Ricochet360 Pricing per User and What the Dialer Plans Cost
Ricochet360 publishes all five plan prices, which most CRM plus phone vendors in this space do not. The number that matters for an outbound team is the plan that actually includes the dialer, the daily call cap on the plans below it and the minute allowance, because those three decide whether the cheap seat can run a calling shift at all.

What it handles
Dialed, disclosed and booked on autopilot
The agent works your lead list, discloses it is an AI on every call, scrubs against DNC in real time, qualifies the prospect, handles objections, and books the meeting straight into your calendar and CRM.
- One published monthly price per AI SDR seat, with no per rep licence count to keep in sync with headcount
- An AI voice agent that places the calls, handles the first objection and qualifies the prospect
- Qualified meetings booked straight into your reps calendars instead of reps sitting on a dialer
- DNC and state calling window checks applied before every dial, on every plan
- Every call transcribed and written back to HubSpot or Salesforce, with optional recording
- The AI discloses itself at the top of every call, and monthly billing can be cancelled any time

How much does Ricochet360 cost per user?
Ricochet360 costs $35, $45, $102, $150 or $198 per user a month on monthly billing, for Shuttle, Cruiser, Booster, Explorer and Galaxy. Those are the figures on ricochet360.com/pricing as we read them on October 29, 2026. The page also lists annual per-seat prices of $20, $35, $85, $125 and $165, and tells you to save more with annual plans.
The gap between monthly and annual is large on the cheapest plan ($35 against $20) and smaller at the top ($198 against $165), so the annual commitment matters most if you are buying the entry seat. Ask whether the annual figure is billed up front for the year and what happens to unused months if you leave early, because the pricing page does not say.
Which Ricochet360 plan includes the dialer?
The plan cards name a dialer from Explorer at $150 a user a month. Shuttle is described as CRM and phone services, Cruiser adds SMS, and Booster adds email. Explorer is the first card that lists CRM, phone, dialer, SMS, marketing automation and email together, and Galaxy repeats that stack with premium support and unlimited minutes.
So the real entry price for an outbound team that wants a dialer is $150 a seat monthly, or $125 on annual billing, not the $35 headline. If your reps only need a click-to-call phone and a CRM, Shuttle or Cruiser may be enough. If they are working a list for hours at a time, price Explorer.
What are the Ricochet360 call limits?
The comparison table lists a maximum of 300 calls a day and 6,000 calls a month on Shuttle, Cruiser, Booster and Explorer. Galaxy is the only plan listed with unlimited calls and minutes. Minutes per user run 500, 1,000, 1,500 and 2,000 on the first four plans, with overage at $0.05 a minute.
Do the arithmetic against your own shift before you pick a plan. A rep who talks 4 hours a day uses 240 minutes, so roughly 5,000 minutes over 21 working days, well above the 2,000 minutes on Explorer. Our arithmetic, and it is why a heavy calling team ends up either paying overage or moving to Galaxy at $198.
What does Ricochet360 cost for a team of 5, 10 or 20 reps?
Our arithmetic on Ricochet360 published prices, assuming every rep is on the same plan:
5 reps on Explorer: 5 x $150 = $750 a month monthly, or 5 x $125 = $625 a month annual, $7,500 a year.
10 reps on Galaxy: 10 x $198 = $1,980 a month monthly, or 10 x $165 = $1,650 annual, $19,800 a year.
20 reps on Booster: 20 x $102 = $2,040 a month monthly. That plan lists no dialer on its card, so it suits a team that dials from the CRM by hand.
None of these include the people. Every seat still needs a rep in the chair for the conversation, and that is the larger line in the budget. Our AI vs human SDR cost breakdown shows how large.
How much is Ricochet360 Spam Guru?
Spam Guru Pro is priced per phone number: $2 a number a month at a 10:1 ratio (a 10 call cap), $3 at 25:1 and $4 at 50:1, with annual plans available. The ratio is how many calls a number may place, so the cheaper tier needs more numbers for the same call volume.
A ten rep team placing 300 calls a day each places 3,000 calls. At a 25 call cap per number, that is 120 numbers, or $360 a month, our arithmetic. Extra local lines are $3 each and toll-free lines $5, so the number bill grows with volume. We explain why reputation is the quiet cost of power dialing on how to avoid Spam Likely on outbound calls.
Ricochet360 vs CloudTalk and JustCall on price
Ricochet360 sits well above both on the entry seat with a dialer. CloudTalk Essential plus the Power Dialer is $44 per user annually, and JustCall Pro with its power dialer is $49. Ricochet360 asks $125 annually or $150 monthly for the Explorer plan, which bundles CRM, SMS, email and marketing automation that the other two sell separately or not at all.
If you need a CRM, texting and email in one login for a lead-driven team, the comparison is fair. If you only need a dialer on top of a CRM you already own, you are paying for a stack you will not use. Compare with CloudTalk pricing and JustCall pricing before you book a demo.
When an AI caller is the better buy than more Ricochet360 seats
Ricochet360 is a reasonable buy when your reps are already calling and you want CRM, texting and a dialer in one place. It does not create calling hours. Ten reps on Galaxy cost $1,650 to $1,980 a month before numbers and before anyone is paid to sit at the desk.
If the bottleneck is that nobody has time to make first touch calls, the purchase is different. ColdCalls.ai puts an AI voice agent on the dial: it calls inside each state calling window, introduces itself as AI, handles the first objection, qualifies the person and books the meeting into your reps calendars. Plans start at $499 a month with no per rep licence.
