Zoom Contact Center pricing is $69, $99 or $149 per agent a month: Essentials $69, Premium $99 and Elite $149, all billed annually as one upfront charge and excluding taxes. Billed monthly, the US page lists $85, $119 and $179. The outbound dialer (progressive and preview) starts on Premium, so $99 is the real entry price for an outbound team. There is no native predictive or power dialer.
Why it works
What your team gets with zoom contact center pricing
Three published plan prices
Essentials $69, Premium $99 and Elite $149 per agent a month. On annual terms Zoom charges the year as one upfront payment. Monthly billing on the US page is $85, $119 and $179.
The dialer starts at $99
Zoom's documentation says preview and progressive campaigns need agents on the Premium or Elite licence. Essentials is described as an inbound contact center.
No native predictive dialer
The native modes are Preview, Progressive and Agentless. For predictive or power dialing, Zoom points customers to ContactSpace and Alvaria, which replace its dialer.
What it handles
Dialed, disclosed and booked on autopilot
The agent works your lead list, discloses it is an AI on every call, scrubs against DNC in real time, qualifies the prospect, handles objections, and books the meeting straight into your calendar and CRM.
- A published monthly price per AI SDR seat, from $499, with outbound dialing included
- Monthly billing you can cancel, or half price billed yearly, with no agent floor
- Connected minutes inside every plan, from 250 on Starter to 2,000 on Scale
- An AI voice agent that opens the call, handles the first objection and qualifies
- Meetings booked onto your reps' calendars and the call written back to your CRM
- DNC scrubbing and state calling window checks applied before every dial
The landscape
Zoom Contact Center against the platforms US outbound teams price beside it
Zoom was read on October 9, 2026, NICE on October 7, Nextiva on October 6, Talkdesk on September 27, Five9 on September 19 and Genesys on September 3, each from the vendor's own pricing page. Prices are per agent or user a month in USD before telephony and taxes.
| Platform | Published per agent price | Is an outbound dialer in the price? | Catch to check |
|---|---|---|---|
| Zoom Contact Center | Essentials $69, Premium $99, Elite $149 | Preview and progressive on Premium and Elite. No native predictive | Annual terms charge the whole year up front, monthly costs about 20% more |
| Genesys Cloud CX | CX 1 $75, CX 2 $115, CX 3 $155, CX 4 $240 per named user | Yes. Outbound campaigns are listed on all four tiers | Genesys recommends at least 15 agents per predictive campaign |
| NICE CXone | $110, $135, $169, $209, $249 | No. Outbound Engagement is an add-on on all five suites | The dialer add-on has no public commercial price |
| Five9 | Digital $119, Core $159, higher tiers quote only | Voice and outbound on Core and above | Priced per concurrent user with a 50 seat minimum |
| Talkdesk | $85, $105, $165, $225 | No. The outbound dialer is not listed in any tier | The $85 tier has no voice channel at all |
| Nextiva | Contact center from $75 per agent | Only on the quote-only Professional and Premium tiers | The $75 Essential tier has no progressive or predictive dialing |
| ColdCalls.ai | Starter $499, Growth $1,490, Scale $3,900 a month, or 50 percent less billed yearly | Yes. Outbound calling is the product, with connected minutes inside the plan | An AI SDR for first touch outbound, not an inbound contact center |
Contact center vendors reprice often, so every figure carries the date it was read. Zoom does not print a price for voice usage on this page (it links to a separate rate sheet), for the Agentless Dialer or for Zoom Virtual Agent, so any figure you see elsewhere for those is a third party estimate.
How much does Zoom Contact Center cost per agent?
Zoom Contact Center costs $69 to $149 per agent a month on its three published plans. The prices on zoom.us, read on October 9, 2026 with US dollars selected, are Essentials $69, Premium $99 and Elite $149, each "per user per month, billed annually" and excluding VAT and other taxes. Every plan card also says "Concurrent license is available", but only the named price is printed.
The billing line is the detail most roundups skip. Zoom's footnote reads: "All plans are billed annually as a single upfront charge. Monthly rates shown are calculated by dividing the annual total by 12 and are displayed for comparison purposes only." So $99 a month for one Premium agent is really an $1,188 invoice on day one. The toggle says annual billing saves "up to 18%", and every plan button says "Contact sales" rather than buy now. With US dollars selected the page also offers monthly billing at $85, $119 and $179 per user, which is what you pay to avoid committing the year.
Voice minutes are not in the seat price. The comparison grid marks voice, video, chat and SMS with a "See rates" link to a separate usage sheet, so telephony is a second line on the bill.
Does Zoom Contact Center have a predictive dialer?
No. Zoom's own technical library says Zoom Contact Center "offers three native dialing modes (Preview, Progressive, and Agentless)". Progressive "automatically places one outbound call per available, ready agent", which is the classic one line per agent pace and cannot run ahead of your team. Preview shows the agent the contact first and can dial on a timer or on a click.
For anything faster, the same page is direct: "For organizations requiring Predictive Dialing or Power Dialing capabilities beyond what the native ZCC dialer offers, Zoom Contact Center integrates with ContactSpace and Alvaria." Those products "replace the ZCC native outbound dialers", so a predictive campaign on Zoom means a second vendor contract on top of the seat.
Whether that matters depends on your list. One call per agent is the right pace for B2B prospecting where the conversation is long and the list is small. If you need multiple lines per rep, compare the pacing modes on our progressive dialer and predictive dialer software pages before you sign.
Which Zoom Contact Center plan includes the outbound dialer?
Premium and Elite. Zoom's dialer documentation has a comparison table, and the licensing row for both Preview and Progressive reads "Agents must have the Premium or Elite license". The pricing page agrees: Essentials is described as an "Inbound omnichannel contact center with VoC", and the Premium card is the first to list "Outbound Dialers (Progressive, Preview)".
The third mode is different. The Agentless Dialer places automated calls into a Zoom flow with pre-recorded messages and keypad responses, and it is "Available as an add-on to any ZCC plan (Essentials, Premium, or Elite) on a per-minute usage basis." Its price is "Talk to us". It suits appointment reminders and payment notices, not sales conversations.
So for an outbound sales team the entry price is $99 per agent, not $69. Elite at $149 adds AI Expert Assist, workforce management, advanced quality management, Engagement Brief and the Live AI Interpreter, none of which changes how many calls the dialer places.
What Zoom Contact Center add-ons cost
Zoom prints a price on five add-ons and leaves the rest at "Talk to us". Read on October 9, 2026: AI Expert Assist 2.0 $40 a month, Virtual Service Phone Number $5 a month for an extra local, toll-free or international number, Workforce Management $20 a month, Quality Management $30 a month and Advanced Quality Management $60 a month. The page adds that "All add-ons require a paid base plan".
Unpriced: Zoom Virtual Agent, the Agentless Dialer, CX Insights, Cloud Storage, Customer Workflow Orchestration and the Live AI Interpreter on the plans that do not include it. For an outbound team the line to get quoted in writing is voice usage, because every connected and unanswered dial runs through it.
Two outbound features are included rather than sold. Automatic caller ID selection presents a local number using area code rules, and spam monitoring flags numbers marked as spam and starts remediation, "typically within 3 days". Branded calling through TransUnion or First Orion is available "at no additional cost", but only if you already have a commercial relationship with one of them. Our branded caller ID page explains what that relationship costs.
What a 10 and a 25 agent outbound team pays on Zoom Contact Center
Our arithmetic on Zoom's published prices, dated October 9, 2026, before voice usage, add-ons and taxes. Because Zoom bills the annual plan up front, the annual figure is the one that hits your account.
Premium, 10 agents: 10 x $99 = $990 a month, $11,880 charged up front. Premium, 25 agents: 25 x $99 = $2,475 a month, $29,700 up front. Elite, 25 agents: 25 x $149 = $3,725 a month, $44,700 up front. The same 25 Premium agents on monthly billing would be 25 x $119 = $2,975 a month. Adding Quality Management at $30 to 25 agents, if it is billed per agent, would add $9,000 a year.
For the same 25 seats, Genesys Cloud CX 1 at $75 is $1,875 a month with outbound campaigns on the tier and a predictive mode, though Genesys recommends at least 15 agents per predictive campaign. NICE CXone Omnichannel at $110 is $2,750 a month before its outbound add-on. Our Genesys Cloud CX pricing and NICE CXone pricing breakdowns show the floors, and the call center dialer price per seat comparison lines up every vendor that prints a number.
Zoom Phone vs Zoom Contact Center for outbound calling
They are different products, and the "zoom dialer" people search for is usually one of the two. Zoom Phone is a business phone system: Global Select is $22 per user a month billed annually with unlimited domestic calling in one country, and the Business Plus bundle with Workplace is $29. Reps can click to call and dial manually, but the campaign dialer modes in Zoom's documentation belong to Zoom Contact Center.
If you have five reps working a list one number at a time, Zoom Phone is the cheaper seat. Once you need a queue, a progressive pace, answering machine detection and DNC enforcement at campaign level, you are buying Zoom Contact Center Premium at $99. Zoom's documentation lists native DNC lists, integrations with DNC.com and Gryphon, an account level block list, and per contact callable hours based on each contact's time zone. Our TCPA compliance software page covers what those checks need to do for a US calling program.
Zoom Contact Center vs an AI SDR for outbound sales
Zoom Contact Center is a good contact center if your company already lives in Zoom: one admin portal, one desktop app, and an inbound queue that can make some outbound calls. It is a heavy fit for first touch sales prospecting. You pay $99 a seat a year in advance, add voice usage, and the progressive dialer still needs a person in every seat to take the connected call.
An AI SDR takes the other side of the trade. The agent dials, discloses that it is AI, handles the opening objections, qualifies against your criteria and books the meeting onto a rep's calendar, so your people only take calls that are already qualified. On our pricing page Starter is $499 a month for one AI SDR seat with 250 connected minutes, billed monthly with no up front year, and Scale is $3,900 a month for ten seats with 2,000 minutes, or half that billed yearly. Many teams keep the contact center for service and point an AI SDR at the outbound list.
