SHORT ANSWER

RingCentral dialer pricing starts at $65 per agent a month. The dialer lives in RingCX, the contact center product, not in the RingEX business phone plans. RingCX Standard is $65 billed annually or $75 monthly, Professional is $95 or $110 and Elite is $145 or $165, with Enterprise quoted by sales. All four tiers include preview, progressive, predictive and voice broadcast dialing. We read these prices on ringcentral.com on October 15, 2026.

Why it works

What your team gets with RingCentral dialer pricing

The dialer is in RingCX

RingEX, the business phone system priced from $20 a user, has no auto dialer on its plan cards. Outbound campaign dialing is a RingCX feature, priced from $65 per agent a month billed annually.

Every tier dials predictively

The RingCX comparison table marks "Dialer, voice broadcast, preview, predictive, progressive" as included on Standard, Professional, Elite and Enterprise. Higher tiers add AI quality, coaching and workforce tools.

Annual saves up to 15 percent

Standard is $65 a month billed annually or $75 month to month, Professional $95 or $110, Elite $145 or $165. Telephony fees, taxes and AI add-ons from $20 to $25 an agent sit outside those numbers.

What it handles

Dialed, disclosed and booked on autopilot

The agent works your lead list, discloses it is an AI on every call, scrubs against DNC in real time, qualifies the prospect, handles objections, and books the meeting straight into your calendar and CRM.

  • Calls every new inbound lead within seconds, while your agents keep the predictive campaigns on their own lists
  • One flat fee per AI seat with connected minutes pooled by plan, instead of an agent seat plus AI add-ons plus telephony
  • Federal and state DNC suppression checked at dial time, not from a list scrubbed last month
  • Calling windows enforced in the prospect time zone, and the AI disclosed at the top of every call
  • Handles the common objections, qualifies on your criteria and books the meeting on your calendar
  • Writes every outcome, transcript and recording back to your CRM so nobody re-keys notes

The landscape

RingCX against the contact center dialers it gets shortlisted with

RingCentral was read from ringcentral.com on October 15, 2026, Zoom and NICE in October 2026, Genesys on September 3, 2026 and Five9 on September 1, 2026, each from the vendor's own pricing page. Talkdesk figures are from its page as published in October 2026.

Vendor What you are buying Published US price What the price does not show
RingCentral RingCX Contact center with voice, 20+ digital channels and preview, progressive, predictive and voice broadcast dialing on every tier Standard $65, Professional $95, Elite $145 per agent a month billed annually. $75, $110, $165 monthly. Enterprise by quote The lowest published price we have found for a contact center seat that includes predictive dialing. Proactive AI Agents and Autopilot are Enterprise only
RingCentral RingEX Business phone system with calling, video and team chat Core $20, Advanced $25 per user a month billed annually for 1 to 5 users. $30 and $35 monthly No outbound dialer on any plan card. Buying RingEX for a calling floor buys a phone system, not campaigns
Zoom Contact Center Contact center seat with an outbound dialer from the middle plan $69, $99 and $149 per agent a month billed yearly The dialer starts on the $99 plan and has no predictive mode
Genesys Cloud CX Enterprise CCaaS. Outbound campaigns included on all four tiers $75, $115, $155 and $240 per user a month billed annually Its own help center recommends at least 15 agents in a predictive campaign
Five9 Full CCaaS suite with predictive dialing Digital $119 and Core $159 per seat a month. Higher tiers by quote Priced per concurrent user with a stated minimum of 50 seats
Talkdesk CCaaS with industry templates and AI packaged per tier $85, $105, $165 and $225 per user a month The outbound dialer is sold as a separate add-on to the voice tiers
NICE CXone Five contact center suites $110 to $249 per agent a month Outbound Engagement is an add-on on every suite, priced by quote
ColdCalls.ai An AI voice agent that holds the conversation, qualifies the prospect and books the meeting Starter $499 (1 seat), Growth $1,490 (3 seats), Scale $3,900 (10 seats), Enterprise $7,800 (20 seats) a month No agent has to be on the line. Strongest on inbound and opted in leads, where calling first decides who gets the meeting

How much does the RingCentral dialer cost?

The RingCentral dialer costs $65 per agent a month on RingCX Standard billed annually, or $75 if you pay month to month. That is the entry price for outbound campaign dialing at RingCentral, and it already includes predictive, progressive, preview and voice broadcast modes.

RingCX has four tiers. Standard covers voice and more than 20 digital channels, ACD and IVR with skills based routing, queue callback, call recordings, automated AI summaries, real time and historical reports, CRM integrations and agent screen recording. Professional, at $95 annually or $110 monthly, adds AI Quality Management and AI Agent Assist. Elite, at $145 or $165, adds AI Supervisor Assist, AI Interaction Analytics and AI Workforce Management. Enterprise Contact Center is quote only and adds feedback and performance management, Autopilot, proactive outreach, Proactive AI Agents, workflow automation, AI routing, copilots for agents and supervisors, and knowledge management.

If you stay on Standard and want one of the AI tools, RingCentral sells them separately: AI Quality Management, AI Interaction Analytics, AI Agent Assist and AI Supervisor Assist each start at $25 per agent a month, and AI Workforce Management at $20. Two of those on a Standard seat cost about the same as moving up a tier, so price the tier first.

What the plan card does not print is the telephony. The RingEX page lists federal and state fees and taxes on top of its plans, and a calling floor should expect the same conversation for RingCX. Ask for the per minute or bundled minute terms in writing, alongside the caller ID and number charges, before you multiply $65 by your headcount.

Does RingCentral have an auto dialer?

Yes, but only in RingCX. RingCentral's business phone product, RingEX, is priced from $20 a user and its plan cards list calling, video meetings, SMS, toll free minutes and AI receptionist features. None of its tiers lists an auto dialer, a power dialer or campaign dialing.

RingCX is where RingCentral puts outbound. Its outbound page describes manual, preview, progressive and predictive dialing, list management, call blending that runs an outbound campaign during quiet periods and switches to inbound when queues fill, and dialing rules that stop calls outside authorized time windows. It also says you can scrub lists before they are loaded into the auto dialers.

This split causes most of the confusion in RingCentral pricing searches. A sales team gets a RingEX quote at $20 to $35 a user, assumes it can run a power dialer, and finds out later that the dialer is a different product at a different price. If you need agents dialing from a list, ask RingCentral for a RingCX quote by name. If you only need reps to click to call from a CRM, RingEX with a CRM integration may be enough, but that is click to call, not an auto dialer. Our auto dialer software page sets out what each dialing mode does and who needs it.

Which RingCX plan includes the predictive dialer?

All of them. RingCentral's own feature comparison for RingCX lists "Dialer, voice broadcast, preview, predictive, progressive" with a check in all four columns: Standard, Professional, Elite and Enterprise Contact Center. You do not need to buy up to get predictive pacing.

That matters because several third party reviews still say the predictive and progressive modes are an Enterprise feature. On the comparison table we read on October 15, 2026, they are not. What Enterprise adds for outbound is different: proactive outreach and Proactive AI Agents, which RingCentral describes as AI agents that start and manage customer interactions from real time data triggers with no human agent, plus Autopilot and workflow automation.

Compare that with Zoom Contact Center, where the dialer starts on the $99 plan and has no predictive mode at all, which we covered on Zoom Contact Center pricing. Or with NICE CXone, which prints suites from $110 per agent and still quotes Outbound Engagement separately on every one, set out on NICE CXone pricing. On the published numbers, RingCX Standard is the cheapest contact center seat we have found that includes a predictive dialer.

A predictive dialer only works with enough agents logged in. The pacing algorithm needs a pool of free agents to bet on. Genesys, which documents this more openly than anyone, recommends at least 15 agents in a predictive campaign. A five person team on RingCX will get more from progressive mode, which dials one line per free agent and cannot abandon a call. The tradeoff is explained in predictive dialer vs power dialer.

What does RingCX cost for 10, 25 or 50 agents?

The math is per agent and linear on the published prices. These totals are our arithmetic on RingCentral's October 15, 2026 figures and leave out telephony, taxes and any add-ons.

On Standard billed annually, 10 agents cost $650 a month or $7,800 a year. Twenty five agents cost $1,625 a month, $19,500 a year. Fifty agents cost $3,250 a month, $39,000 a year. Paying monthly instead raises the seat to $75, so the same 50 agents cost $3,750 a month, which is $6,000 more over a year than the annual price.

Moving the whole floor up a tier costs more than the per seat gap suggests. Twenty five agents on Professional are $2,375 a month annually, $750 more than Standard, which is $9,000 a year for AI quality scoring and agent assist. Fifty agents on Elite are $7,250 a month, $87,000 a year. Many floors put supervisors and QA leads on a higher tier and keep dialing agents on Standard. Ask whether RingCentral will mix tiers on your contract before you price everyone at the top.

Set those numbers against the rivals that publish a price. Genesys Cloud CX 1 is $75 a user annually, so 15 agents, the predictive minimum Genesys itself recommends, cost $1,125 a month against $975 on RingCX Standard. Five9 prints $119 for Digital and $159 for Core, per concurrent user with a stated minimum of 50 seats, so the smallest Core contract is $7,950 a month. Our Genesys Cloud CX pricing and Five9 pricing breakdowns carry the full tier detail.

RingCentral dialer vs Five9, Genesys and Talkdesk

On published list price, RingCX is the cheapest of the large contact center platforms for an outbound seat. Standard at $65 sits under Zoom at $69, Genesys at $75, Talkdesk at $85, NICE at $110 and Five9 at $119, and it includes predictive dialing where Zoom has none and NICE and Talkdesk charge separately for outbound.

Price is not the only difference. Five9 and Genesys are built for large operations and their limits show it: Five9 states a 50 seat minimum and Genesys recommends 15 agents per predictive campaign. RingCX prints no seat minimum on the plan cards we read, which makes it a realistic option for a 10 to 20 agent floor. Talkdesk publishes $85 to $225 per user and treats the dialer as an add-on, which we priced in Talkdesk pricing.

Where RingCX is weaker is specialist outbound. Dedicated outbound platforms such as Convoso and Readymode are built around list penetration, caller ID management and compliance tooling for high volume consumer campaigns. If your floor dials consumer leads all day, compare RingCX against them too. The full field, with pricing, seat floors and dialing modes side by side, is on outbound call center software and predictive dialer software.

One more practical point. If your company already runs RingEX for its phones, RingCX is listed with native RingEX integration on every tier, so agents keep their extensions and directory. That is often the deciding factor, and it is worth more than a $10 per seat difference on paper.

Is a RingCX predictive dialer legal for cold calling?

Yes, the dialer is legal. How you use it decides whether you stay inside the rules. A predictive dialer calls more numbers than you have free agents, so some answered calls will not reach an agent in time.

For calls to consumers, the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule caps that. No more than 3 percent of calls answered by a live person may be abandoned, measured per campaign over each 30 day period, and a call counts as abandoned when the person is not connected to an agent within two seconds of finishing their greeting. A predictive campaign tuned too aggressively on a list that answers well can breach that within a day.

The TCPA adds a separate layer for mobile numbers. RingCentral mentions a TCPA Safe Dial option for calling cell phones with a manual dialer, which reflects how most compliance teams treat consumer mobiles: no autodialing without prior express consent. Prerecorded or artificial voice messages, including AI voices, need consent too. Business to business calls are largely exempt from the Telemarketing Sales Rule, but not from the TCPA or state laws. We walk through the details in are power dialers illegal.

When RingCX is the right buy, and when an AI SDR costs less

RingCX is the right buy when you already have 10 or more agents, you need inbound and outbound on one platform, and you want predictive dialing without paying Five9 or Genesys prices. At $65 a seat annually with every dialing mode included, it is hard to beat on paper for a mid sized floor, and better still if the company already runs RingEX.

It is the wrong purchase when the seat is not the expensive part. A RingCX seat at $65 is a small line next to the agent sitting in it. If most of the calling is speed to lead on web forms and opted in contacts, the work can be done with no agent on the line. ColdCalls.ai Growth is $1,490 a month for three AI SDR seats with 800 connected minutes, and Scale is $3,900 for ten seats with 2,000 minutes. The AI seat calls a new lead within seconds, qualifies on your criteria, handles the common objections and books the meeting on your calendar inside the calling hours you set. A feature by feature view is on AI dialer.

Many operations end up running both. Agents stay on RingCX for consumer mobile lists, where an artificial voice would need prior express consent, and for the conversations that need a person. An AI agent works the inbound and consented leads that go cold if nobody calls within five minutes. If you want to hear the AI side on your own pitch first, the Call Studio demo near the top of this page runs one call.

Good questions

Questions about RingCentral dialer pricing

The RingCentral dialer is part of RingCX, which costs $65 per agent a month on Standard billed annually or $75 monthly. Professional is $95 or $110 and Elite is $145 or $165. Enterprise is quoted by sales. We read these prices on ringcentral.com on October 15, 2026.
Yes, in RingCX, its contact center product. RingCX includes preview, progressive, predictive and voice broadcast dialing on every tier. The RingEX business phone plans, priced from $20 a user, do not list an auto dialer, so a sales team needs a RingCX quote for campaign dialing.
RingCentral calls it progressive dialing. Progressive mode dials one number for each free agent and moves to the next record automatically, which is what most vendors sell as a power dialer. It is included on every RingCX tier from $65 per agent a month.
No. RingCentral's RingCX comparison table marks preview, progressive, predictive and voice broadcast dialing as included on Standard, Professional, Elite and Enterprise. Enterprise adds proactive outreach, Proactive AI Agents and Autopilot, not the predictive dialer itself.
Annually. RingCentral says annual billing saves up to 15 percent. Standard is $65 a month billed annually against $75 month to month, Professional $95 against $110 and Elite $145 against $165. For 50 Standard agents the annual plan saves $6,000 a year.
AI Quality Management, AI Interaction Analytics, AI Agent Assist and AI Supervisor Assist each start at $25 per agent a month, and AI Workforce Management at $20. Professional and Elite include some of them, so compare the add-on cost with the next tier before buying.
The RingCX plan cards we read on October 15, 2026 print no seat minimum. That is unlike Five9, which states a 50 seat minimum. Predictive pacing still needs enough agents logged in to work well, so small teams usually run progressive mode.
On published list price, yes. RingCX Standard is $65 per agent a month annually, Genesys Cloud CX 1 is $75 and Five9 Digital is $119 with a 50 seat minimum. Telephony and add-on terms differ by contract, so compare full quotes, not seat prices alone.
Yes. Native RingEX integration and CRM integrations are both listed as included on every RingCX tier. RingCentral says it connects more than 50 tools, from CRMs to digital channels and workflow builders.
For inbound and opted in leads, yes. An AI SDR such as ColdCalls.ai calls each new lead within seconds, qualifies them and books the meeting, from $499 a month. For consumer mobile lists without consent, keep human agents on the dialer, because an artificial voice needs prior express consent under the TCPA.
