Salesfinity pricing starts at $299 per user a month on the Gold plan, billed monthly with no contract and aimed at teams of one to five reps. Enterprise and Enterprise Plus are custom quotes on annual agreements. Every plan includes unlimited dials under fair use and up to five parallel lines, while phone enrichment costs extra at $0.30 per valid number. We read these figures on salesfinity.ai on October 14, 2026.
Why it works
What your team gets with Salesfinity pricing
Gold is the only published price
$299 per user a month, billed monthly, self-serve, cancel any time. Enterprise and Enterprise Plus are annual quotes. The $200 Silver plan that review sites still list is not on the current page.
Unlimited dials, metered data
Dials and minutes carry no charge under fair use. Boss Mode number scoring is capped at 500 credits a month on Gold, and SmartEnrich enrichment costs $0.30 for each valid number it finds.
Five lines and ten caller IDs
Every plan dials up to five lines in parallel. Gold and Enterprise rotate 10 caller IDs, Enterprise Plus rotates 20, and only Enterprise Plus can call outside the US and Canada.
What it handles
Dialed, disclosed and booked on autopilot
The agent works your lead list, discloses it is an AI on every call, scrubs against DNC in real time, qualifies the prospect, handles objections, and books the meeting straight into your calendar and CRM.
- Calls every new inbound lead within seconds, while your SDRs keep their dial blocks on cold lists
- One flat fee per AI seat with connected minutes pooled by plan, so there is no seat plus enrichment plus add-on stack
- Federal and state DNC suppression checked at dial time, not from a list scrubbed last month
- Calling windows enforced in the prospect time zone, and the AI disclosed at the top of every call
- Handles the common objections, qualifies on your criteria and books the meeting on your calendar
- Writes every outcome, transcript and recording back to your CRM so reps never re-key notes
The landscape
Salesfinity against the parallel dialers SDR teams compare it with
Salesfinity and Koncert were read from their own pricing pages on October 14, 2026, CloudTalk on October 3, 2026, Orum on September 2, 2026 and PhoneBurner in October 2026. Nooks publishes no price, so its row cites the contract data Vendr publishes.
| Vendor | What you are buying | Published US price | What the price does not show |
|---|---|---|---|
| Salesfinity | AI parallel dialer for B2B SDR teams, up to 5 lines on every plan | Gold $299 per user a month, monthly. Enterprise and Enterprise Plus by annual quote | The only parallel dialer here you can start on a card without a demo. The fair use threshold on unlimited dials is not published |
| Orum | Parallel dialer, up to 10 lines on the current page | No figure. Request Pricing | A minimum of 9 seats is printed on the plan, so a team of three cannot buy it at all |
| Nooks | Parallel dialer with AI coaching and a virtual salesfloor | No figure on its site. Vendr reports a median contract of $30,105 a year | Vendr estimates $65 to $150 per user a month depending on tier, term and seat count |
| Koncert | AI Parallel Dialer at 1 to 4 lines on Symphony and 1 to 5 on Symphony+, plus single line dialers | No figure. Get Pricing on every tier | Also sells an agent assisted dialer where human agents work the phone trees and gatekeepers for your rep |
| CloudTalk | Business phone system with a Parallel Dialer add-on, up to 10 lines | $25 to $49 per user a month billed annually, plus $39 per user for the Parallel Dialer | The dialer is an add-on on top of the phone seat, and the Expert tier has a three licence minimum |
| PhoneBurner | Single line power dialer with CRM write-back | $140, $165 or $183 per user a month billed annually | One line at a time, so it never drops an answered call, and it never reaches five people at once either |
| ColdCalls.ai | An AI voice agent that holds the conversation, qualifies the prospect and books the meeting | Starter $499 (1 seat), Growth $1,490 (3 seats), Scale $3,900 (10 seats), Enterprise $7,800 (20 seats) a month | No rep has to be on the line. Strongest on inbound and opted in leads, where calling first decides who gets the meeting |
Team totals on this page are our arithmetic on the prices each vendor published on the date shown. A vendor with no published figure is quote only, which says nothing about whether the quote is high or low.
How much does Salesfinity cost?
Salesfinity costs $299 per user a month on its Gold plan, and that is the only price it publishes. Gold is self-serve, billed monthly and cancellable at any time, and Salesfinity describes it as built for teams of one to five sales reps. Enterprise and Enterprise Plus are custom quotes, billed annually, and the page says plainly that Enterprise is annual agreements only.
The $299 seat covers a lot. It includes the AI Parallel Dialer at up to five lines with unlimited dials, 10 rotating caller IDs with SmartGuard and SmartRotate, 500 Boss Mode credits a month for number scoring, SmartEnrich waterfall enrichment (paid by credit), all the core CRM and sequencer integrations, Nurture AI follow-ups, AI call summaries, SmartGenie research, and API and MCP access. Support on Gold is email plus the help center, with no dedicated success manager.
Three things cost more or need a higher tier. SmartEnrich enrichment is $0.30 for each valid phone number it returns. The AI Companion, an agent that does research, list building and follow-ups, is an add-on on every plan, priced per team through sales. And calling outside the US and Canada is only on Enterprise Plus.
One warning about the numbers you will find elsewhere. Several review and directory sites still list a Silver plan at $200 per user a month. That plan is not on the pricing page we read on October 14, 2026, which shows Gold, Enterprise and Enterprise Plus only.
What does Salesfinity cost for a team of 3, 5 or 10 reps?
On Gold the math is linear. Three reps cost $897 a month. Five reps cost $1,495 a month, which is $17,940 a year, and nothing in the terms changes as you add seats. That arithmetic is ours, on the published $299.
Ten reps is a different conversation. Salesfinity positions Gold for one to five reps and Enterprise for teams of five to 100 or more, so a ten seat team should expect to be steered into an annual Enterprise quote rather than paying $2,990 a month on Gold. Enterprise adds what a manager runs a floor with: user permissions and multiple teams, AI coaching with objection training and battlecards, a virtual salesfloor and leaderboard, AI reporting with SDR scorecards, 1,000 Boss Mode credits a month, a dedicated success manager, white glove onboarding and migration, and support SLAs.
There is one lever that lowers an Enterprise bill, and it is easy to miss. Salesfinity sells AE seats on Enterprise plans, a reduced rate seat for account executives who only dial occasionally. If four of your ten people are closers who make a handful of calls a day, ask for the AE seat price before you sign. It can take a real slice off the annual total.
Compare that with the two rivals SDR leaders usually shortlist. Orum publishes no price and prints a nine seat minimum above its plan, which we covered in Orum dialer pricing. Nooks publishes no price either; Vendr reports a median Nooks contract of $30,105 a year across 57 purchases, set out in Nooks pricing. Five Salesfinity Gold seats for a full year, at $17,940, is the only figure among the three you can put in a budget without a sales call.
Are Salesfinity dials and minutes really unlimited?
Mostly, with an asterisk. The pricing page says every plan includes unlimited dials and up to five parallel lines, and its FAQ answers the question of whether dials or minutes cost extra with a plain no. The footnote under the plans adds that unlimited dials and parallel lines are subject to fair usage terms. The page does not print a threshold, so if your team runs four hour dial blocks every day, get the fair usage number in writing before you commit a full floor.
What Salesfinity meters is data, not dialing. Boss Mode scores a phone number for pickup likelihood, carrier and line type, and each credit scores one number: 500 a month on Gold, 1,000 on Enterprise. SmartEnrich, the waterfall enrichment across seven or more data providers, costs $0.30 for each valid phone number found, and you are not charged when the waterfall comes back empty. Send 3,000 contacts through it and get 1,000 valid numbers back, and that is $300 on top of the seats. Enterprise Plus includes 200 SmartEnrich credits per user a month; Gold and Enterprise buy credit packs as needed.
The cap that matters most for connect rates is caller IDs. Gold and Enterprise rotate 10 numbers and Enterprise Plus rotates 20. At five lines per rep, a small number pool takes a lot of volume per number, and carrier analytics label numbers partly on velocity. The playbook for keeping them clean is in how to avoid spam likely on outbound calls, and the vendors that sell number reputation are priced on branded caller ID.
Salesfinity vs Nooks and Orum on price and lines
Salesfinity is the only one of the three that publishes a price. Gold is $299 per user a month, month to month. Nooks shows no price on its site, and the best sourced figure is Vendr's estimate of roughly $65 to $150 per user a month depending on tier, term and seat count. Orum shows Request Pricing and a nine seat minimum.
The practical split is team size. A two person startup can sign up for Salesfinity Gold with a card the same day. It cannot buy Orum at all because of the seat floor, and it will be in a sales cycle with Nooks. A 30 rep floor that wants coaching, a live salesfloor and a success manager will be quoting all three on annual terms anyway, and at that size the Gold list price stops being the comparison. What matters then is the per seat rate in the quote, the AE seat discount, and how much enrichment is bundled.
On lines they sit in the same band. Salesfinity dials up to five, Orum up to 10 on its current page, and Koncert 1 to 4 on Symphony and 1 to 5 on Symphony+, with its prices also behind a form, as we found in Koncert dialer pricing. More lines mean more connects per hour and also more answered calls that have to be dropped when two people pick up at once. That tradeoff, and the line ceilings of ten vendors, are on parallel dialer software.
Is a five line parallel dialer legal for cold calling?
Yes, the dialer is legal. The risk depends on who is on the list and what happens when two people answer at once. A parallel dialer connects whoever picks up first and drops the other lines, so on a good list some answered calls are always dropped.
For business to business calls the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule largely exempts calls to businesses, which is why parallel dialers are sold to B2B SDR teams. The TCPA and state laws still apply to the numbers you dial, and most B2B contact data today is mobile numbers. Dialing a mobile number with a live rep is fine without consent; leaving a prerecorded or artificial voice message on it is not.
If you call consumers, the abandoned call rule applies. No more than 3 percent of calls answered by a live person may be abandoned, measured per campaign over each 30 day period, and a call counts as abandoned when the person is not connected to a rep within two seconds of finishing their greeting. One rep on five lines can breach that quickly on a list that answers well. We walk through the mechanics in are power dialers illegal.
When Salesfinity is the right buy, and when an AI SDR costs less
Salesfinity is the right buy when you already have SDRs, the list is cold B2B with many mobile numbers, and the constraint is live conversations per rep per hour. At $299 a seat with five lines and native CRM sync it is one of the simplest parallel dialers to buy, and the only one in its group you can start on a card.
It is the wrong purchase when there are no reps to put in the seats, or when most of the calling is speed to lead on inbound forms and opted in contacts. That is the work an AI SDR does with no human on the line. ColdCalls.ai Growth is $1,490 a month for three AI SDR seats with 800 connected minutes, close to the $1,495 that five Salesfinity Gold seats cost before a single salary. The AI seat calls a new lead within seconds, qualifies on your criteria, handles the common objections and books the meeting on your calendar inside the calling hours you set. The full feature by feature comparison is on AI dialer.
Many teams end up running both. Reps stay on a parallel dialer for cold mobile numbers, where an artificial voice would need prior express consent under the TCPA, and an AI agent works the inbound and consented leads that go cold if nobody calls in five minutes. If you want to hear the AI side on your own pitch first, the Call Studio demo near the top of this page runs one call.
