Structurely Pricing and Structurely AI Pricing Under the 21X Name

Structurely pricing now sits under the 21X name: a quoted platform fee, voice from $0.07 a minute, SMS and email from $0.02, no seats. What 300 leads cost.

Skip the dialing. Our AI SDR calls your leads, qualifies them and books meetings into your calendar. From $499 a month.

Structurely pricing is now 21X pricing: the company operates as "21X, formerly Structurely", and its pricing page prints no plan price at all. You pay a platform fee quoted by sales on one of three plans (Small Team, Large Team, Enterprise), then usage metered in tokens, with voice as low as $0.07 a minute and SMS and AI email as low as $0.02 each. There are no per seat licences, and onboarding is sold as a service.

We read structurely.com/pricing, which now carries the 21X name, on October 19, 2026. Structurely built its name selling an AI inside sales agent to real estate and mortgage teams, and most of its buyers still search for it under the old brand. This breakdown is for that buyer: a team lead or loan officer deciding whether to keep, renew or replace an AI that follows up on leads. It covers what the page publishes, what it leaves out, what a month realistically costs, and how it compares with Callingly pricing and an AI SDR that books the meeting itself.

How much does Structurely cost?

21X does not publish a dollar figure for any plan. Every plan card ends in "Talk to Sales" or "Talk to an AI Engineer". What the page does publish is the shape of the bill: a platform fee for access to the AI call center, the API and the agent builder, then activity billed as tokens.

PlanPrice on the pageWhat it adds
Small TeamTalk to salesAgent builder, inbound and outbound voice, SMS and email, call cadences, call screening, live transfers, appointment scheduling, lead uploader, basic reporting, 1.5 hours of support a month, self serve
Large Team (marked Popular)Talk to salesMultiple teams and permissions, advanced routing, custom agents, BI and analytics, custom integrations and webhooks, A/B testing, volume usage discounts, 5 hours of support a month, spam mitigation
Enterprise / Build Your OwnTalk to an AI engineerCustom SLAs, security review, dedicated infrastructure, SSO and SAML, MCP and custom tools, white label and headless deployment, dedicated AI training team

The usage side is the only part with numbers, and every one of them is a floor.

ActivityPublished rateHow it is metered
VoiceAs low as $0.07 a minuteAI call minutes converted to tokens
SMSAs low as $0.02 a messageMessages sent and received converted to tokens
AI emailAs low as $0.02 an emailEmail conversations and follow up through the same token model

"As low as" matters. Large Team lists volume based usage discounts and Enterprise lists volume pricing, which suggests the floor rates belong to the bigger commitments. A Small Team quote should state the actual per minute and per message rate in writing.

What happened to Structurely?

Structurely renamed itself 21X. Its news page leads with "Structurely Is Now 21X and Launches 21X SPORTS", and its about page describes "21X, formerly Structurely" as a conversational AI and telecommunications software company. In October 2026 it announced a dedicated sports division, including a partnership with the Detroit Pistons announced on October 15, 2026. The old domain still serves the site, and the contact addresses moved to 21Xai.com.

For a real estate or mortgage buyer, the practical change is scope. The product is now pitched as an AI call center for any industry, with an AI power dialer for Salesforce, APIs and white label deployment. The lead follow up agent you may already use is still there (inbound and outbound voice, texting, live transfers and scheduling are on the entry plan), but the pricing has moved from a product you could size by lead count to a platform you size by usage and support hours.

What do third party sites say Structurely costs?

Comparison sites that cover Structurely quote a Team plan at $499 a month and a Company plan at $999 a month on annual terms, with onboarding fees of $2,000 and $2,500, and per credit usage around $0.06 to $0.08. One of the pages that ranks for this search is written by a competitor that sells an alternative. None of those figures appears on 21X's own page, and the plan names do not match the current Small Team and Large Team cards. Treat them as a starting point for negotiation, not a list price.

The point that survives from those reports is the shape: a fixed monthly platform fee that dominates the bill, an onboarding charge in the low thousands, and a usage meter on top. Ask about all three on the first call.

What does Structurely cost for a 300 lead month?

Because the platform fee is not published, we can only price the usage. This is our arithmetic on the floor rates published on October 19, 2026, for a mortgage or real estate team that gets 300 new leads a month. Replace the inputs with your own.

LineAssumptionUsage at the floor rate
AI voice300 leads x 2 calls x 2 connected minutes = 1,200 minutes$84
SMS300 leads x 6 messages sent and received = 1,800 messages$36
AI email300 leads x 3 emails = 900 emails$18
Usage totalabout $138 a month

At these volumes the usage is small. The platform fee is the bill. If the third party figures are close, a 300 lead team pays roughly $499 plus $138 a month, plus onboarding in the first month. That is the number to compare against alternatives, and it is why the first question on a 21X call should be the platform fee, not the per minute rate.

Structurely pricing vs Callingly and an AI SDR

The three products price three different things. Structurely, now 21X, prices access to a platform plus usage. Callingly prices each AI call that reaches the lead, with the plan fee loaded as credit. An AI SDR seat prices the seller, with a minute allowance.

VendorWhat you are buyingPublished priceSame 300 lead month
21X (formerly Structurely)AI call center for voice, SMS and email with live transfers and schedulingPlatform fee by quote, voice from $0.07 a minute, SMS and email from $0.02Platform fee plus about $138 of usage

Callingly is the cheapest of the three for a staffed team, because a human rep takes over after the transfer and talk time is included on accounts opened since September 26, 2026. We walk through its plan switch points on the Callingly pricing page. 21X gives you the most control, with an agent builder, cadences across three channels and an API, and it suits a team with someone who will own the configuration. An AI SDR is the choice when the lead should end the call with a meeting booked, whether or not a loan officer or agent is free at that moment.

Is Structurely worth it for mortgage and real estate teams?

It can be, if you will use the multichannel cadences and the configuration depth. A brokerage with an ISA team, a CRM it trusts and a manager who will tune scripts gets a lot of platform for the fee. A solo agent or a three person mortgage team usually does not need an agent builder, A/B testing or webhooks, and pays for them through the platform fee either way.

Before signing, get four things in writing: the monthly platform fee for your plan, the actual per minute and per message rates (not the "as low as" floor), the onboarding fee and what it covers, and the contract term. Ask too whether the 1.5 hours of monthly support on Small Team is enough for script changes, because on that plan you configure the agent yourself.

Speed matters more than any line on the quote. The research behind that is in our lead response time statistics, and for a lender the call that qualifies the borrower is only the first step. The next is checking that the income on the application holds up, which is quicker when you analyze a borrower's bank statements before the file goes to underwriting rather than after.

Does Structurely charge per user?

No. 21X says plainly on its pricing page that there are "no bloated seat licenses" and "no paying for idle capacity". Adding team members does not raise the platform fee on its own. What grows the bill is usage (more calls, messages and emails) and moving to a bigger plan for multiple teams, permissions and support hours.

Is AI calling from Structurely or any vendor TCPA compliant?

The software is legal. How you use it decides compliance. An AI voice is an artificial voice under the TCPA, so calls to consumer cell phones need prior express consent, and prior express written consent for marketing calls. Leads that filled in a form with proper consent language are the safe use case, and the calls should identify the business and honor opt outs. Buying the platform does not transfer that responsibility to the vendor. We explain the rules for AI calls in detail on TCPA compliant AI calling.

The short version

Structurely is now 21X, and it publishes a pricing model rather than a price: a quoted platform fee, token based usage from $0.07 a voice minute and $0.02 a message, no seat licences and paid onboarding. For a 300 lead month the usage is around $138 at the floor rates, so the platform fee decides whether it is good value. If your team has reps free to take transfers, Callingly is cheaper. If you want the AI to finish the job and put the appointment on the calendar, see how our AI calling for mortgage lenders and AI calling for real estate work, and compare our plans.
