NICE CXone pricing runs from $110 to $249 per agent a month across five suites: Omnichannel $110, Essential $135, Core $169, Complete $209 and Ultimate $249 plus $0.25 per session. Billing is monthly in arrears. The outbound dialer is not inside any of them: the comparison grid on nice.com marks Outbound Engagement as an add-on on all five suites, and the add-on has no public price.
Why it works
What your team gets with NICE CXone pricing
Five published suite prices
Omnichannel $110, Essential $135, Core $169, Complete $209 and Ultimate $249 plus $0.25 per session, each per agent a month. NICE bills monthly in arrears with no prepay.
Outbound is an add-on everywhere
The grid marks Outbound Engagement with the add-on icon in all five columns, Ultimate included, and flags it as consumption based. No suite price includes the dialer.
The CRM link is extra too
Prebuilt CRM integrations are marked add-on on every suite as well. AI routing is included only on Ultimate, and AI agents for sales only on Ultimate.
What it handles
Dialed, disclosed and booked on autopilot
The agent works your lead list, discloses it is an AI on every call, scrubs against DNC in real time, qualifies the prospect, handles objections, and books the meeting straight into your calendar and CRM.
- A published monthly price per AI SDR seat, from $499, with outbound dialing included
- Connected minutes inside every plan, from 1,500 on Starter to 20,000 on Scale
- An AI voice agent that opens the call, handles the first objection and qualifies
- Meetings booked onto your reps' calendars and the call written back to your CRM
- DNC scrubbing and state calling window checks applied before every dial
- No agent floor, no seat minimum and no separate dialer licence to negotiate
The landscape
NICE CXone against the contact center platforms US outbound teams price beside it
NICE was read on October 7, 2026, Nextiva on October 6, Talkdesk on September 27, Five9 on September 19 and Genesys on September 3, each from the vendor's own pricing page. Prices are per agent or user a month in USD before telephony and taxes.
| Platform | Published per agent price | Is the outbound dialer in the price? | Catch to check |
|---|---|---|---|
| NICE CXone | $110, $135, $169, $209, $249 plus $0.25 per session | No. Outbound Engagement is an add-on on all five suites, with no public price | Prebuilt CRM integrations are also an add-on on every suite |
| Genesys Cloud CX | CX 1 $75, CX 2 $115, CX 3 $155, CX 4 $240 per named user | Yes. Outbound campaigns are listed on all four tiers | Genesys recommends at least 15 agents per predictive campaign |
| Five9 | Digital $119, Core $159, higher tiers quote only | Voice and outbound on Core and above | Priced per concurrent user with a 50 seat minimum |
| Talkdesk | Digital Essentials $85, Voice Essentials $105, Elite $165, Industry $225 | No. The outbound dialer is not listed in any tier and has no public price | The $85 tier has no voice channel at all |
| Nextiva | Contact center from $75 per agent | Only on the quote-only Professional and Premium tiers | The $75 Essential tier has no progressive or predictive dialing |
| ColdCalls.ai | Starter $499, Growth $1,490, Scale $3,900 a month, or 50 percent less billed yearly | Yes. Outbound calling is the product, with connected minutes inside the plan | An AI SDR for first touch outbound, not an inbound contact center |
Contact center vendors reprice often, so every figure carries the date it was read. NICE does not print a price for its Outbound Engagement add-on, its CRM integrations or telephony, so any commercial figure for those you see elsewhere is a third party estimate. The New York State figures below are net government prices on a public contract, not a commercial quote. ColdCalls.ai is our own product and is marked as such.
How much does NICE CXone cost per agent?
NICE CXone costs $110 to $249 per agent a month on its published suites. The five prices on nice.com/pricing, read on October 7, 2026, are Omnichannel Suite $110, Essential Suite $135, Core Suite $169, Complete Suite $209 and Ultimate Suite $249, all "Per agent per month". Ultimate adds "$0.25 Per Session" on top of the seat.
NICE describes its billing as "monthly billing in arrears, no prepay, no surprise charges" and the model as "usage-based, tiered". That matters for budgeting: the seat is fixed, but several of the add-ons on the grid carry a consumption icon, which means part of the invoice moves with volume.
Older roundups still quote a $71 Digital and a $94 Voice package. Neither figure is on the current pricing page, so treat them as historical. Industry packages for banking, insurance, healthcare and retail are also listed at $249 plus $0.25 per session, and government Medicaid pricing starts at $2 per consumer per year.
Does NICE CXone include an outbound dialer?
Not in any suite price. The comparison grid on nice.com has a row called Outbound Engagement, and every one of the five columns shows the add-on icon rather than the included check. The row also carries the consumption based icon. So a team that buys Ultimate at $249 still buys outbound separately.
The product behind that row is CXone Personal Connection, the dialer NICE has sold since it bought inContact, with predictive, progressive and preview modes. NICE does not publish its commercial price. The only public figures we could find are on the price list NICE files for New York State's contact center contract (OGS Award 22802, dated May 2026): Personal Connection Dialer $22.00 a month, and an Outbound Usage charge of $244.75 per business unit a month for 0 to 49 users, $369.45 for 50 to 99 users and $678.15 for 150 to 199 users.
Those are net government prices on a pre-negotiated contract, not what a private company will be quoted. What they do show is the structure: a per-user dialer charge plus a per-business-unit outbound fee that steps up with headcount. Ask for both lines on your quote. We compare dialers that print their price on our call center dialer page.
What is the difference between the NICE CXone suites?
All five suites share the same core: voice and digital channels, omnichannel routing, proactive web engagement, and recording and compliance are checked in every column. The differences sit in the workforce and AI rows, read from the grid on October 7, 2026.
Omnichannel $110 has the core only. Screen recording, quality management and everything above them are add-ons. Essential $135 adds screen recording and quality management. Core $169 adds workforce management and performance management. Complete $209 adds voice of the customer and interaction analytics. Ultimate $249 adds automated summaries, Copilot for agents, supervisors and leaders, AI routing, and AI agents for self-service, sales and marketing, and process automation.
Several rows stay add-ons on every suite, including Outbound Engagement, prebuilt CRM integrations, gamification and AI agents for proactive engagement. For an outbound sales team the first two are the things you actually need, which is why the suite price alone is not a budget.
Is NICE CXone the same as NICE inContact?
Yes, in practice. NICE bought inContact in 2016, and the inContact cloud platform became CXone. The outbound dialer kept its inContact name, Personal Connection, which is why it still appears that way on price lists. NICE later bought LiveVox, a high volume outbound and collections dialer, and markets parts of it as proactive engagement.
For a buyer this means two things. Search results for "inContact pricing" and "CXone pricing" describe the same product family, so the older figures you find under the inContact name are simply older. And NICE now has more than one outbound engine, so ask which one your quote is for, since the compliance tooling and pricing model differ.
What a 25 agent outbound team pays on NICE CXone
Our arithmetic on the published suite prices, dated October 7, 2026, before the outbound add-on, CRM integration, telephony and taxes:
Omnichannel, 25 agents: 25 x $110 = $2,750 a month, $33,000 a year. Core, 25 agents: 25 x $169 = $4,225 a month, $50,700 a year. Ultimate, 25 agents: 25 x $249 = $6,225 a month, $74,700 a year, plus $0.25 per session.
None of those figures can run a dialing campaign. If the commercial dialer were priced like the New York contract (it will not be exactly, but the structure is a useful guide), 25 users would add 25 x $22 = $550 a month plus one $244.75 outbound usage fee. On Omnichannel that takes the floor to roughly $3,545 a month before minutes.
For comparison on the same 25 seats, Genesys Cloud CX 1 at $75 is $1,875 a month with outbound campaigns on the tier, and Genesys recommends at least 15 agents per predictive campaign. Talkdesk Voice Essentials at $105 is $2,625 with the dialer quoted separately, the same shape as NICE. Our Genesys Cloud CX pricing and Talkdesk pricing breakdowns carry the line items.
Does NICE CXone have a free trial or a contract minimum?
NICE offers a "Request a quote" button and demos rather than a self-serve trial for the contact center suites. The pricing page does not state a seat minimum or a contract term. It does say billing is monthly in arrears with no prepay.
In practice, enterprise contact center contracts are signed for a term with a committed agent count, and implementation is often delivered by NICE or a certified partner as a separate professional services line. Ask three things before you sign: the minimum committed agents, whether you can reduce seats during the term, and whether Personal Connection is billed per named user, per concurrent user or per business unit. The government price list above uses all three kinds of unit, so assume your quote may too. If you are shortlisting the predictive dialer itself rather than a full contact center, our predictive dialer software page compares the vendors that publish a price.
NICE CXone vs an AI SDR for outbound sales
They solve different problems. NICE CXone is built to run a staffed contact center: routing, recording, workforce management, quality and analytics across hundreds of agents, mostly inbound with outbound bolted on. If you run a service operation with a large agent floor, it is one of the most complete platforms you can buy.
It is a heavy fit for first touch outbound sales. You pay a suite price per agent, then an outbound add-on, then a CRM integration, and you still need a person in every seat to take the connected call. An AI SDR takes the other side of the trade: the agent dials, discloses that it is AI, handles the opening objections, qualifies against your criteria and books the meeting onto a rep's calendar.
On our pricing page Starter is $499 a month for one AI SDR seat with 1,500 connected minutes, and Scale is $3,900 a month for ten seats with 20,000 connected minutes, or half that billed yearly. Many teams keep the contact center for inbound service and point an AI SDR at the outbound list.
