an add-on.
Dialpad AI Agents: no list price. Dialpad sells a pool of AI Agent credits and says a conversation is billable only when the AI retrieves information or takes an action, such as scheduling, routing or an order lookup.
The same figures appear on Dialpad's own page written for AI assistants, dated September 2026, which adds one line worth keeping: pricing may vary by package, region, contract terms and add-ons. Its pricing FAQ says the same thing about regional pricing and currency. Take the website number as a ceiling for a US quote, not a guarantee. For the rest of the category in one place, see auto dialer pricing.
Which Dialpad plan does an outbound sales team need?
Dialpad Sell, and usually not the cheapest tier of it. Dialpad describes Sell as its "sales outbound solution with real-time AI coaching", and the tiers split the outbound tools like this:
Sell Essentials, $39: call recording and transcription, CRM integrations, a coaching team with monitor, whisper and barge, and AI Recaps that sync to the CRM. This is a well equipped calling seat for reps who dial one number at a time.
Sell Advanced, $95: adds local presence dialing, real time guidance for objections, CRM logging of specific call moments, and voicemail drop. These are the features a cold calling team buys a sales dialer for in the first place.
Sell Premium, $150: adds AI Playbooks, AI Scorecards and inbound queueing and routing. Dialpad's help center also describes its campaign Dialer as available to organizations with Sell Premium licences, for users assigned to a contact center where Dialer is enabled.
So a team that wants to work a list quickly, show a local number and leave a recorded voicemail is really pricing the $95 seat, not the $39 one. If your team lives in Salesforce, the CRM side matters as much as the seat, and we compare those connectors on Salesforce dialer. Dialpad Connect, at $15, is a phone system. It suits an office, not an outbound floor.
What does Dialpad cost for a team of 5, 10 or 20 reps?
Here is our arithmetic on Dialpad's published Sell prices, assuming every rep needs the same tier. Dialpad prints no seat minimum on its pricing page.
5 reps: Essentials $195 a month on annual billing ($2,340 a year) or $245 monthly. Advanced $475 a month annually ($5,700 a year) or $550 monthly. Premium $750 annually ($9,000 a year) or $850 monthly.
10 reps: Essentials $390 a month annually ($4,680 a year) or $490 monthly. Advanced $950 annually ($11,400 a year) or $1,100 monthly. Premium $1,500 annually ($18,000 a year) or $1,700 monthly.
20 reps: Essentials $780 a month annually ($9,360 a year). Advanced $1,900 annually ($22,800 a year). Premium $3,000 annually ($36,000 a year).
Those totals cover software only. Add the rep salaries, which dwarf the seat price, and any add-ons your quote includes. A ten rep team on Sell Advanced spends $11,400 a year on Dialpad and well over a million dollars on the people using it, at the roughly $110,000 a year fully loaded cost of an SDR, which is why the more useful question is how many conversations each seat produces. We break that down per seat and per meeting on AI vs human SDR cost.
Is Dialpad cheaper monthly or annually?
Annually, on every tier, but the size of the saving changes a lot. Working from Dialpad's own figures:
Connect: Standard drops from $27 to $15 (44 percent off), Pro from $35 to $25 (29 percent).
Sell: Essentials drops from $49 to $39 (20 percent), Advanced from $110 to $95 (14 percent), Premium from $170 to $150 (12 percent).
Support: Essentials $95 to $80 (16 percent), Advanced $135 to $115 (15 percent), Premium $170 to $150 (12 percent).
The pattern matters for an outbound buyer. The big annual discounts are on the cheap phone system seats. On Sell Advanced, the tier with local presence and voicemail drop, a year's commitment saves $15 per rep per month, or $1,800 a year across ten reps. That is a modest return for locking in seat count for twelve months in a role where turnover is high. If you are still testing whether outbound works for you, paying monthly for a quarter is cheap insurance.
Does Dialpad have a free trial?
Yes. Dialpad offers a 14 day free trial, and its pricing page shows Try free and Buy now buttons on Connect Standard, Connect Pro, Sell Essentials and Support Essentials. The higher Sell and Support tiers (Advanced and Premium) show Talk to sales instead, so the tiers with local presence, voicemail drop and the campaign Dialer are bought through a sales conversation rather than online.
In practice that means a trial lets you test Dialpad's calling, transcription and AI Recaps, but not the outbound tools you are most likely buying it for. Ask the sales rep to enable Advanced features during the trial, in writing, before you judge connect rates.
How much does Dialpad AI cost?
It depends which AI you mean. Dialpad AI features such as transcription, AI Recaps and real time coaching are bundled into the seat price of Connect, Sell and Support, with more of them on higher tiers. Dialpad AI Agents, the autonomous voice and chat agents, are priced separately on conversation based credits and quoted by sales. Dialpad's page says you buy a pool of AI Agent credits, credits are used only when the AI delivers value, and you are not charged if no work is done.
One thing to note for outbound buyers: Dialpad positions its AI Agents mainly for support and customer experience, such as intake, routing, order status and scheduling. The AI in Dialpad Sell coaches a human rep during the call. It does not hold the sales conversation itself. If the job you want done is an AI that dials, qualifies and books, compare platforms priced for that job on AI voice agent pricing.
Dialpad vs Aircall and JustCall on price
On the phone system seat, Dialpad Connect Standard at $15 annually is the cheapest of the three. Aircall Essentials is $30 per licence annually with a three licence minimum, and JustCall Team is $29 with a two licence minimum. Read on October 2, 2026 for Dialpad and Aircall and September 29, 2026 for JustCall.
On the outbound seat the order flips. Aircall Professional, at $50 per licence annually, includes PowerDialer, voicemail drop and outbound campaigns, which Aircall's own comparison table leaves off Essentials. JustCall's power dialer starts on Pro at $49 annually. Dialpad's comparable outbound tools sit on Sell Advanced at $95. If local presence and voicemail drop are what you are buying, Dialpad is roughly twice the per seat price of the other two, and what you get for the gap is Dialpad's real time coaching and AI Recaps.
We price a ten seat team on Aircall, add-ons included, in Aircall pricing per user, and the JustCall plans in full on JustCall pricing.
When an AI caller is the better buy than more Dialpad seats
Dialpad is a good choice when you already have reps and want them on a modern phone system with coaching, transcription and CRM sync. Every one of its prices assumes a person on the other end of each licence.
The arithmetic changes when the bottleneck is dialing time rather than tooling. A human SDR spends most of the day on calls that never connect: no answer, voicemail, gatekeeper, wrong number. ColdCalls.ai puts an AI voice agent on that part of the job. It places the calls, discloses that it is an AI, handles the first objection, qualifies against your criteria and books the meeting into a rep's calendar. Starter is $499 a month for one AI SDR seat with about 1,500 connected minutes, Growth is $1,490 for three seats and Scale $3,900 for ten, and yearly billing halves each of those. The full plan list is on ColdCalls.ai pricing.
The two can sit side by side. Plenty of teams keep a phone system for the reps who close and use an AI caller to fill their calendars. If you are weighing a straight swap instead, our honest comparison is on Dialpad alternative.
