Skip the dialing. Our AI SDR calls your leads, qualifies them and books meetings into your calendar. From $499 a month.
Regie.ai pricing is now self-serve and credit based. RegieGO has four plans: Free at $0 with 250 one-time credits per person, Pro at $49 a month (or $41 billed annually) with 5,000 credits a month, Team at $150 per seat a month (or $125 annually) with 15,000 credits per seat and a two seat minimum, and Enterprise at a custom price. The $180 and $499 per user plans that most roundups still quote are not on Regie's pricing page. Read from regie.ai/pricing on October 8, 2026.
That repricing matters if you budgeted Regie off an old article. A ten seat team on the old AI Sales Engagement Platform figure would have planned for $21,600 a year before add-ons. The same ten people on Team, billed annually, list at $15,000. And a solo rep who would never have cleared a ten seat minimum can now start on Pro for less than a business phone line.
How much does Regie.ai cost?
Regie.ai costs between $0 and $150 per person a month on its published plans, and the whole difference between the tiers is the size of the credit allowance and whether the credits are shared. Here is the page as published:
| Plan | Monthly billing | Annual billing | Credits | Who it is for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | 250 per person, one time, never expire | Trying it, up to 10 people on one shared pool |
| Pro | $49 a month | $41 a month | 5,000 a month, or 60,000 up front on annual | One person filling their own pipeline |
| Team | $150 per seat a month | $125 per seat a month | 15,000 per seat a month, or 180,000 up front on annual, one shared pool | Two or more people, two seat minimum |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Volume credits priced to your team | Custom CRM sync, advanced analytics, SOC 2 review |
Annual billing is labeled as a 17 percent saving. Pro on annual is $41 times 12, so $492 for the year paid up front. The minimum Team purchase on annual is two seats at $125, which is $250 a month or $3,000 a year.
What do Regie.ai credits pay for?
Credits pay for four things, in Regie's words: "Researching accounts, drafting messages, enriching contacts, and dialing." Enrichment that finds nothing is free. Everything else draws from the same pool, which means your dialing budget and your research budget are the same number.
Three rules on the pricing page decide how far that number stretches:
- Paid credits do not roll over. They reset at the start of each billing period. On annual billing the whole year arrives up front, so a team can spend heavily in one quarter, but whatever is left at renewal is gone.
- You cannot buy extra credits on their own. When the pool runs dry, research, drafting, enrichment and dialing pause until the next refresh, unless the workspace owner has switched on overage billing with a cap they set.
- Free credits are different. The 250 credits each person starts with never expire, and each new person who joins a Free workspace adds 250 to the shared pool, up to 10 people.
What the page does not print is how many credits a call, a minute of dialing or an enriched mobile number costs. Without that rate you cannot convert 15,000 credits into a number of dials. Ask for it in writing before you size the plan, because a team that dials all day will hit the pause long before a team that mostly writes email.
Does Regie.ai have a dialer, and what does it cost?
Yes, and it is now inside the plan rather than an add-on. The pricing page lists "The power dialer, with local numbers you pick" on Pro, and Regie's dialer page says calling is part of every paid plan. RegieGO provisions local numbers by area code or city, checks the do not call list and dialability before each call, screens out answering machines, and files the recording and a transcript recap to the prospect's record and your CRM. The site navigation describes it as parallel dialing with the research done.
That is a real change from the older structure, where third-party guides listed an AI Parallel Dialer at $150 per user a month on top of the platform seat. On the current page there is no separate dialer line. The cost of dialing is the credits it consumes, which brings you back to the missing credits per call rate.
If you are comparing Regie against tools built mainly for calling, our pages on parallel dialer software and power dialer software list the published per seat prices of the dialers SDR teams usually shortlist beside it.
Why do other sites say Regie.ai costs $180 or $499 per user?
Because that was the old price list, and most pricing roundups have not been updated. The figures still circulating are an AI Sales Engagement Platform seat at about $180 per user a month with a ten seat minimum, a Force Multiplier seat at $499, and an Enterprise tier quoted on request. Several of the pages ranking for "regie ai pricing" today, including one written by a direct competitor, still lead with those numbers.
None of them appear on regie.ai/pricing now. The product has been rebuilt around RegieGO, an agentic workspace with its own CRM, and sold self-serve with no contract on Pro and Team. If a sales rep quotes you an older seat price for a legacy product, ask whether RegieGO Team at $125 per seat annually covers the same work, because it is the published alternative.
What does a five rep SDR team pay for Regie.ai?
Our arithmetic on the published prices, dated October 8, 2026:
| Team | Monthly billing | Annual billing | Credits in the pool |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 rep on Pro | $49 a month | $492 a year | 5,000 a month |
| 2 reps on Team (the minimum) | $300 a month | $3,000 a year | 30,000 a month |
| 5 reps on Team | $750 a month | $7,500 a year | 75,000 a month |
| 10 reps on Team | $1,500 a month | $15,000 a year | 150,000 a month |
Those figures are the software only. Each rep is still a salary, and for an SDR that is the biggest line by a wide margin. Regie's own pitch is that it removes what it calls the hello tax, the hours spent finding numbers and reasons to call, so the rep spends more of the day talking. It does not remove the rep.
Two side costs are worth planning for. Each rep sends email from their own Gmail or Outlook, which keeps deliverability tied to your domain, and it also means every mailbox needs the same branding and legal footer, which is where one email signature template across every rep's mailbox saves a manual cleanup. And if you keep your existing CRM, Regie syncs one CRM per workspace (HubSpot, Salesforce or Monday CRM), so a team running two systems needs to pick one.
Is Regie.ai worth it compared with Apollo, Nooks or Orum?
On price, Regie is now at the low end of the SDR tool market. Apollo's paid plans run $49 to $119 per user a month annually with its own credit system and a separate team dialer, covered in Apollo dialer pricing. Nooks and Orum publish no price at all and sell annual contracts by seat, which we priced from purchase data in Nooks pricing and Orum pricing. Salesloft and Outreach sit higher again and sell calling as a separate line.
The honest comparison is about what each tool assumes. All of them, Regie included, assume a person picks up the headset when the dial connects. They make that person faster. If your constraint is that you have two reps and enough leads for six, a faster dialer helps less than more conversations.
Regie.ai vs an AI SDR that holds the call
This is the line between the two categories. RegieGO's agents research, write and queue the calls, and its dialer connects your rep. An AI SDR takes the next step: it places the call, says that it is an AI, handles the opening objection, asks your qualifying questions and books the meeting onto a rep's calendar, then logs the outcome in the CRM. Nobody on your side is on the line until the meeting.
Our plans are printed on the pricing page: Starter is $499 a month for one AI SDR seat with 250 connected minutes, Growth is $1,490 for three seats with 800, and yearly billing halves both. That is more than a Regie Team seat, and it is meant to be compared with a Regie seat plus the rep who sits behind it. Many teams run both: Regie for the research and email, and the AI SDR for the first-touch calls. If you are still weighing a switch, our Regie.ai alternative page sets the two side by side.
Frequently asked questions
How much does Regie.ai cost per month? Pro is $49 a month for one person, or $41 a month on annual billing. Team is $150 per seat a month, or $125 annually, with a two seat minimum. Free is $0 with 250 one-time credits, and Enterprise is custom.
Does Regie.ai have a free plan? Yes. Free costs $0, needs no credit card, and gives each person 250 credits that never expire, with up to 10 people sharing one pool. Calling is listed as part of the paid plans.
Is there a seat minimum on Regie.ai? Team requires at least two seats. Pro is for one person. The ten seat minimum that older guides mention belonged to the previous price list and is not on the current page.
Do Regie.ai credits roll over? No. Paid plan credits reset at the start of each billing period, monthly or annual. Only the 250 starter credits on the Free plan never expire.
Can I buy more Regie.ai credits? Not on their own. When credits run out, work pauses until the refresh, unless the workspace owner turns on overage billing with a spending cap. The page does not print the overage rate.
Does Regie.ai require an annual contract? No. Pro and Team are self-serve and can be cancelled anytime from billing settings. Annual plans are paid up front, and cancelling stops the renewal.
Is ColdCalls.ai an alternative to Regie.ai? For first-touch calling, yes. ColdCalls.ai is an AI SDR that makes the calls itself, qualifies and books meetings, from $499 a month per seat. For AI research and email drafting that a rep then works, Regie is the closer fit.
