Ringy Pricing at $119 a Month and the Power Dialer Add-on

Skip the dialing. Our AI SDR calls your leads, qualifies them and books meetings into your calendar. From $499 a month.

Ringy pricing starts at $119 a month for the CRM with a built in VoIP softphone, and the Power Dialer is an add-on at $70 a month, so a calling seat with the dialer costs $189 before usage. The base plan includes 1,000 outbound minutes and 1,000 outbound texts a month that roll over, then charges $0.01 a minute, $0.01 a text, $0.001 an email and $1 a month per local number. Call Scripting and AI Tools are $10 each.

We read ringy.com/pricing on October 15, 2026. Ringy sells mostly to insurance agents and small sales teams who work purchased leads by phone and text, so this breakdown is written for that buyer: what the $119 covers, when the dialer add-on pays for itself, what a five agent team really spends, and how it compares with PhoneBurner pricing and the other dialers on our insurance dialer shortlist.

How much does Ringy cost?

Ringy publishes one plan at $119 a month and three add-ons. The page shows the price as "$119 /mo" without a per user label, while the directories and competitor blogs that cover Ringy list it per user. For a team, get the per seat terms confirmed on the quote before you multiply.

Ringy offers a free trial, and the page says you start with it and then choose the plan. One oddity: when we read the page in October, a banner still advertised a special offer of $20 off for six months "only available until March 1st." If you see it, ask whether the discount still applies before counting on it.

Is the Ringy Power Dialer add-on worth $70?

For heavy dialers yes, but not because of the minutes. The base plan already includes 1,000 outbound minutes and charges a penny a minute after that. An agent who talks 2,500 outbound minutes a month pays $119 plus 1,500 minutes at $0.01, which is $134. The same agent with the Power Dialer pays $189. On minutes alone, the add-on only breaks even at 8,000 outbound minutes a month, which is about 6 hours of talk time every working day.

What the $70 actually buys is the workflow. Without it, the agent clicks to call one lead at a time from the CRM. With it, the dialer advances through the list automatically, drops a prerecorded voicemail with one click when it reaches a machine, and records every call without limit. Call scripting, a $10 add-on on its own, is included too, so the real premium for the dialer is $60.

The arithmetic that matters is time. If auto advance and voicemail drop save an agent 30 minutes of dead time a day, that is roughly 10 hours a month. At any realistic commission rate on an insurance policy, one extra sale a month covers the add-on many times over. If your agents mostly work inbound callbacks and warm referrals, they will rarely need it. If they work aged internet leads by the hundred, they will. The difference between a power dialer and the parallel dialers sold to SDR teams is set out on power dialer software.

What does Ringy cost for a team of 5 or 10 agents?

Assuming per seat billing, which is how the market quotes Ringy, the math is simple. These totals are our arithmetic on the prices published on October 15, 2026.

TeamCRM onlyCRM plus Power DialerPlus 10 local numbers each
1 agent$119 a month$189 a month$199 a month
5 agents$595 a month$945 a month$995 a month
10 agents$1,190 a month$1,890 a month$1,990 a month

A five agent team on the dialer spends $11,340 a year, or $11,940 with ten local numbers per agent. Add text messaging beyond the included 1,000 per agent, and the registration fees that carriers charge for business texting, which apply to every SMS platform and not just Ringy.

Ringy's own pricing page argues that its single plan replaces tools that would cost $1,990 a month bought separately. That is a vendor comparison and depends on which tools you would otherwise buy. The more useful test is what you pay today for your CRM, phone numbers and dialer combined, against $189 a seat.

Ringy vs PhoneBurner and other insurance dialers

Ringy is a CRM with a dialer attached. PhoneBurner is a dialer that connects to the CRM you already use. That one difference decides most comparisons.

VendorWhat you are buyingPublished priceBest fit
RingyCRM, softphone, SMS and email drips, with a power dialer add-on$119 a month, $189 with the dialerInsurance agents and small teams without a CRM, or ready to replace one
PhoneBurnerSingle line power dialer with CRM write back$140, $165 or $183 per user a month billed annuallyTeams that keep their existing CRM and want a mature dialer
RingCentral RingCXContact center seat with preview, progressive and predictive dialing$65 to $145 per agent a month billed annuallyFloors of 10 or more agents that also take inbound
ColdCalls.aiAn AI voice agent that calls, qualifies and books the appointmentStarter $499 a month for one AI seat, Growth $1,490 for threeSpeed to lead on inbound and opted in insurance leads

If your agency already runs a dedicated insurance CRM or agency management system, paying $119 for a second CRM to get a dialer is the expensive route. A standalone dialer, or a CRM dialer that plugs into what you already use, will cost less. If your agents are working out of spreadsheets and lead vendor portals, Ringy's bundle is the cheapest way we know to get a CRM, local numbers, drips and a dialer under one bill. Larger floors that need predictive pacing should look at RingCentral dialer pricing instead, where every RingCX tier includes it.

What Ringy does not include

Three things are worth knowing before you sign. First, outbound usage is metered past the included allowance, so a team texting thousands of leads a week will see a usage line on top of the seat price. Second, voicemail drops are only in the Power Dialer add-on, and a prerecorded voicemail to a consumer's mobile number needs prior express consent under the TCPA, the same as an artificial voice. Third, Ringy's dialer is a power dialer, one call at a time per agent. It does not dial several lines at once, which keeps it clear of abandoned call problems but also caps how many conversations an agent can have in an hour.

Commercial lines agents have a fourth job that no dialer touches. Once a business owner agrees to a quote, the next step is getting the prior carrier history, and agencies that quote many commercial accounts often use software to request and read loss run reports rather than chasing carriers by email. Budget that alongside the dialer if commercial is your book.

When an AI agent costs less than a Ringy seat

Ringy is built for a human agent working a list. The part of insurance prospecting where human time is most wasted is the first call on a fresh internet lead. The odds of reaching a lead fall steeply within minutes of the form being submitted, and a busy agent in the middle of a quote cannot call every new lead in the first five minutes.

That first call is the work an AI SDR does. ColdCalls.ai calls each new lead within seconds of the form, confirms what they asked for, handles the common objections and books the appointment on the agent's calendar, inside the calling hours you set and with the AI disclosed on every call. Starter is $499 a month for one AI seat with 250 connected minutes, and Growth is $1,490 for three seats with 800. That is more than one Ringy seat, and less than the agent time it frees. How agencies set this up is in AI cold calling for insurance agents.

The two work together. The AI handles speed to lead on consented inbound leads, and the agents stay on Ringy or another dialer for follow up, quotes and the conversations that need a licensed person. If you want to hear the AI side first, the Call Studio demo on our homepage runs one call on your own pitch.

Frequently asked questions about Ringy pricing

How much does Ringy cost per month?

Ringy costs $119 a month for the CRM with a VoIP softphone, 1,000 outbound minutes and 1,000 outbound texts. The Power Dialer adds $70, Call Scripting $10 and AI Tools $10. Usage past the included allowance is $0.01 a minute or text, and local numbers are $1 a month each.

Does Ringy have a free trial?

Yes. Ringy's pricing page says you start with a free trial and then choose a plan. It does not state the trial length on the page, so ask during signup how long it runs and whether the Power Dialer add-on is included in it.

Does Ringy include unlimited minutes?

Only with the Power Dialer add-on, which lists unlimited voice minutes. The base $119 plan includes 1,000 outbound minutes a month with rollover and then charges $0.01 a minute. Inbound calls and texts are free on both.

Is Ringy good for insurance agents?

Ringy markets itself heavily to insurance agents and offers an insurance CRM use case and a producer verification tool called Trust My Producer. It suits agents without a CRM who want lead management, drips and a dialer in one bill. Agencies already on an agency management system may prefer a standalone dialer.
