Callingly Pricing and Callingly Cost per AI Call
Callingly rebuilt its pricing on September 26, 2026, and most pages that rank for it still quote the old per minute model. Here is the current rate card, what a real month costs at 300 and 1,000 leads, and where an AI SDR that books the meeting itself fits instead.

Callingly pricing starts at $100 a month on Starter, then $250 on Growth, $750 on Scale and $2,000 on Business, or 20 percent less billed annually. The plan price is also your monthly usage credit. Each AI call that reaches a lead or their voicemail costs $0.50, $0.45, $0.40 or $0.35 by plan, texts cost $0.06 to $0.12 a segment, and every number is $5 a month. Users and leads are unlimited on every plan.
Why it works
What your team gets with Callingly pricing
The plan price is a credit
Starter at $100 gives you $100 of usage, Growth $250, Scale $750 and Business $2,000. Calls and texts draw that credit down from the first one, anything past it bills at the plan rate, and unused credit does not roll over.
You pay per reached call
An AI call costs $0.50 on Starter down to $0.35 on Business, charged only when it reaches the lead or voicemail. Ring outs and busy signals are free, and on accounts opened since September 26, 2026 talk time is included.
A rep still takes the lead
Callingly's AI asks your qualifying questions and warm transfers the lead to one of your reps. If nobody is free it offers a callback. Your close rate still depends on a human picking up within seconds.
What it handles
Dialed, disclosed and booked on autopilot
The agent works your lead list, discloses it is an AI on every call, scrubs against DNC in real time, qualifies the prospect, handles objections, and books the meeting straight into your calendar and CRM.
- Holds the whole conversation itself, so no rep has to be free when the lead answers at 9 pm or on a Sunday
- Handles the common objections, qualifies on your criteria and books the meeting straight onto your calendar
- One flat fee per AI seat with a pooled minute allowance, instead of a credit that resets and a rate per call
- Federal and state DNC suppression checked at dial time, plus calling windows in the prospect's time zone
- Discloses that it is an AI at the top of every call, in wording you approve
- Writes every outcome, transcript and recording back to your CRM
The landscape
Callingly against the AI lead response tools it gets shortlisted with
Callingly and 21X were read from their own pricing pages on October 19, 2026, Ringy on October 15, 2026, Vapi on September 27, 2026, and Bland and Retell on September 1, 2026. Each figure comes from the vendor's own site.
| Vendor | What you are buying | Published US price | What the price does not show |
|---|---|---|---|
| Callingly | Speed to lead platform whose AI agent calls each new lead, qualifies and warm transfers to your reps | Starter $100, Growth $250, Scale $750, Business $2,000 a month as usage credit. $0.50 to $0.35 per AI call. Enterprise from $5,000 | Numbers are $5 each and branded calls add $0.10 a call. Unused credit expires monthly. Accounts opened before September 26, 2026 still pay per minute for rep talk time |
| 21X (formerly Structurely) | AI call center platform for inbound and outbound voice, SMS and email with live transfers | Platform fee by quote, plus tokens. Voice as low as $0.07 a minute, SMS and AI email as low as $0.02 | No plan price is printed, and the usage rates are floors (as low as). Onboarding is sold as a service |
| Bland AI | Voice AI API for teams that build their own agent | Start $0.14 a minute with no platform fee. Build $0.12 plus $299, Scale $0.11 plus $499 a month | Model and voice are inside the rate, but you build the agent, the CRM sync and the compliance logic |
| Retell AI | Voice AI API priced as a stack of voice, model, speech and telephony | $0.07 to $0.31 a minute depending on the model you choose | The width of the range is almost entirely the language model. Engineering time is not in the price |
| Vapi | Developer platform for voice agents | $0.05 a minute hosting, models and telephony at cost | The real per minute bill depends on the providers you plug in. Built for engineers |
| Ringy | CRM with softphone and a human power dialer, popular with insurance agents | $119 a month, Power Dialer add-on $70 | A person dials and talks. No AI agent answers or qualifies the lead |
| ColdCalls.ai | An AI SDR that calls, holds the conversation, handles objections and books the meeting | Starter $499 (1 seat, 250 connected min), Growth $1,490 (3 seats, 800 min), Scale $3,900 (10 seats), Enterprise $7,800 a month. Yearly billing halves it | Costs more than Callingly per lead. Worth it when nobody is free to take a transfer, or when the meeting has to be booked without a rep |
Monthly totals on this page are our arithmetic on the prices each vendor published on the date shown. A vendor with no published plan price is quote only, which says nothing about whether the quote is high or low.
How much does Callingly cost?
Callingly costs $100, $250, $750 or $2,000 a month on its four standard plans, or $80, $200, $600 and $1,600 a month on annual billing. Enterprise starts at $5,000 a month and is negotiated per client. Every plan includes unlimited users, unlimited leads, the AI agent and the same feature set. The only things that change as you move up are the size of the monthly credit and the price of each call and text.
The structure is closer to a prepaid wallet than a seat licence. Your plan fee loads that month's credit, AI calls and texts draw it down from the very first one, and usage past the credit bills at the same plan rates. Unused credit does not roll over. On annual billing you still receive the full monthly credit ($750 on Scale, for example) while paying $600 a month for it, so annual is the better deal for anyone who will use the plan all year.
Three costs sit outside the credit. Local and toll free numbers are $5 a month each on the pricing page (the help center says $4 on an annual plan), and that price includes spam label protection on numbers bought from Callingly. Branded calls add $0.10 a call on every plan. And international minutes for accounts on the older model follow Twilio's country rates. We set the full lead response category, including tools that charge per seat instead, on our speed to lead software page.
How much does Callingly charge per AI call?
Callingly charges $0.50 per AI call on Starter, $0.45 on Growth, $0.40 on Scale and $0.35 on Business. You are billed once per call, and only when that call reaches the lead or the lead's voicemail. A call that rings out or hits a busy signal costs nothing, and AI calls are never billed by the minute.
The unit is the call, not the lead. If your sequence calls a new lead, leaves a voicemail and calls again the next morning, that is two AI calls. Callingly's own help article makes the point directly and tells buyers to think in AI calls per lead. Its numbers show what each credit buys if you spent it all on calls: about 200 calls a month on Starter, 555 on Growth, 1,875 on Scale and 5,714 on Business.
Texts are billed per segment of up to 160 plain characters, at $0.12 on Starter, $0.10 on Growth, $0.08 on Scale and $0.06 on Business. Emoji and long messages use more segments. Texts you receive are free. If you are comparing this against per minute voice platforms, our AI voice agent pricing page converts Vapi, Retell AI, Bland AI and Synthflow to the same monthly bill.
What changed in Callingly pricing on September 26, 2026?
Callingly stopped charging most new accounts for talk time. On accounts that signed up directly since September 26, 2026, call minutes are included: the time your rep spends with a lead after the AI transfers them, your reps' own callbacks, and inbound calls to your numbers. Callingly's worked example is a lead who talks with the AI for two minutes and with your rep for eight, which costs one AI call, $0.50 on Starter.
The same accounts also changed how the first call happens. The AI agent now makes the first call to every new lead, including leads arriving through Zapier and other integrations, and these accounts no longer use Dispatch calls, the older flow that rang your reps before dialing the lead.
Accounts created before that date still pay for minutes on every call except the AI's own: $0.30 a minute on Starter, $0.25 on Growth and $0.20 on Scale and Business in the US and Canada, from the same credit. Client accounts under an agency follow the agency's own sign up date. If you are on an older account, ask whether moving to the current model is possible, because a team whose reps talk 2,000 minutes a month on Growth is paying $500 of that credit for talk time alone. Most third party pages still describe the per minute model, so check which one a quote or review is describing.
Which Callingly plan should you pick?
Pick the plan whose monthly price your real usage would exceed on the plan below. Callingly's help center gives the switch points: Starter to Growth once a Starter month passes $250 ($200 on annual), Growth to Scale past $750 ($600 annual), and Scale to Business past $2,000 ($1,600 annual). These worked months are our arithmetic on the October 19, 2026 rate card.
A team getting 300 new leads a month that averages 1.5 AI calls per lead makes 450 calls. On Starter that is $225 of usage, so the bill is $225. On Growth the same 450 calls cost $202.50, under the $250 credit, so the bill is $250. Starter wins by $25 a month.
At 1,000 leads a month with two AI calls and two one segment texts per lead, usage is 2,000 calls and 2,000 segments. Starter would run $1,000 plus $240, Growth $900 plus $200 ($1,100), Scale $800 plus $160 ($960) and Business $700 plus $120, which still bills the $2,000 minimum. Scale is cheapest at $960 a month, or $810 on annual billing, plus $5 for each phone number.
The pattern holds at most volumes. Because the credit equals the fee, a bigger plan only pays off once you would spend past its price anyway. If you are between two plans, Callingly itself advises starting on the smaller one, since there is no penalty for going over.
Is Callingly worth it for real estate, mortgage and insurance teams?
For a team with reps available to take transfers, yes, and on price it is hard to beat. At $0.35 to $0.50 per reached call with rep talk time included, a brokerage working 300 portal leads a month pays roughly the cost of a single dinner meeting for instant first contact on every one of them. Callingly sells into real estate, mortgage, insurance, home services and auto, which is where lead response speed decides who wins the client.
The catch is the handoff. Callingly's AI qualifies and then warm transfers to a person. If no rep is free, it offers the lead a callback at a time they choose. That works well from 9 to 6 on a staffed team. It works less well for a solo agent at a showing, a loan officer in a closing, or a lead that arrives at 10 pm, because the lead gets a callback slot instead of a booked appointment.
That is the gap an AI SDR fills. Our agent holds the conversation from greeting to calendar invite, so the lead ends the call with a meeting on your calendar whether or not anyone was free. We cover the vertical playbooks on AI calling for real estate, AI calling for mortgage lenders and AI calling for insurance agencies, and the research on why the first minutes matter in lead response time statistics.
Callingly vs an AI SDR that books the meeting
On price per lead, Callingly is cheaper, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise. Our Starter plan is $499 a month for one AI SDR seat with 250 connected minutes, or $249.50 a month on yearly billing, against Callingly Starter at $100. If your reps reliably pick up transfers within seconds during the hours your leads arrive, Callingly is the more economical way to get them on the phone.
The products do different jobs, though. Callingly is a lead response router: it reaches the lead fast, asks your questions and hands the conversation to a human. ColdCalls.ai is the seller on the call. It handles objections, qualifies against your criteria, books the meeting straight onto a rep's calendar and writes the transcript and outcome to your CRM. It also runs outbound campaigns on lists you upload, with federal and state DNC suppression checked at dial time, calling windows by time zone and an AI disclosure at the top of every call.
So the question to ask is who is on the other end of the transfer. If the answer is a full desk of reps, buy Callingly. If the answer is often nobody (evenings, weekends, a two person team, a sales manager who also closes), the transfer fails and the lead waits for a callback. That is where a seat that books the meeting itself costs less than the deals it saves. See our plans and pricing and how the agent works on AI appointment setter.
Callingly alternatives and how their pricing compares
The alternatives fall into three groups, and each prices a different thing. Callingly prices the reached call. Developer voice platforms price the minute. Dialers price the human seat.
21X, the company Structurely now operates as, sells a platform fee by quote plus token usage, with voice as low as $0.07 a minute and SMS and AI email as low as $0.02. It is the closest like for like for a mortgage or real estate team that wants AI follow up with live transfers, and we break down what is and is not published in Structurely pricing after the 21X rebrand.
Voice APIs such as Vapi, Retell AI and Bland AI run from about $0.05 to $0.31 a minute, but you build the agent, the CRM sync and the compliance logic yourself. The full numbers are on Vapi pricing and Bland AI pricing.
Human dialers such as Ringy, at $119 a month plus a $70 power dialer, are cheaper still per seat but need a person on every call. Our Ringy pricing breakdown covers that route, and real estate dialer compares the investor and agent dialers.
