Skip the dialing. Our AI SDR calls your leads, qualifies them and books meetings into your calendar. From $499 a month.
CallHub pricing has no seat fee. You pay per action: in the United States the Essential plan charges $0.045 per dial, $0.019 per text segment and $0.046 per minute of voice broadcast, with $6 in starting credit and caps of 10 agents and 10,000 contacts. The Scale plan has custom volume rates and a minimum commitment of $2,500. The $199 and $499 monthly plans that many roundups still quote are no longer on CallHub's pricing page. One detail matters before any figure. CallHub's pricing page changes with the visitor's country, and it shows a different calling rate outside the US. Every number below was read with the US region forced, so it is the rate a US team pays. If you open the page from abroad or through a VPN, check the country selector at the bottom before you compare.
How much does CallHub cost?
CallHub costs whatever your volume costs. There is no per-user licence on either plan. The Essential plan is pay as you go at standard rates, and the Scale plan replaces those rates with a negotiated per-unit price in exchange for a committed spend. Here is the US rate card as published:
| Line item | Essential (pay as you go) | Scale (committed volume) |
|---|---|---|
| Outbound calling | $0.045 per dial | Discounted rate, quoted on a call |
| Text message | $0.019 per SMS segment | Discounted rate, quoted on a call |
| Picture message | $0.048 per MMS | Custom rate |
| Voice broadcast | $0.046 per minute | Discounted rate, quoted on a call |
| Inbound calling (callbacks) | $0.026 per minute | Free |
| Inbound text | Free | Free |
| Spam Label Shield | $0.004 per dial | Free |
| Call recording and transcription | $0.019 per recording | $0.01 per recording |
| AI summary and sentiment | $0.01 per recording analyzed | $0.01 per recording analyzed |
| List Builder contacts | 2.9 cents per contact | 2.9 cents per contact, bulk pricing available |
Two things stand out. Calling is billed per dial, not per connected minute, so an unanswered call costs the same $0.045 as a conversation. And the extras that protect your answer rate (Spam Label Shield, call recording) are billed per dial or per recording on Essential and become free or cheaper on Scale.
Is CallHub free?
No, but it is free to start. Essential comes with $6 in free credits and no commitment, and CallHub's own page calls it "Start for free". At $0.045 a dial, $6 covers roughly 130 outbound dials, which is enough to test the dialer and the agent console, not to run a campaign. After the credit is gone you top up and pay the standard rates above.
What is the difference between CallHub Essential and Scale?
Essential is self-serve with hard limits. Scale removes the limits and adds the features that move answer rates, in exchange for a sales-negotiated commitment.
| Essential | Scale | |
|---|---|---|
| Contacts | Up to 10,000 | Unlimited |
| Agents | Up to 10 | Unlimited |
| Team members | Up to 5 | Unlimited |
| Workflows and segments | 3 each | Unlimited |
| Dynamic Caller ID (local numbers) | Not included | Included |
| CRM and custom integrations | Standard integrations | Custom integrations, data mirror, BigQuery |
| API | 10,800 requests a day | Custom limits |
| Support | Live chat and tickets | Priority support, Slack, dedicated success manager |
| Price | Standard rates, no commitment | Custom volume rates, minimum commitment $2,500 |
CallHub's FAQ says Scale customers "typically save 10 to 30 percent compared to Essential pay-as-you-go rates", and that the commitment "covers usage credits toward dials, texts, and broadcasts at your negotiated rates". In other words, the $2,500 is prepaid usage, not a platform fee. The page does not say over what period the commitment runs, so ask whether it is monthly, quarterly or annual before you compare it to a seat-priced dialer.
The limit that bites a sales team first is usually the 10,000 contacts, not the 10 agents. A purchased list of 15,000 prospects pushes you onto Scale before you have made a call. The other one is local caller ID: Dynamic Caller ID, which shows a local area code, is Scale only. We explain why that matters for connect rates on our branded caller ID page.
What does CallHub cost for a sales team?
Our arithmetic on the published Essential rates, dated October 7, 2026. Take a team of eight reps making 20,000 outbound dials a month, recording every connected call, with a 10 percent connect rate:
| Line | Volume | Monthly cost |
|---|---|---|
| Outbound dials | 20,000 x $0.045 | $900 |
| Spam Label Shield | 20,000 x $0.004 | $80 |
| Recording and transcription | 2,000 x $0.019 | $38 |
| AI summaries | 2,000 x $0.01 | $20 |
| Total | $1,038 |
That is about $130 per rep, close to a seat-priced dialer: PhoneBurner's Standard plan is $140 per user a month on an annual plan, as we lay out in PhoneBurner pricing. The difference is the shape of the bill. With CallHub, a quiet month costs less and a heavy month costs more, and every extra attempt on a list is another $0.045 whether anyone answers or not. If your connect rate falls from 10 percent to 5 percent, your cost per conversation doubles while the per-dial price stays the same.
Three costs are outside that table. The reps themselves, who are the largest line by far. Contacts, if you build lists inside CallHub at 2.9 cents each. And phone numbers for callbacks: CallHub supports your own numbers or rented local caller IDs, and if your reps also need a business line prospects can call back on during the day, a cloud phone system for business usually covers that more cheaply than routing callbacks through a campaign tool at $0.026 a minute.
Is CallHub good for B2B cold calling?
It can dial for a sales team, but it is built for campaigns. The pricing page talks about "supporters" and volunteers, the guides cover phone banking and union drives, and the headline integrations are NationBuilder, NGP VAN, Action Network, Blackbaud and PDI, with Salesforce and Zapier alongside. That shapes the product: a volunteer mobile app, peer-to-peer texting, voter and consumer list buying, and litigator scrubbing are first class features, while the pipeline tooling a sales team expects (sequences, deal stages, meeting booking) is not what it is designed around.
Where it fits a sales team is high-volume calling to consumer lists with uneven monthly volume, where a per-seat licence would sit idle half the month. CallHub offers predictive and auto dialing, and its automated litigator and cellphone scrubs help with TCPA exposure, though compliance stays your responsibility, as we cover on TCPA compliance software. Where it fits less well is B2B prospecting, where lists are smaller, every contact is expensive, and the value is in a qualified meeting rather than a completed dial.
CallHub alternatives for sales teams
If you are pricing CallHub for a sales team, these are the published alternatives worth putting beside it:
- Seat-priced power dialers. PhoneBurner from $140 per user a month on annual billing, with CRM integrations on every tier. Our power dialer software page compares the published seat prices.
- Predictive dialers for larger floors. Readymode, Five9 and Genesys publish seat prices, with agent minimums that matter. See predictive dialer software.
- An AI SDR. Instead of paying per dial for a rep to hear voicemail, an AI SDR places the first-touch calls itself, discloses that it is AI, handles the opening objections, qualifies against your criteria and books the meeting onto a rep's calendar.
Our own plans are printed on the pricing page: Starter is $499 a month for one AI SDR seat with about 1,500 connected minutes, Growth is $1,490 for three seats with about 6,000, and extra connected minutes start at $0.12. Because those are connected minutes, unanswered dials do not eat the budget the way per-dial billing does. The trade is that CallHub charges nothing when you do not call, and we charge a monthly plan.
Frequently asked questions
How much does CallHub cost per month? There is no monthly fee on Essential. US rates are $0.045 per dial, $0.019 per text segment and $0.046 per voice broadcast minute. Scale has custom rates with a minimum commitment of $2,500.
Does CallHub charge per user? No. CallHub charges for calls, texts and broadcasts, not seats. Essential allows up to 10 agents and 5 team members, and Scale allows unlimited agents.
Does CallHub still have the $199 Essentials and $499 Scale plans? Not on the current pricing page. Those figures still appear in third-party roundups, but CallHub now lists pay-as-you-go Essential and a committed-volume Scale plan.
Does CallHub have a predictive dialer? Yes. CallHub lists predictive and auto dialers among its features, inside its call center software.
Is CallHub only for political campaigns? No, but campaigns, nonprofits and unions are its core market, which shows in its integrations and list sources. Sales teams use it, mostly for high-volume consumer calling.
Is ColdCalls.ai an alternative to CallHub? For B2B first-touch calling, yes. ColdCalls.ai is an AI SDR that makes the calls, qualifies and books meetings, priced per month with connected minutes included rather than per dial. For volunteer phone banking and peer-to-peer texting, CallHub is the better fit.
