Koncert Dialer Pricing for Melody, Symphony and the AI Parallel Dialer

Koncert dialer pricing is quote only, but its own $75 promo at 50% off puts the single line seat near $150. Plans, lines, add-ons and team math vs Salesfinity.

Skip the dialing. Our AI SDR calls your leads, qualifies them and books meetings into your calendar. From $499 a month.

Koncert dialer pricing is quote only. Its pricing page lists four plans, Melody and Melody+ on the single line AI Flow Dialer and Symphony and Symphony+ on the AI Parallel Dialer at 1 to 4 or 1 to 5 lines, and every plan card says Get Pricing. The one figure Koncert has published itself is a promotion that sold the AI Flow Dialer at $75 a seat for three months, described as 50 percent off the regular price, with a three user minimum and for US B2B teams only. That puts the regular single line seat at about $150 a month.

We read koncert.com/pricing and the promotion page on October 14, 2026. Below is what each plan includes, which of Koncert's dialers you actually need, what costs extra, and how the likely bill compares with Salesfinity pricing, the parallel dialer with the clearest published price. If you are comparing the whole category, the line ceilings and prices of ten vendors sit side by side on parallel dialer software.

How much does the Koncert dialer cost?

Koncert does not publish a list price for any plan. The pricing page is headed Koncert Power and Parallel Dialer Pricing, shows four plan cards and a comparison grid, and each card leads to a Get Pricing form. Here is what the four plans contain, as the page described them on the day we read it.

PlanDialerLines per repProductivity Koncert claimsWhat the plan adds
MelodyAI Flow DialerSingle line5xQuick Connect, click to call, CRM integrations, managed caller ID reputation, automated local presence, voicemail sequencing, recordings, caller ID heat map
Melody+AI Flow DialerSingle line5xEverything in Melody plus team coaching, AI objection detection and AI summary notes with transcriptions
SymphonyAI Parallel Dialer1 to 410xEverything in Melody with parallel dialing, aimed at growing SDR teams
Symphony+AI Parallel Dialer1 to 510xEverything, including the full coaching suite. Marked most popular

Every plan includes Quick Connect, managed caller ID, the CRM integrations, analytics and call history, SOC 2 Type II compliance and support. The productivity multiples are Koncert's own marketing claims against manual dialing, not measured results, so treat them as a description of the dialer type rather than a forecast for your team.

What the $75 promotion tells you about the regular price

Koncert's Pipeline Accelerator Program page, still live when we checked, offers the AI Flow Dialer at "50% off the regular price, just $75 per seat, per month for 3 months." The same page adds up to 5,000 bonus parallel dials to try the multi line dialer, prices automated local presence and caller ID health at $1 per caller ID, and states the terms in its footnote: B2B only, a minimum of three users, and the offer is only available in the US.

If $75 is half the regular price, the regular AI Flow Dialer seat is about $150 per user a month. That is the single line plan. Koncert publishes nothing that lets you derive the Symphony parallel dialer price, but parallel seats cost more than single line seats at every vendor that publishes both, so expect a Symphony quote above $150. The promotion also tells you two things about how Koncert sells: it is built for teams of three or more, and caller IDs are billed per number rather than bundled without limit.

Third-party directories are less useful here. One lists Koncert, under its former name ConnectLeader, from $90 per user a month without citing a source, and several others simply say "contact vendor." We would not budget from either.

Which Koncert dialer do you actually need?

Koncert sells more dialers than most of its rivals, and the plan you are quoted depends on which one you ask for. Its comparison grid lists five.

  • Click Dialer. One call at a time from the call list screen. Fine for account executives who call a few people a day.
  • Flow Dialer. A single line power dialer that moves to the next contact automatically.
  • AI Flow Dialer. The single line dialer with AI on top. This is what Melody and Melody+ sell.
  • Agent-Assisted Dialer. A multi line dialer where Koncert's human dialing agents work the phone trees, gatekeepers and voicemail systems, and pass your rep only the live conversations. Koncert calls this busy work delegation.
  • AI Parallel Dialer. Several lines at once per rep, connecting whoever answers first. This is Symphony and Symphony+.

The Agent-Assisted Dialer is the unusual one and the reason Koncert still wins deals against cheaper parallel dialers. A parallel dialer fails on enterprise targets because almost nobody at a large company answers a direct line, and the rep spends the hour listening to phone menus. Having a person navigate the tree is slower than a machine, but it reaches extensions a parallel dialer cannot. Ask for it by name if your list is mostly companies with switchboards, and ask how it is priced, because it is a service with people behind it rather than software alone.

For a list of mobile numbers and small company direct dials, the AI Parallel Dialer is the better fit. Line count matters less than it looks: going from four to five lines adds connects, and it also adds answered calls that have to be dropped when two people pick up. We worked through that trade on parallel dialer vs power dialer.

What costs extra on Koncert?

The pricing page lists six power-ups as "add-ons that supercharge any plan," with no price on any of them.

Add-onWhat it doesPublished price
Koncert PhoneCloud business phone for inbound and outbound outside the dialerNone
AI Voice AgentHolds a conversation when your team cannot pick up and books time on the calendarNone
Data ResearcherScores each lead on how likely the phone is to be answered, with human verified contact dataNone
AI PitchLabAI roleplay so reps rehearse pitches and objectionsNone
Koncert CadenceSequencer across phone, email, video, text and socialNone
Waterfall Data EnrichmentReplaces bad numbers and fills missing contact details before you dialNone

Two of these change the real cost more than the others. Data enrichment is metered at every vendor that publishes it, and Salesfinity, for comparison, charges $0.30 per valid number found. And the AI Voice Agent puts Koncert in the same purchase as an AI SDR, which is worth knowing if you are pricing both.

Koncert vs Salesfinity, Orum and Nooks on price

Of the four parallel dialers SDR leaders usually shortlist, one publishes a real price.

VendorLines per repPublished priceMinimum
Koncert1 to 4 (Symphony), 1 to 5 (Symphony+)None. Promotion implies about $150 for the single line seatThree users on the promotion
SalesfinityUp to 5Gold $299 per user a month, monthly. Enterprise by annual quoteNone on Gold
OrumUp to 10None. Request PricingNine seats, printed on the plan
NooksNot publishedNone. Vendr median contract $30,105 a yearNot published

Our reads of the other three are in Orum dialer pricing and Nooks pricing, and the Salesfinity plan detail is on its own page linked above.

What would a 5 or 10 rep Koncert team pay?

Take the roughly $150 regular single line price the promotion implies. Five reps on the AI Flow Dialer would be about $750 a month, or $9,000 a year, and ten reps about $1,500 a month, or $18,000 a year, before caller IDs, enrichment or any power-up. Those figures are our estimate from a promotional page, not a quote, and a parallel dialer quote will be higher.

For comparison, five Salesfinity Gold seats are $1,495 a month with five lines each, published and month to month. So the honest summary is this. If you only need a single line power dialer with good coaching tools, Koncert is likely to come in under Salesfinity. If you need parallel lines, get both quotes in writing, because the gap probably closes.

Questions to ask before you sign a Koncert quote

  • Which of the five dialers is the quote written against, and how many lines does it allow per rep?
  • Is the Agent-Assisted Dialer priced per seat, per connect or per hour of agent time?
  • How many caller IDs are included, and is each additional number still $1?
  • Which power-ups are in the quote, and which ones did the demo show that are not?
  • What is the contract term, the renewal notice period and the price protection at renewal?
  • Is there a minimum seat count, and can unused seats be reassigned when a rep leaves?

Most US companies big enough to buy an annual dialer contract will route it through finance first, so it helps to have the seat count, term and add-ons fixed before you raise the purchase order, rather than discovering a power-up line after approval.

When an AI SDR is the better buy than a parallel dialer

Every Koncert plan, like every parallel dialer, assumes a human rep is waiting for the connect. That is the right model for cold calls to mobile numbers, where an artificial voice would need prior express consent under the TCPA. It is the wrong model for the calls a team loses most often: inbound demo requests, trial signups and opted in leads that go cold if nobody calls within minutes.

Those calls are what an AI SDR handles without a rep on the line. ColdCalls.ai starts at $499 a month for one AI SDR seat with 250 connected minutes, and Growth is $1,490 for three seats and 800 minutes. The agent calls each new lead within seconds, qualifies on your criteria, handles the common objections and books the meeting on your calendar. The full side by side with dialers is on AI dialer, and the plans are on pricing. Many teams run both: reps on a parallel dialer for cold lists, and an AI agent working speed to lead.
