Skip the dialing. Our AI SDR calls your leads, qualifies them and books meetings into your calendar. From $499 a month.
WAVV costs $99 per seat a month for the Single Line dialer and $149 for Multi Line, which dials up to three numbers at once. Paying quarterly takes 15 percent off ($84.15 and $126.65) and paying annually takes 30 percent off ($69.30 and $104.30 per seat a month). Teams get a further 5 percent off at 5 seats, 10 percent at 10 and 15 percent at 20, and every plan starts with a 7 day free trial. All figures read from wavv.com on October 12, 2026.
Two things changed since most WAVV pricing articles were written. The $59 Preview Line plan no longer appears on WAVV's own page, and REDX now sells the same WAVV dialer under its own name. Below is the full price grid, what it costs a team, how the resold version compares, and what the dialers people shortlist next to WAVV charge. If you would rather not price seats at all, our AI cold calling plans are published in full, from $499 a month for an AI SDR that holds the conversation itself.
How much does the WAVV dialer cost?
WAVV sells two plans on its pricing page, and the only thing that changes the price is how you pay. Monthly billing is the list price. Quarterly is labeled 15 percent off and annual 30 percent off, and the page shows the discounted figure per seat per month next to the struck list price.
| Billing term | Single Line, per seat a month | Multi Line, per seat a month | Multi Line, one seat for a year |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly | $99 | $149 | $1,788 |
| Quarterly (15% off) | $84.15 | $126.65 | $1,519.80 |
| Annual (30% off) | $69.30 | $104.30 | $1,251.60 |
The yearly column is our arithmetic on WAVV's per month figures. On one Multi Line seat, annual billing saves $536.40 a year against paying monthly, which is a meaningful number for a solo agent and a large one for a team.
What each plan includes is short and clear. Single Line lists an average of 75 to 150 calls an hour, the power dialer, one free phone number, unlimited minutes and call recordings. Multi Line adds up to three dialing lines per seat and an average of 150 or more calls an hour. Those throughput figures are WAVV's claims, not measurements of your list, and the real number depends on connect rate far more than on the software.
Is there still a $59 WAVV plan?
Not on WAVV's pricing page. When we read it on September 1, 2026 it listed a Preview Line seat at $59 alongside Single Line and Multi Line. On October 12, 2026 the page showed only the two dialing plans. The $59 figure still circulates on third party listings, including partner marketplace pages that say their pricing is supplied by the vendor and may be out of date.
The change matters less than it looks. A preview seat is a rep clicking to call each record, which is the slowest mode there is, and most teams who searched for WAVV wanted the automatic next lead dialing that starts at $99. If you were budgeting on $59, budget on $99 monthly or $69.30 annually instead.
What does WAVV cost for a team of 5, 10 or 20 reps?
WAVV publishes four seat bands on the same page: 1 to 4 seats at list, 5 to 9 seats at 5 percent off, 10 to 19 at 10 percent off and 20 or more at 15 percent off. Here is what those bands mean on monthly billing, which is the one case the page makes unambiguous.
| Team size | Seat discount | Single Line team, monthly | Multi Line team, monthly |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3 reps | None | $297 | $447 |
| 5 reps | 5% | $470.25 | $707.75 |
| 10 reps | 10% | $891 | $1,341 |
| 20 reps | 15% | $1,683 | $2,533 |
That is our arithmetic on the published percentages. The page does not say whether the seat band discount applies on top of the 30 percent annual discount, so get that in writing before you sign. If it does stack, 10 Multi Line seats on annual billing would land well under $1,000 a month. If it does not, the same 10 seats on annual are $1,043 a month, which is still below the $1,341 monthly team figure.
Each seat includes one phone number. Teams that rotate numbers to protect connect rates buy more, and WAVV sells a separate spam protection product that monitors numbers and removes spam flags without printing a price for it on the pricing page. Ask for that figure with the seat quote, because at multi line volume it stops being optional.
Is the REDX dialer the same as WAVV?
Yes. REDX states on its own power dialer page that it is an authorized reseller of WAVV, with a native integration into its Vortex lead manager. It lists the dialer at $99 a month single line and $149 multi line, the same as WAVV's monthly list price, and its FAQ says you do not have to use it.
So the choice between them is not about the dialer. Buy through REDX if you want REDX's expired, FSBO and pre-foreclosure leads landing in the list the dialer reads from. Buy WAVV direct if you already have leads and a CRM, because WAVV prints a 30 percent annual discount on the dialer itself and REDX's power dialer page shows monthly prices only. We break down every REDX bundle, including where Connect and Pro are only a dollar cheaper than buying the pieces, on REDX pricing.
WAVV pricing compared with PhoneBurner, Mojo, BatchDialer and Kixie
These are the dialers that come up next to WAVV in nearly every shortlist, with prices from each vendor's own page on the date shown. Where a vendor prints no number we say so rather than repeat one from a review site.
| Dialer | Published US price | Lines per rep | What the price does not show |
|---|---|---|---|
| WAVV | $99 Single Line, $149 Multi Line per seat a month, 30% off annually (read October 12, 2026) | 1 or up to 3 | Spam protection pricing not printed, seat band stacking with annual not stated |
| REDX Power Dialer | $99 single line, $149 multi line a month, or inside the $299 Connect and $349 Pro bundles (read October 12, 2026) | 1 or 3 | It is WAVV resold, so the reason to buy here is the lead data |
| Mojo | $10 Agent Access plus $89 single line or $139 triple line (read September 15, 2026) | 1 or 3 | Call recording is $25 extra and every simultaneous dialer needs its own licence |
| BatchDialer | Starter $95, Pro $151, Enterprise $199 per agent a month on annual billing (read September 15, 2026) | 3 or 5 | Aimed at real estate investors, with lead lists sold as flat add-ons |
| PhoneBurner | Standard $140, Professional $165, Premium $183 per user a month billed annually (read August 2026) | 1 | Number reputation tooling is a paid add-on on every tier |
| Kixie | No price published on its own page | Up to 4 on its multi line plan | Do Not Call is sold as a compliance add-on |
| ColdCalls.ai | Starter $499, Growth $1,490, Scale $3,900 a month | No rep on the line | The AI holds and qualifies the call, so there is no seat to staff |
On annual billing WAVV Multi Line at $104.30 sits just above BatchDialer Starter at $95, which also runs three lines, so for the same line count the two are close and the deciding factor is whether you want BatchDialer's investor lead lists. Against PhoneBurner the gap is wider: $104.30 for three lines against $140 for one. PhoneBurner's argument is that one line at a time structurally cannot abandon a call, which is a fair point if you dial consumer numbers. The mode by mode trade off is laid out on power dialer software and triple line dialer pricing.
Does WAVV work with GoHighLevel and HubSpot?
Yes, and the embedded integrations are the main reason WAVV gets bought. WAVV embeds inside GoHighLevel, where its own page describes turning it on in a few clicks, dialing three lines from a contact and syncing dispositions and recordings back into the CRM. It also has a HubSpot marketplace listing, a Chrome extension and a developer API. If your team already lives in one of those CRMs, WAVV adds a dialer without adding a second system to log into.
The integration question is worth settling before the price question, because it moves budgets more than seat cost does. Several dialers put the CRM connector on a higher tier than the plan you were quoted. We compare which tier holds the HubSpot connector across the main vendors on HubSpot dialer.
WAVV also sells a texting product called Messenger. If text messages are part of your follow up, treat them as their own compliance problem rather than an extra on the dialer, because consent and opt-out rules for texts are enforced at least as hard as for calls. A dedicated SMS platform built around consent and opt-outs keeps those records in one place, which is what you will need if a recipient ever disputes a message.
Is a three line dialer legal for cold calling?
It can be, with two rules in view. The FTC counts a call as abandoned when a person answers and is not connected to a live rep within two seconds of finishing their greeting, and its safe harbor allows no more than 3 percent of answered calls to be abandoned per campaign or per 30 day period. A three line dialer drops calls whenever two people answer at once, so it can breach that on a warm list. Second, calls to consumer numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry need consent or an exemption, and calling hours run 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone. WAVV lists timezone protection among its features, which helps with the second rule but not the first. We go through the detail on whether power dialers are illegal.
When an AI caller beats another WAVV seat
A WAVV seat is cheap. The rep on it is not. At $104.30 a month, the software is a rounding error next to the hours a person spends on the headset, and adding throughput on WAVV means adding another seat and another person to fill it.
ColdCalls.ai takes the other route. The AI agent places the call, holds the conversation, handles the common objections, qualifies on your criteria and books the meeting on your calendar, with the AI disclosed on every call and DNC suppression checked at dial time. Pricing is published: $499 a month for one AI SDR seat, $1,490 for three and $3,900 for ten, with no per line licence to count. Many teams run both, with reps on WAVV working the conversations that need a person and the AI covering inbound leads and opted in follow ups the moment they arrive. If that is the gap in your pipeline, start from our pricing and compare it against the seat math above.
