Salesloft Pricing per User With the Dialer Add-on and Calling Costs

Salesloft pricing is quote-only: Advanced and Elite have no list price, the dialer is an add-on and LocalDial numbers are $1 each. What teams report paying.

Skip the dialing. Our AI SDR calls your leads, qualifies them and books meetings into your calendar. From $499 a month.

Salesloft does not publish a price. Its pricing URL now redirects to a "Talk to sales" form, and its help center lists two packages, Advanced and Elite, with no figure on either. The dialer is a separate add-on that needs Unlimited Calling modules, and LocalDial numbers cost $1 to provision plus $1 a month each. Third-party purchase data puts the median Salesloft contract at about $30,740 a year. Read from salesloft.com and help.salesloft.com on October 5, 2026.

That last number is not a Salesloft price. It is what other buyers reported paying, and it is the closest thing to a benchmark you will get before a sales call. Below is everything Salesloft does publish, which is more than most pricing roundups show, the parts of the bill a calling team should ask about, and what the same budget buys if the goal is first-touch calls rather than a sales engagement platform.

How much does Salesloft cost in 2026?

There is no list price to quote. On October 5, 2026, salesloft.com/pricing returned a redirect to salesloft.com/see-it-live, a booking page that reads "Book time with us. Start with your email." No plan, seat or dialer price appears anywhere on the public site.

The best public evidence of what teams pay comes from procurement marketplaces, and it should be read as reported deal data, not a rate card:

SourceWhat it reportsHow to read it
Salesloft (first-party)No price. Advanced and Elite packages, dialer as an add-onThe only authoritative source, and it gives no number
Vendr marketplace, updated February 2026Median buyer pays $30,740 a year. Low $5,160, high $146,683Reported contracts. The page also uses the retired tier names
Vendr, same pagePer-seat ranges of $125 to $150 for "Advanced" and $165 to $200+ for "Premier"Premier was retired by Salesloft, so treat these as historic
SpendHound, updated October 1, 2026Average SMB spend $63,811 a year, enterprise $282,641Spend data skewed by larger accounts

The "$125 per user per month" figure you see repeated on competitor blogs traces back to that $125 to $165 range. Nothing on Salesloft's own site supports it, and several of the pages repeating it are written by vendors selling a Salesloft alternative.

What does each Salesloft tier cost?

Salesloft's help center article "Salesloft Packages and Availability" says: "There are currently two types of Salesloft pricing packages: Advanced, Elite." Advanced is "designed for revenue teams who need to build pipeline and increase their revenue." Elite adds "differentiated enterprise capabilities such as multi-team, sandbox and CRM signals for custom objects."

Neither carries a published price. What the article does tell you is what sits inside both: Rhythm, Conversations, Deals, Cadence, Coaching, Sales Email, the Ask Salesloft Agent, Automation, Calendaring, mobile app access, CRM sync, security and compliance, analytics and the partner ecosystem. Deals is only available to customers on Salesforce.

The names matter when you read old reviews. Salesloft states its legacy packages, Essentials, Premier, Prospect and Enterprise, "were available from February 2020 through August 2025." Any article quoting a Premier or Essentials price is describing a package you can no longer buy.

Is the Salesloft dialer included?

No. Salesloft lists the dialer as an add-on: "Teams have the option to purchase the Salesloft Dialer as an add-on to any package they purchase." The package article even footnotes mobile access with "Dialer add on required to make calls using Salesloft Mobile app."

Buying the dialer is itself two purchases. The Dialer Pricing Guide says: "In order for your team to use the Dialer, you (or any team admin) must purchase Unlimited Calling modules." There is Unlimited Talk and Text North America, covering the US, Canada and other +1 regions with no per-minute charges, and Unlimited Talk Europe, covering 33 listed countries. Calls outside those regions go on a variable dialer billed per minute in arrears, at rates Salesloft does not publish.

Third-party sites quote the dialer add-on anywhere from $200 to $480 per user a year, and they disagree with each other. None of those figures is first-party, so get the dialer and the calling module priced as separate lines on the quote.

What hidden costs and fees should you plan for?

Four line items sit outside the seat, and Salesloft documents each one even though it does not price the seat.

Local presence numbers. LocalDial shows a local area code to the person you call. The Dialer Pricing Guide lists "$1 each to provision a new LocalDial number (aka, for each area code you call into)" plus "$1 each for the use of the number during the month." Our arithmetic: a team calling into 50 US area codes pays $50 to set up and $50 a month after that, or $650 in year one. There is also an Unlimited LocalDial U.S. module that covers every US area code with no per-number monthly charge, at a price Salesloft does not print. If your team dials nationally, ask for both and compare.

The fair-use cap on unlimited minutes. Salesloft's product-specific terms define Excessive Use as more than 3,000 minutes a month per Unlimited Dialer User, pooled across the team, so 10 dialer users share 30,000 minutes. Go over it in two months of any rolling twelve and "Salesloft may charge for excess usage." That is generous for human reps. It is a real limit if you plan to route an automated calling tool through those seats.

AI agent add-ons. The Account Agent add-on (research and buyer identification agents) and the Coaching Agent add-on are sold separately. The terms put Account Agent at "100 Agent Runs per User per month", pooled, and call the current price "promotional."

Misuse liability. The same terms make the customer responsible for any "fines, penalties, fees, or expenses" caused by misuse of the dialer, payable within 30 days of notice. For a team cold calling US consumers or mobile numbers, that clause is where your own TCPA and do-not-call process stops being optional.

One thing that is not a cost: "Salesloft does not charge for call recordings or call recording storage space." Recording governance is set by area code and international prefix, and Salesloft tells customers to take its legality to their own counsel.

What do companies typically pay for Salesloft?

About $30,000 a year at the median, on Vendr's reported data, with a very wide spread. The $5,160 low end is a small team on a short contract. The $146,683 high end is a large sales org with add-ons. Vendr also reports that buyers commonly see a minimum seat count of 10 to 15 users and annual price escalators of 5 to 8 percent. Those are Vendr's claims from deal data, not Salesloft terms, but they are worth raising directly: ask for the seat minimum, the renewal cap and the dialer price per user in writing before you compare quotes.

If you are running a formal evaluation against Outreach, Apollo or HubSpot at the same time, put all of them through one process with the same seat count and the same calling requirement. Procurement software that keeps vendor quotes and approvals in one place makes it much harder for a renewal escalator or a separately priced dialer to slip past finance.

How much can I negotiate off Salesloft's list price?

There is no public list price, so the realistic question is how far a first quote moves. Vendr's negotiated ranges run roughly $60 to $100 per user a month at 10 to 25 users, $90 to $130 at 25 to 75 and $110 to $160 above that. The per-seat figure climbs with team size because larger teams buy the higher package and more add-ons, so compare quotes package for package, not seat price against seat price. Multi-year terms, end-of-quarter timing and a competing quote are the usual levers. Ask for the dialer and LocalDial to be priced inside the deal rather than added later, because add-ons bought mid-term rarely get the same discount.

Can Salesloft make cold calls for you?

Not on its own. The Salesloft dialer is a tool for human reps: its product page describes "one-click sales calling," the ability to "whisper advice to a rep," call pass-through and "pre-recorded voicemail drop." Its AI agents page describes agents that research accounts, draft email steps, summarize deals and coach reps. We found no first-party Salesloft product that holds an outbound phone conversation by itself, and no parallel or power dialing mode in its documentation.

That shapes what the money buys. Salesloft makes a team of SDRs more efficient. It does not add dialing hours. Ten reps on Salesloft is still ten people making one call at a time inside their working day, and the platform is a five-figure line item on top of their salaries.

Salesloft cost against an AI SDR for first-touch calls

For a US team whose real bottleneck is first-touch calls, the comparison is a sales engagement contract plus reps against a seat that does the calling itself.

They are not substitutes for each other in every case. Salesloft runs cadences, email, coaching and deal management for the people who close. An AI SDR takes the first-touch dialing off those people: it calls the list, handles the first objections, qualifies against your criteria and books the meeting onto a rep's calendar, with DNC scrubbing and calling-window checks before each dial. Plenty of teams keep the engagement platform for their closers and stop buying dialer seats for prospecting.

If your shortlist is really about dialers, we compare the published per-seat prices of PhoneBurner, Orum, Nooks and the rest on the best dialer for cold calling, and the CRM-attached options, including Salesforce and HubSpot calling, on our CRM dialer pricing page. Our own plans are on the pricing page with every figure printed.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Salesloft cost per user? Salesloft does not publish a per-user price. Third-party data repeats a range of about $125 to $165 per user a month on list, with negotiated figures lower at volume, but those numbers come from buyers and competitors, not from Salesloft.

Does Salesloft have a free trial? Salesloft's site offers a demo booking rather than a self-serve trial, and its pricing URL redirects to that demo form. Ask the sales team whether a pilot is available for your seat count.

Is the Salesloft dialer free? No. The dialer is an add-on to any package, and using it requires Unlimited Calling modules for North America or Europe. LocalDial numbers are $1 to provision and $1 a month each, or covered by a separate Unlimited LocalDial U.S. module.

What are the Salesloft plans? Advanced and Elite. Elite adds multi-team, sandbox and CRM signals for custom objects. The older Essentials, Premier, Prospect and Enterprise packages were sold from February 2020 to August 2025.

Are Salesloft calling minutes unlimited? Within the Unlimited Calling regions, yes, subject to a fair-use cap of 3,000 minutes per dialer user a month, pooled across the team. Exceed it in two months of a rolling twelve and Salesloft may charge for the excess.

Is ColdCalls.ai an alternative to Salesloft? For first-touch cold calling, yes. For cadences, email and deal management, no. ColdCalls.ai replaces the dialing hours with an AI voice agent from $499 a month and works beside the CRM and engagement tools your closers already use.
