Ringover costs $15 per user a month on Talk and $47 on Business when billed annually in US dollars, with a three user minimum and a 12 month commitment on both. Advanced is quoted by sales. For a sales team the realistic entry point is Business, because Talk has no power dialer and no CRM integrations, and the Parallel Dialer is a $49 per user add-on on every plan. Read from ringover.com/pricing on October 3, 2026.

Ringover publishes most of its price list, add-ons included, which makes it easier to budget than many sales phone systems. The catch is that the headline seat is rarely the bill. Several add-ons must be bought for every licence on the account, add-ons lock in until the end of your contract, and automated calls carry a per minute surcharge. Below is each line, what three and ten rep teams actually pay, and where Ringover sits against the tools US teams usually price beside it.

How much does Ringover cost per user?

On the 3 to 300 user tab, with the currency set to US dollars, Ringover lists three plans. Prices exclude taxes.

PlanAnnual billingMonthly price shownTermsWhat it adds for a sales team
Talk$15 per user$24 per user3 users minimum, 12 month commitment, web purchase onlyOne company number, unlimited national calls, texting, call recording with AI summary and transcription, AI virtual receptionist. No power dialer, no CRM integrations
Business$47 per user$57 per user3 users minimum, 12 month commitmentPower dialer, 100+ integrations including Salesforce, HubSpot and Bullhorn, advanced IVR, live listening and whispering, local numbers in the US and 30+ countries on annual plans
AdvancedCustom quoteCustom quoteSales contractCall campaigns, call scripts, voicemail drop, local presence dialing and single sign-on

Ringover labels the annual toggle "-25%". A separate tab covers one or two user accounts, and its comparison table shows the power dialer as an add-on at that size rather than included. If you see Business quoted at $44 in a roundup, that figure is out of date: the page read $47 on the day we checked.

Which Ringover plan has the power dialer?

Business and Advanced include it, Talk does not. Ringover's own comparison table describes it as importing numbers from a web page and calling through them without interruption, "up to a maximum of 300 contacts". That is a single line power dialer: one call per rep at a time, the rep hears every connect, and the dialer cannot abandon a call the way a predictive dialer can. If you are new to the distinction, our page on power dialer software covers how pacing affects both speed and compliance.

The outbound features most cold calling teams actually ask for sit one tier higher. Call campaigns that share a list across several reps, call scripts, voicemail drop and local presence dialing are all ticked only on Advanced, which has no published price. So a team that needs voicemail drop on Ringover is buying a custom contract, not a $47 seat.

How much is the Ringover parallel dialer?

The Parallel Dialer is $49 per user per month on Ringover's add-on price list, available in the USA, the UK and Spain. It is marked as an add-on on every plan that supports it, Advanced included, and it applies only to the users you select, so you can buy it for your two heaviest dialers rather than the whole floor. Business plus the Parallel Dialer comes to $96 per rep a month on annual billing.

Parallel dialing places several calls at once for one rep and connects whoever answers first. It lifts conversations per hour, and it also burns through caller ID reputation faster, because each number places far more calls a day. Ringover sells local number bundles for exactly this reason: $200 a month buys 100 numbers from the 100 largest US cities. How parallel dialers compare with power and predictive pacing is covered on parallel dialer software.

Two footnotes on that list change the budget more than any single price. First, the items marked "subscription applies to all licenses" cannot be bought for one person: CRM Autofill on a 25 seat account is 25 licences, even if only your sales reps use Salesforce. Second, Ringover states that "once an add-on is subscribed to, its commitment extends until the end of the customer's contract term." Trial an add-on in month two of an annual contract and you are paying for it until month twelve.

What does Ringover cost for a team of 3, 10 or 25 reps?

Our arithmetic on Ringover's published annual US prices, before taxes, phone number fees and international minutes.

3 reps, the minimum, on Business: 3 x $47 = $141 a month, $1,692 a year. On Talk the floor is 3 x $15 = $45 a month, but without a dialer or CRM sync it is a phone line rather than a sales tool.

10 reps on Business with the Parallel Dialer and Empower: 10 x ($47 + $49 + $39) = $1,350 a month, or $16,200 a year. The headline Business figure for the same team is $470, so the add-ons nearly triple it.

25 reps on Business, Parallel Dialer for 10 of them, CRM Autofill and Team Activity Analytics for everyone: 25 x ($47 + $5 + $6) = $1,450, plus 10 x $49 = $490, for $1,940 a month and $23,280 a year. Add one local number bundle at $200 and the year passes $25,600.

Texting adds its own fixed costs for US numbers. Ringover passes through the 10DLC registration fees: a $15 campaign vetting fee per request, then $1.50 a month for a low volume campaign or $10 a month for a standard campaign, each with a three month minimum.

Does Ringover charge extra for automated calls?

Yes, and it is the line most comparisons skip. Ringover's pricing page says that "for calls made via call automation systems, there is an additional cost of $0.08 per minute." If you plan to run any automated calling through Ringover, including a third party voicebot connected over SIP, ask your account manager in writing which of your call types that surcharge covers before you sign. At 20,000 automated minutes a month it is $1,600 on top of the seats.

Calls themselves are otherwise generous. Unlimited inbound calls are included (toll free numbers excluded), every plan includes unlimited national calls, and Ringover's footnote says numbers outside Europe get unlimited calls to 90 locations. International destinations outside that list are billed per minute. Ringover's own AI Voice Agent, AIRO, starts at $0.19 a minute and is pitched at inbound work: answering, qualifying and routing callers 24 hours a day.

Ringover vs CloudTalk and Aircall on price

On the entry seat with a dialer, the three are within a few dollars of each other, all per user a month on annual billing. The differences are in minimums and in what the parallel dialer costs.

ProductCheapest seat with a power dialerMinimumParallel dialerVoicemail drop
RingoverBusiness $473 users, 12 months$49 per user add-onAdvanced only, quote
CloudTalkEssential $29 plus $15 Power Dialer, or Expert $491 user, 3 on Expert$39 per user add-onIncluded with the Power Dialer
AircallProfessional $503 licencesNot offeredProfessional

Ringover and CloudTalk dates: October 3, 2026. Aircall: October 2, 2026. The plan by plan detail sits in our CloudTalk pricing breakdown and our Aircall pricing guide, and JustCall pricing covers the other common shortlist name. Ringover's real advantage is integrations: Bullhorn and Avionté sit next to Salesforce and HubSpot, which is why staffing and recruiting teams shortlist it so often.

Is Ringover worth it for an outbound sales team?

It is a good buy if you already have reps, you want one phone system for sales and support, and your CRM is on its integration list. Business at $47 gets a three person team a working power dialer with Salesforce or HubSpot sync for $141 a month, which is fair value. It gets harder to justify once you need voicemail drop and local presence, both of which push you into an unpriced Advanced contract, and once the parallel dialer and AI add-ons are on every seat.

Some teams look at Ringover's SIP connector to plug in their own voicebot and save on seats. That is a real build: you own the prompts, the call flows, the compliance logic and the uptime, and most sales teams end up looking to hire an AI developer to run it, on top of the $0.08 a minute automation surcharge.

What Ringover does not change is who makes the calls. Every licence still needs a person in the chair working the list, and at a loaded cost of tens of thousands of dollars per SDR a year, the seat price is the small number. If first touch calls are the bottleneck, ColdCalls.ai is the different purchase: our AI voice agent places the calls inside each state's calling window, says it is an AI, handles the first objection, qualifies against your criteria and books the meeting onto your reps' calendars, with DNC checks before every dial. Starter is $499 a month for one AI SDR seat with about 1,500 connected minutes, Growth is $1,490 for three seats and Scale is $3,900 for ten, and yearly billing halves each, with no user minimum. The full list is on our pricing page, and how the agent works is on AI cold calling software.

Ringover pricing FAQ

How much does Ringover cost per month? Talk is $15 and Business is $47 per user a month billed annually in US dollars, with a three user minimum and a 12 month commitment. The monthly price shown is $24 and $57. Advanced is a custom quote, and taxes, number fees and add-ons are extra.

Does Ringover have a minimum number of users? Yes. Talk and Business on the standard tab both require at least three users and a 12 month commitment, so the smallest Business bill is $141 a month. Ringover shows separate options for accounts with one or two users.

Is the Ringover power dialer included? On Business and Advanced, yes, with up to 300 contacts per import. Talk does not include it. The Parallel Dialer, which calls several numbers at once, is a $49 per user add-on on every plan.

How much is Ringover Empower? Empower, Ringover's conversational AI add-on for call analysis and coaching, is $39 per licence a month on the current price list. Call transcription and AI summaries are already included on the core plans.

Can I cancel Ringover add-ons mid contract? Not by Ringover's own terms. Its add-on page states that once an add-on is subscribed to, its commitment extends until the end of the customer's contract term, and several add-ons apply to every licence on the account.

Is Ringover cheaper than Aircall? Slightly, on the seat that includes a dialer: Ringover Business is $47 per user against Aircall Professional at $50, both with three seat minimums on annual billing. Ringover also sells a parallel dialer at $49 a user, which Aircall does not offer.
