Outreach Pricing per User With Outreach Voice Dialer Costs

Outreach pricing is quote-only, but Outreach Voice is not: $10 or $20 per user a month for calling, $1 numbers, a $150 shared pool. What 10 reps really pay.

Skip the dialing. Our AI SDR calls your leads, qualifies them and books meetings into your calendar. From $499 a month.

Outreach does not publish a seat price. Its pricing page lists four packages, Amplify Essentials, Core, Plus and Pro, with 10,000 to 100,000 AI credits each and a "Request pricing" button on every one. The dialer is the exception: Outreach Voice has a public rate card, $10 per user a month for 1,000 US and Canada minutes or $20 for unlimited, plus $1 a month per extra number. Third-party purchase data puts the median Outreach contract at $45,600 a year. Read from outreach.ai on October 6, 2026.

That median is not an Outreach price. It is what other buyers reported paying, and it is the nearest thing to a benchmark you will have before a sales call. Below is everything Outreach does publish, which is more than most pricing roundups show, the parts of the bill a calling team should get quoted line by line, and what the same budget buys when the goal is first-touch calls rather than a sales engagement platform.

How much does Outreach cost in 2026?

There is no list price. The page at outreach.io/pricing now redirects to outreach.ai/pricing, which reads "Reach out to our team for custom pricing based on your team's needs." Outreach describes the model as "a combination of seat-based pricing and consumption-based pricing powered by AI credits", and a line lower on the same page adds "Per user pricing. No platform fees. Support included."

The best public evidence of what teams pay comes from procurement data, and it should be read as reported deals, not a rate card:

SourceWhat it reportsHow to read it
Outreach (first-party)No seat price. Four Amplify packages, AI credits per package, Voice rate cardThe only authoritative source, and it gives no seat number
Vendr marketplace, updated February 2026Median buyer pays $45,600 a year. Low $8,620, high $214,450, based on 917 purchasesReported contracts. Average negotiated saving 12 percent
Vendr, same pageContract minimum typically 5 to 10 users. Onboarding $5,000 to $25,000+Observed patterns, and the page still names older modules such as Kaia and Commit
Third-party roundups, 2026Roughly $100 to $160 per user a month depending on tierEstimates repeated between blogs, several written by competing vendors

Treat any per-user figure you find as a starting point for negotiation, not a quote. Nothing on Outreach's own site supports a specific seat price.

What are the Outreach packages and what does each include?

Outreach sells four packages. Two are described as entry points ("Just getting started? Explore our Essentials and Core packages") and you choose one or the other. Plus is marked Most Popular, and Pro sits on top.

PackageAI creditsBuilt forWhat a calling team should notice
Amplify Essentials10,000Conversation intelligence and coachingIncludes the Outreach Voice dialer, but no "Multi-Channel Engagement & Sequences" line
Amplify Core25,000Pipeline creation and account managementSequences, the dialer and call insights. 250,000 API calls
Amplify Plus50,000Everything in Essentials and Core plus advanced agentsDeal Agent, live coaching, real-time transcription. 500,000 API calls
Amplify Pro100,000Enterprise revenue orchestrationForecasting, territory management, managed services. 1,000,000 API calls

The Essentials row is the one to read twice. It lists the integrated dialer and real-time transcription, but not sequencing. An SDR team that buys Essentials because it is the entry package would get a dialer with no cadences to drive it. For prospecting, Core is the realistic floor.

Every package also lists "Meeting Scheduling & Tasks". If booking links are the main thing a team wants from that line, standalone scheduling software for business teams does that job without a sales engagement contract around it.

How much does the Outreach dialer cost?

The dialer itself is included. Outreach's Voice pricing page says "The option to enable an integrated Sales Dialer is included in the Outreach Platform", then explains that "Customers using the dialer pay for usage including voice minutes and phone numbers." Those usage prices are published, which makes Outreach Voice better documented than most of the platform:

Outreach Voice itemPublished priceWhat it covers
US Standard calling plan$10 per user a month1,000 US and Canada minutes and 1 US or Canada number
US Premium calling plan$20 per user a monthUnlimited US and Canada minutes under reasonable use, and 1 number
Extra US and Canada numbers$1 per user a monthAdditional local numbers above the plan
Shared phone numbers plan$150 per org a monthA pooled set of local numbers for Local Dial, no limit on how many
Global minutes package$300 per org a month10,000 minutes to 50 countries, then $40 per 1,000 minutes. Excludes the US and Canada
Pay per useRate by destination, billed monthlyAnything without a plan, and overage above a plan

Outreach labels Premium "cheapest if you're a power dialer" and Standard as the plan that "covers most reps usage". Plans are applied to the users with the most usage at the end of each month, and each user can carry one plan.

How Outreach counts your calling minutes

Three rules on the Voice pricing page decide how fast a Standard plan runs out. Minutes "are connected time only", so unanswered dials do not burn the allowance. Call durations "are rounded up to the nearest minute". And if a rep bridges a call between Outreach and an external phone, "the number of minutes used is doubled."

Our arithmetic on those rules, dated October 6, 2026: a rep who connects 25 times a day on calls averaging 2 minutes 10 seconds is billed 3 minutes per call, 75 minutes a day, roughly 1,575 minutes across 21 working days. That rep has outgrown the 1,000 minute Standard plan, and the overage is billed at pay-per-use rates. If the same rep dials from a mobile through a bridged call, the count doubles to about 3,150. For any SDR doing real volume, budget Premium at $20 rather than Standard at $10.

What hidden costs should you plan for with Outreach?

Four lines sit outside the seat, and Outreach names each one even though it does not price them.

AI credits. Every package includes a fixed credit allowance, and Outreach measures usage as "discrete actions", such as generating a personalized message or completing a search, each with "a predictable credit cost". If the team needs more, "you can purchase additional credit packs at any time." The pack price is not published, so ask what a typical rep consumes per month before you sign.

Add-ons. The FAQ lists Data Sharing, Connectors, Additional Instances and Listener Licenses as add-ons. Listener licenses matter if managers or enablement staff need access to call recordings without a full seat.

Onboarding. Outreach offers "professional services packages", from self-serve to full implementation. Vendr's buyers report $5,000 to $25,000 or more for setup, CRM integration and training.

Calling. Voice plans, numbers and any global package, priced in the table above.

What a 10 rep SDR team pays for Outreach

The seat line has to come from a quote, so the honest version of the math uses the published Voice prices and the reported median.

Line itemMonthlyAnnual
Outreach seats and AI creditsQuotedVendr median $45,600 across all team sizes
US Premium calling, 10 reps x $20$200$2,400
Shared local presence numbers$150$1,800
Onboarding, reported rangeOne time$5,000 to $25,000+

Calling adds about $4,200 a year to whatever the seat contract comes to. That is small next to the people. Ten SDRs are the real cost, and every minute in the table is a minute one of them spends dialing.

Outreach vs Salesloft pricing

Both sell through sales and publish no seat price, so the comparison runs on reported data and on what each vendor documents. Vendr's reported median is $45,600 a year for Outreach against $30,740 for Salesloft. Both treat calling as a separate purchase: Outreach through Voice plans at $10 or $20 per user, Salesloft through Unlimited Calling modules and $1 LocalDial numbers. The difference worth weighing is the dialer itself. Outreach includes the integrated dialer in every package and charges only for usage, while Salesloft sells its dialer as an add-on before any calling module. We read every Salesloft line item in Salesloft pricing per user with the dialer add-on.

Outreach vs an AI SDR for cold calling

For a team buying Outreach mainly so SDRs can dial faster, the comparison is a sales engagement contract plus the reps against a seat that makes the calls itself.

OptionAnnual costWho makes the calls
Outreach, reported medianAbout $45,600 (Vendr), plus Voice plans, numbers and onboardingYour human reps

ColdCalls.ai Scale$23,400 billed yearly ($3,900 a month billed monthly), 10 AI SDR seats, about 20,000 connected minutes a monthAn AI voice agent across multiple campaigns

They do different jobs. Outreach runs sequences, email, forecasting and deal management for the people who close. An AI SDR takes the first-touch dialing off those people: it calls the list, handles the first objections, qualifies against your criteria and books the meeting onto a rep's calendar, with DNC scrubbing and calling-window checks before each dial. Many teams keep the engagement platform for their account executives and stop paying people to work a cold list.

If the shortlist is really about dialers, we compare the published per-seat prices of PhoneBurner, Orum, Nooks and others on the best dialer for cold calling, and the credit-metered option on Apollo dialer pricing. Our own plans are on the pricing page with every figure printed.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Outreach cost per user? Outreach does not publish a per-user price. Roundups estimate roughly $100 to $160 per user a month depending on the package, and Vendr reports a median contract of $45,600 a year, but none of those figures comes from Outreach itself.

Is the Outreach dialer free? The integrated dialer is included in the platform, but calling is not. You pay for minutes and numbers, either per use or through Voice plans of $10 per user a month for 1,000 US and Canada minutes or $20 for unlimited.

Does Outreach have a free trial? The pricing page offers "Request pricing" and demo requests rather than a self-serve trial. Ask the sales team whether a pilot is available for your seat count.

What are AI credits in Outreach? Credits pay for AI actions such as writing a personalized message or running a search. Essentials includes 10,000, Core 25,000, Plus 50,000 and Pro 100,000, and extra credit packs can be bought at any time at a price Outreach does not publish.

Does Outreach have a contract minimum? Outreach does not state one. Vendr's buyer data says contracts typically start at 5 to 10 users on annual terms.

Is ColdCalls.ai an alternative to Outreach? For first-touch cold calling, yes. For sequences, email and forecasting, no. ColdCalls.ai replaces the dialing hours with an AI voice agent from $499 a month and works beside the CRM and engagement tools your closers already use.
