SHORT ANSWER

smrtPhone pricing is per seat. A Standard seat is $29 a month with 500 voice minutes and 1,000 text segments, and an Unlimited seat is $99 with a fair use allowance of 2,500 minutes and 2,500 segments. The smrtDialer power dialer is a second seat on top: Single Line $50, Multi Line $90 for up to four lines, or Business $150 with 5,000 minutes included. Overage and pay as you go dialing are $0.03 a minute. Annual billing gives two months free.

Why it works

What your team gets with smrtPhone pricing

Unlimited means 2,500 minutes a seat

The $99 seat is labeled Unlimited Voice Minutes with the note that fair usage applies. The fair usage policy puts a number on it: 2,500 talk minutes and 2,500 text segments per seat per month, pooled across the account, with no rollover. Past the pool you pay the same $0.03 a minute and $0.02 a segment that a Standard seat pays.

The dialer is a second seat, and its minutes are separate

smrtDialer requires an active smrtPhone subscription, so a dialing rep carries two line items. Single Line and Multi Line dialer seats include no minutes at all: every dial minute is billed at $0.03 from the account credit balance, and the policy says those calls are not covered by any phone seat allowance. Only the $150 Business seat bundles minutes.

Dialer seats are unnamed, which cuts the count

smrtPhone says dialer licences are not tied to a user and can be rotated as the team changes. A five person team where two people dial in the morning and two in the afternoon can run on two dialer seats instead of five. That is a real saving most per user dialers do not allow, and it is the first thing to model before comparing prices.

What it handles

Dialed, disclosed and booked on autopilot

The agent works your lead list, discloses it is an AI on every call, scrubs against DNC in real time, qualifies the prospect, handles objections, and books the meeting straight into your calendar and CRM.

  • Calls new seller and web form leads within seconds, while your acquisitions reps keep dialing their cold lists
  • One monthly fee per AI seat with connected minutes included, so there is no dialer seat stacked on a phone seat
  • Federal and state DNC suppression checked at dial time, not from a list scrubbed last month
  • Calling windows enforced in the owner time zone, and the AI disclosed at the top of every call
  • Qualifies motivation, timeline, condition and price before booking the appointment on your calendar
  • Writes every outcome and recording back to your CRM so nobody re-keys notes after a session

The landscape

smrtPhone against the dialers real estate teams compare it with

smrtPhone was read from its pricing, power dialer pricing, paid support and fair usage pages on October 13, 2026. WAVV and REDX were read on October 12, 2026, JustCall and Aloware in late September 2026, Mojo and BatchDialer on September 15, 2026. Monthly billing unless stated.

Vendor What you are buying Published US price What the price does not show

Mojo (MojoSells) A la carte dialer licences with optional seller data by county Agent Access $10 plus $89 single line or $139 triple line. Call recording $25, Mojo Voice $30, Caller ID $10 Every agent dialing at the same time needs a separate licence. No business phone system or team texting inbox
BatchDialer Per agent multi line dialer built for investors, with lead lists as add-ons Starter $119, Pro $189, Enterprise $249 per agent a month, or $95, $151 and $199 on annual billing Three lines on Starter and five on Pro with minutes in the seat price. The team totals on this page are our arithmetic on the prices each vendor published on the date shown. smrtPhone says volume discounts are available for larger teams by quote, so treat the list math as the ceiling.

How much does smrtPhone cost per month?

Between $29 and $99 a month for a phone seat, and between $79 and $249 a month for a rep who also uses the power dialer, before pay as you go minutes.

The pricing page lists two base seats. Standard is $29 per seat a month, or $24 billed yearly, with 500 voice minutes and 1,000 text segments. Overage is printed next to it: $0.03 a minute and $0.02 a segment. Unlimited is $99 per seat a month, or $83 billed yearly, with unlimited voice minutes and text segments and the line fair usage applies. Both include the same 60 plus features and one phone number per user.

What is in the base seat is generous for the price. Call recording and transcription, IVR, ring groups, round robin call flows, shared voicemail, a mobile app, a Chrome extension, webhooks, STIR/SHAKEN verified calling, DNC list management and the basic CRM integrations (Podio, GoHighLevel, Left Main REI, InvestorFuse and DataSift) are all listed as included.

Every account starts with a 14 day trial and smrtPhone says no credit card is required. Annual billing is two months free, which it describes as paying for 10 months and getting 12, an effective 16.7 percent discount that also applies to add-ons.

Is smrtPhone Unlimited really unlimited?

No. It is capped at 2,500 talk minutes and 2,500 text segments per seat per month, and smrtPhone says so in two places.

The pricing page FAQ describes the allowance as 500 voice minutes and 1,000 text segments per user on Standard, or 2,500 of each per user on Unlimited. The fair usage policy gives the mechanics. Allowances are pooled at the account level, so five Unlimited seats share 12,500 minutes and 12,500 segments. Unused allowance does not roll over. Usage beyond the pool is billed pay as you go at $0.03 a minute and $0.02 a segment, the same rates a Standard seat pays for overage.

That makes the upgrade decision pure arithmetic, and the result is not what the plan names suggest. Unlimited costs $70 more than Standard. On Standard, 2,500 minutes of talk costs $29 plus 2,000 overage minutes at $0.03, which is $89. That is $10 less than the Unlimited seat, at the very top of the Unlimited allowance. A seat only comes out ahead on Unlimited when it is heavy on both channels at once, for example 2,500 minutes and more than 1,500 text segments in the same month.

So the honest reading is that Unlimited buys a predictable bill, not a cheaper one. For a rep who mostly talks, Standard plus overage is cheaper at every usage level up to the cap, and identical above it. That is our arithmetic on smrtPhone's published rates, and it is worth running on your own call logs before you pick a seat type.

How much does the smrtPhone dialer cost?

smrtDialer costs $50, $90 or $150 per seat a month on top of a smrtPhone subscription. The power dialer pricing page states that smrtDialer requires an active smrtPhone subscription.

Single Line is $50 a month, or $42 billed yearly, and dials one number at a time. Multi Line is $90, or $75 yearly, and dials one to four numbers at once from the same caller ID. Business is $150, or $125 yearly, with the same four lines plus 5,000 talk minutes a month to the United States and Canada.

The first two plans are pay as you go. Every dial minute is billed at $0.03 from the shared account credit balance, and the fair usage policy is explicit that Single Line and Multi Line calls are not included in any seat allowance. So the 500 or 2,500 minutes on the phone seat do not pay for dialer sessions.

That sets a clear breakeven. Business costs $60 more than Multi Line, and $60 buys 2,000 minutes at $0.03. A seat that talks more than 2,000 dialer minutes a month is cheaper on Business, and at the full 5,000 minutes Multi Line would cost $240 against $150. One thing the page does not say is whether ringing time on the lines nobody answers counts as dial minutes, so ask that before you model a four line campaign.

All three plans include unlimited leads and campaigns, voicemail drops, call recording, call monitor, whisper and join, custom call statuses, up to 10 numbers per lead and account level DNC protocols. If you are weighing line counts, our guide to the triple line dialer covers what extra lines do to connect rates and abandoned calls.

What does smrtPhone cost for a team of 3, 5 or 10 callers?

Start with one dialing rep on monthly billing. A Standard phone seat plus a Single Line dialer seat is $79, plus minutes. At 1,500 dial minutes that rep costs $124 a month. On Multi Line the same rep is $119 plus minutes, so $164. On Business the rep is $179 flat, with room for 5,000 minutes.

Now a team where everyone dials on Business with Standard phone seats. Three reps are $537 a month, five are $895 and ten are $1,790. On annual billing, using the yearly rates on the page ($24 and $125), the same teams are about $447, $745 and $1,490 a month.

Then apply the rule that changes the total. Dialer seats are unnamed, and smrtPhone says you can rotate agents in and out of a seat. If ten people share five Business dialer seats across shifts, the bill is ten phone seats at $29 plus five dialer seats at $150, which is $1,040 a month instead of $1,790. The phone seats still have to be one per person. The fair usage policy lists seat sharing across multiple individuals as a pattern it treats under the acceptable use policy.

Numbers are the last line. Each user gets one number, and extra numbers are $5 each for the first 10, falling to $2 at 201 or more. Teams that rotate caller IDs to protect answer rates should budget for a few per rep. For comparison, five agents on REDX Pro are $745 a month with lead data included, and five Mojo triple line licences are also $745 with none.

Which smrtPhone add-ons cost extra?

Eight, and three of them are things outbound teams usually assume are in the box.

Advanced Calling is $15 per seat a month and holds listen, whisper and join on regular calls, warm transfers, conference calling and GEO Caller ID, which is smrtPhone's name for matching the caller ID to the area you are calling. In-depth Analytics is $10 and holds agent and team analytics, number performance, CSV export and scheduled report emails. Unlimited Recordings and Storage is $15, because recording storage is otherwise pay as you go.

The rest are situational. The Salesforce integration is $20 per seat a month, and a HubSpot integration is shown at the same price but is not released yet. Advanced AI Tools (keyword tracking, sentiment and call summaries) is $10. Unlimited video calling is $10. A2P White Glove Onboarding, which handles 10DLC registration for texting, is a one time $97.

Support is priced separately too. Standard support is free, with a first chat response within 12 hours on weekdays. Premium is listed at $179 or $197 a month depending on billing term and adds a dedicated account manager and a one hour chat response. VIP is $499 or $549 and adds a private channel to engineering. Those are per account, not per seat.

A fully loaded outbound seat is therefore not $29. Standard plus Advanced Calling, Analytics and Unlimited Recordings is $69 before the dialer, and $219 with a Business dialer seat. That is still competitive, but it is the number to compare against a BatchDialer seat at $119 to $249 that includes its minutes.

Did smrtPhone change its pricing in 2026?

Yes, and this is why the numbers you find elsewhere disagree. smrtPhone's help center states that all accounts created after August 13, 2026 are automatically enrolled in its new pricing model.

The old model was a company subscription. The same help article still describes it: instead of being charged per user, you pay one monthly subscription for the whole team and then draw on a shared pool of credit for calls, texts, numbers and recording storage. It names a Standard plan that includes 10 users and a Pro plan with unlimited users. Review directories still show flat account prices from that era.

The new model is per seat with usage bundled into the seat, which is cheaper for one or two people and more expensive for a large team that used to share a single subscription. A solo investor who paid a flat plan for ten user slots they never filled now pays $29. A fifteen person call floor that fitted inside one subscription now pays fifteen seats.

If you are an existing customer on a legacy plan, ask smrtPhone in writing whether you can stay on it and for how long, before you add users. If you are pricing it fresh, ignore any article that quotes an account wide plan with included users. It describes a product you can no longer sign up for.

Is it legal to use a four line dialer on a skip traced list?

The dialer is legal. What decides the risk is who is on the list and what happens when two people answer at once.

A multi line dialer places several calls per rep and connects whoever picks up first. When a second person answers and no rep is free, that call is abandoned. Under the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule, a telemarketing call counts as abandoned if the person is not connected to a sales representative within two seconds of their completed greeting, and the safe harbor allows no more than 3 percent of answered calls per campaign over a 30 day period. Four lines per rep on a list with a decent answer rate will pass that quickly, so most teams run two or three lines on good data and keep four for cold, low answer lists.

The other rules are about the number itself. Numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry are off limits for telemarketing without an exemption, state calling hour and registration rules stack on top, and prerecorded voicemail drops to cell phones need prior consent. smrtPhone's DNC tooling blocks numbers your account has marked, which is not the same as scrubbing against the federal and state registries. Our TCPA compliance software page covers what a scrub has to check.

An AI voice sits under a stricter rule again. The FCC ruled in February 2024 that AI generated voices are artificial voices under the TCPA, which means prior express consent. That is why we point our own product at opted in and inbound seller leads rather than skip traced cold lists.

When smrtPhone is the right buy, and when something else is cheaper

smrtPhone is the right buy when your CRM is the center of the business and you want calls, texts and dialer sessions logged in it without glue. It is built around Podio, GoHighLevel and the investor CRMs, and at $79 for a phone seat plus a single line dialer it is one of the cheapest ways to get a real phone system and a dialer in one account. Rotating unnamed dialer seats across shifts makes it cheaper still for teams.

It is the wrong shape in three cases. If one person just needs to dial a list, Mojo at $99 all in or a WAVV seat with unlimited minutes is simpler to budget, because nothing is metered. If your reps talk four or five hours a day, the $0.03 minute past the allowances adds up and a seat with minutes included wins. And if you need local presence, warm transfers, coaching and analytics on every seat, price the add-ons first, because they double the base seat.

There is a fourth case that no dialer solves. Inbound and opted in seller leads go cold in minutes, and a rep who is mid session on a cold list will not call them back fast enough. That is the job an AI caller for real estate leads does: it rings the lead within seconds, qualifies motivation and timeline, and books the appointment. Our plans are on the pricing page, from $499 a month for one AI seat with connected minutes included. For the wider field, see our comparison of every real estate dialer with a published price.

Good questions

Questions about smrtPhone pricing

smrtPhone costs $29 per seat a month for Standard, with 500 voice minutes and 1,000 text segments, or $99 for Unlimited, which is capped at 2,500 of each by fair use. Billed yearly the seats are $24 and $83. The smrtDialer power dialer is a separate seat at $50, $90 or $150. Read from smrtphone.io on October 13, 2026.
smrtDialer is $50 a month for Single Line, $90 for Multi Line with up to four lines, and $150 for Business with four lines and 5,000 minutes to the US and Canada. Single Line and Multi Line bill every dial minute at $0.03. It requires an active smrtPhone subscription, so add at least a $29 phone seat.
Yes, since August 2026. Its help center says accounts created after August 13, 2026 are enrolled in the new pricing model, which is per seat. The earlier model was one company subscription with included users plus a shared credit pool, and many reviews still describe it.
The standard pay as you go rate is $0.03 per voice minute, inbound and outbound, and $0.03 per smrtDialer talk minute on every dialer plan. Text segments are $0.02. International calls are billed at separate per destination rates, and carrier and regulatory fees are passed through.
Only for seats that both talk and text heavily. Unlimited costs $70 more and is capped at 2,500 minutes and 2,500 segments. A Standard seat that talks 2,500 minutes pays $89 in total, $10 less than Unlimited. Unlimited wins from about 2,500 minutes plus 1,500 segments in the same month.
Yes. smrtPhone offers a 14 day trial of the base platform and add-ons and says no credit card is required. When the trial ends you choose a plan to continue, and it says your data and configuration are preserved.
Yes. Annual billing is two months free, which smrtPhone describes as an effective 16.7 percent discount, and it applies to the subscription and to add-ons. Standard drops from $29 to $24 a seat, Unlimited from $99 to $83, and the Business dialer seat from $150 to $125.
The base seat lists Podio, GoHighLevel, Left Main REI, InvestorFuse and DataSift, with calls and texts logged and click to call from the CRM. The Salesforce integration is a $20 per seat add-on, and a HubSpot integration is shown at the same price but is not released yet.
For light dialing, yes: a Standard seat plus Single Line dialer is $79 against $99 for Mojo and $119 for BatchDialer Starter. But smrtPhone meters dial minutes at $0.03 and the others include them. At about 1,500 dial minutes a month the smrtPhone rep costs $124, so heavy dialers should compare the Business seat at $179.
On inbound and opted in leads, yes. An AI SDR such as ColdCalls.ai calls the lead within seconds, qualifies them and books the appointment, from $499 a month. On skip traced cold lists, no: the FCC treats AI voices as artificial voices under the TCPA, which requires prior express consent.
