Synthflow Pricing and Synthflow AI Cost per Year

If you searched for Synthflow pricing and found a $29 Starter plan or $0.09 a minute, you found an old page. Synthflow moved to annual, sales-led contracts, and its own documentation says the earlier plans now only serve existing customers. Below is what Synthflow publishes today, how it bills an outbound campaign, what $30,000 a year buys at other vendors, and when a flat AI SDR seat is the cheaper way to get outbound calls made.

SHORT ANSWER

Synthflow pricing starts at $30,000 a year. Its pricing page lists a single Enterprise offer, scoped on call volume, concurrency, telephony setup, integrations, security and launch support, and its billing docs say plainly that Synthflow uses sales-led pricing. The Starter, Pro, Growth and Agency plans that most reviews still quote are no longer available for new subscriptions. Read from synthflow.ai on October 5, 2026.

Why it works

What your team gets with Synthflow pricing

One plan, $30,000 a year minimum

The pricing page shows Enterprise only: "Enterprise contracts start at $30,000 annually." That is $2,500 a month committed for a year before anything ships.

Everything else is scoped

Concurrency, call attempts per second, telephony, integrations, security review and onboarding are all set in the contract. No per-minute rate is published, and the docs say not to use them as a quote.

Outbound campaigns need Enterprise

Synthflow docs state that campaigns, its batch calling feature, are available on Enterprise plans and must be activated by support. Dialing speed is capped by the concurrency in your agreement.

What it handles

Dialed, disclosed and booked on autopilot

The agent works your lead list, discloses it is an AI on every call, scrubs against DNC in real time, qualifies the prospect, handles objections, and books the meeting straight into your calendar and CRM.

  • A published monthly price per AI SDR seat, from $499, with no annual minimum to unlock outbound calling
  • A connected-minute pool included in every plan, so an unanswered dial does not eat into a usage meter
  • An AI voice agent built for first touch outbound: it opens the call, handles the first objection and qualifies
  • Qualified meetings booked straight onto your reps' calendars, with the call written back to your CRM
  • DNC scrubbing and state calling window checks applied before every dial
  • AI disclosure at the top of every call, with every call recorded and transcribed

The landscape

Synthflow against the voice AI platforms US teams price beside it

Synthflow was read on October 5, 2026, Vapi on September 27, Bland on September 25 and Retell on September 18, each from the vendor's own pricing page. Platform prices exclude your own phone numbers and carrier fees unless stated.

Platform What you are buying Published US price The catch the price does not show
Synthflow No-code voice agent platform, sold as an annual Enterprise agreement From $30,000 a year. No per-minute rate published Campaigns are Enterprise only. Concurrency and calls per second are scoped in the contract
Vapi Developer API for voice agents, you bring or choose the models $0.05 a minute hosting plus models at cost. Pro has a $999 a month minimum Model, voice and telephony costs sit on top of the $0.05. HIPAA is $2,000 a month
Retell AI Voice agent API priced as a per-minute stack $0.07 to $0.31 a minute, 20 concurrent calls free The width of the range is mostly the language model you pick. Extra concurrency is $8 a line a month
Bland Voice agent platform with the model and voices inside the rate $0.14 a minute on Start, $0.12 plus $299 on Build, $0.11 plus $499 on Scale Daily call caps of 100, 2,000 and 5,000, and transfers billed per transferred minute
ColdCalls.ai An AI SDR that makes the first touch outbound call, handles objections, qualifies and books the meeting Starter $499, Growth $1,490, Scale $3,900, Enterprise $7,800 a month billed monthly, or 50 percent less billed yearly Connected minutes are inside the plan. It is built for outbound only, not inbound support lines

Voice AI vendors reprice often, so every figure carries the date it was read. Synthflow does not publish per-minute rates, concurrency or add-on prices, so any number for those that you see elsewhere is either a legacy plan or a quote someone else received. ColdCalls.ai is our own product and is marked as such.

How much does Synthflow cost?

Synthflow costs at least $30,000 a year. That is the only figure on synthflow.ai/pricing, which reads "Enterprise contracts start at $30,000 annually. Final pricing is scoped around call volume, concurrency, telephony setup, integrations, security needs, and launch support." The only buttons on the page are Contact Sales and Get a demo.

Spread over twelve months, the floor is $2,500 a month. It is a commitment rather than a monthly plan: the Synthflow docs describe Enterprise pricing as a "sales-led annual agreement", and say included usage, carryover and overage terms are set in that agreement. So the honest answer to how much Synthflow costs is $30,000 a year plus whatever your call volume and concurrency add once a sales rep scopes them.

The billing docs go one step further and tell readers "do not use public documentation as a quote." That matters if you are building a business case from a review site. A number you did not get from Synthflow in writing is not a Synthflow price.

Does Synthflow still have a $29 plan?

No. The plans most reviews still list, Starter at $29 and Pro, Growth and Agency at monthly prices into the low thousands, are closed. Synthflow's concurrency documentation says it directly: "Earlier Pro, Growth, and Agency plans were issued with fixed concurrency limits. These plans are no longer available for new subscriptions and remain supported for existing customers."

When we checked the top ten results for "synthflow pricing" on October 5, 2026, only Synthflow's own page and one competitor review led with the $30,000 Enterprise figure. Directory pages and comparison posts dated as recently as September 2026 still present the $29 tier, a $0.08 or $0.09 per minute pay as you go rate and a $2,000 white label fee as if you could buy them today. Synthflow's own 2025 blog post on voice AI cost still says "starting at $0.08/min", which is where much of the confusion comes from.

If a teammate shares one of those numbers, treat it as a legacy price. You will not be offered it on a new account.

How Synthflow bills an outbound calling campaign

Synthflow publishes its metering rules even though it does not publish its rates, and for a cold calling team those rules decide how fast an allowance drains.

Calls are measured per second, with partial seconds rounded up, then added together and invoiced in whole minutes. The detail that matters for outbound: calls that end as no-answer or hang up on voicemail "are recorded as a flat 5 seconds of usage". Failed and user-canceled calls are not billed.

Cold lists are mostly unanswered. Our arithmetic on those rules: a campaign of 20,000 dials where 15,000 ring out or hit voicemail records 75,000 seconds, about 1,250 minutes, before a single conversation happens. That is not a reason to avoid Synthflow, but it belongs in the volume you hand the sales rep, because included usage in the contract is sized on minutes.

Two more rules from the same docs. Billing thresholds "are triggers, not spending caps", so a busy month generates an extra invoice rather than a stop. And Synthflow stops measuring AI usage at the point of a transfer, so a warm handoff to a rep ends the AI meter.

Can Synthflow make outbound calls at volume?

Yes, but campaigns are an Enterprise feature that support switches on. The batch calling docs say "Campaigns are available on our Enterprise plans. Reach out to our support team to activate them on your account."

How fast a campaign dials is limited by two numbers in your contract: concurrency, the number of calls live at once, and CAPS, the number of call attempts started per second. Both are "scoped with Synthflow" for Enterprise accounts. Go over the limit and, in the docs' words, "excess calls can return a 429 HTTP error or be queued briefly." There is a reserved concurrency setting that holds slots back for inbound and one-off calls, which also means those slots are not dialing your list.

For a team planning outbound, ask for the concurrency figure in writing before you sign. A $30,000 contract with four concurrent lines and one with forty are different products.

What $30,000 a year buys at other voice AI vendors

Our arithmetic on the published rates, dated October 5, 2026, using $2,500 a month as the like for like budget:

Bland Start at $0.14 a minute, which includes the model, transcription and voices: about 17,850 minutes a month. Bland's Start plan caps you at 100 calls a day, so a real outbound program needs Build or Scale, where $2,500 less the $499 Scale fee buys about 18,190 minutes at $0.11.

Retell at its $0.07 to $0.31 published range: between roughly 8,060 and 35,700 minutes a month, depending almost entirely on the language model, plus telephony if you do not bring your own.

Vapi at $0.05 a minute for hosting: 50,000 minutes of platform time, but models, voices and telephony are billed at cost on top, so the real figure is far lower and depends on your stack.

All three are build-it-yourself platforms. You still write the call flow, the qualification logic, the compliance checks and the CRM handoff. We compare the per-minute stacks line by line in our AI voice agent pricing breakdown, and the developer-focused options on Vapi pricing, Retell AI pricing and Bland AI pricing.

Is Synthflow worth $30,000 a year for cold calling?

It can be, for a specific buyer. Synthflow's Enterprise package bundles things a large operation genuinely needs: an SLA, SIP trunking or native telephony, contact center integrations, a data processing agreement and security review, a HIPAA business associate agreement for US healthcare use, white label for agencies when it is in your setup, and hands-on implementation. If you run a contact center with inbound and outbound lines, several brands and a procurement process, that is a reasonable package.

It is a poor fit for a sales team that wants an outbound program running this month. The price is committed for a year before you know your connect rate, campaigns need support to activate them, and the platform is a builder, so the call script, objection handling and booking logic are still your team's project. We cover that trade in more depth on the Synthflow alternative page, including where Synthflow is the better buy.

The question to answer first is what you are actually buying. If it is a voice agent platform, compare Synthflow with Vapi, Retell and Bland. If it is booked meetings from cold outbound, compare it with an AI SDR that already does that job.

Synthflow vs an AI SDR seat for a sales team

For a US team of three to ten reps that wants first touch calls made and meetings booked, the comparison is a committed annual floor against a flat monthly seat.

Synthflow: from $30,000 a year, sales-led, with outbound campaigns, concurrency and usage set in the contract, and the agent built by your team or Synthflow's implementation staff.

ColdCalls.ai: Growth is $1,490 a month for 3 AI SDR seats and about 6,000 connected minutes, or $745 a month billed yearly, which is $8,940 for the year. Scale is $3,900 a month for 10 seats and about 20,000 connected minutes, or $23,400 billed yearly. Both prices are on our pricing page, and both are below the Synthflow floor on a yearly bill.

The difference that matters more than the price is the job. Our agent is already an outbound SDR: it discloses that it is AI, scrubs DNC, respects state calling windows, handles the first objections, qualifies against your criteria and books onto your reps' calendars. You configure it rather than build it. If you need a general voice agent for inbound support, appointment reminders and outbound in one platform, Synthflow is the closer fit.

Good questions

Questions about Synthflow pricing

Synthflow starts at $30,000 a year. Its pricing page lists one Enterprise offer, and final pricing is scoped on call volume, concurrency, telephony, integrations, security and launch support. No monthly plan or per-minute rate is published for new customers.
Synthflow does not publish a per-minute rate any more. Older figures of $0.08 or $0.09 a minute come from retired plans and an older Synthflow blog post. Usage is metered per second and included usage is set in your Enterprise agreement.
Synthflow's homepage FAQ says you can start and build an agent for free, but its pricing page and billing docs describe only the sales-led Enterprise agreement. Ask the sales team what a trial includes before you plan a pilot around it.
The pricing page says Enterprise contracts start at $30,000 annually, which works out to $2,500 a month. The docs describe it as an annual agreement whose included usage, carryover and overage terms are defined in the contract.
Unanswered calls and calls that hang up on voicemail are recorded as a flat 5 seconds of usage each. Failed and user-canceled calls are not billed. On a cold list with mostly unanswered dials, those 5 second records add up quickly.
Not for new customers. Synthflow's documentation says the earlier Pro, Growth and Agency plans are no longer available for new subscriptions and remain supported only for existing customers.
Synthflow offers a business associate agreement for US customers using its HIPAA setting, executed at contract signing, and lists SOC 2, GDPR and ISO 27001 for Enterprise. Confirm the scope in your own agreement.
For a sales team that wants meetings booked from cold outbound, usually yes. Our Growth plan is $1,490 a month for 3 AI SDR seats, or $8,940 a year billed yearly, against Synthflow's $30,000 annual floor, and the agent is already built for outbound.
