Skip the dialing. Our AI SDR calls your leads, qualifies them and books meetings into your calendar. From $499 a month.
Trellus costs $99.99 a month on its Power plan and $149.99 a month on Power + Parallel, and both are sold as plans for individual reps. Business, the tier with real time coaching and team analytics, is custom pricing through a demo. We read every figure here on trellus.ai/pricing on October 22, 2026.
This breakdown is for an SDR manager or founder who wants a power or parallel dialer that runs inside the CRM the team already uses, and who has to pick one this month. It covers what each plan includes, what the page leaves out, what a 5 and a 10 rep team actually pays, and how Trellus stacks up against the other names on the shortlist. If you are still choosing a category, our parallel dialer software comparison covers line limits and per seat prices across the market, and Salesfinity pricing is the closest self serve rival.
How much does Trellus cost?
Trellus publishes two prices and one quote. The two priced plans are labelled "For individuals", and the team plan is labelled "For teams" with a demo button instead of a number.
| Plan | Price on the page | What it adds |
|---|---|---|
| Power | $99.99 a month | Power dialing on all supported platforms, including Google Sheets and Clay, voicemail drop, 5 additional phone numbers with spam remediation, Superhuman for LinkedIn, standard limits |
| Power + Parallel | $149.99 a month | Everything in Power, plus multi line dialing, unlimited AI practice calls, 8 additional phone numbers with spam remediation, high dialing limits |
| Business | Custom pricing | Everything in Power + Parallel, plus customizable AI research and real time coaching, team based analytics and conversational intelligence, custom reporting and AI modeling, standard AI research, custom limits |
The gap between the two published plans is $50 a month. For that you get parallel dialing, a larger pool of numbers and unlimited practice calls against an AI buyer, which Trellus calls practice bots. Reps can rehearse openers and objection handling before a call block, and that is the one feature on the middle plan a manager will notice in week one.
What the Trellus price does not tell you
The page does not say how many lines Power + Parallel dials at once. It says "multi line dialing" and stops there. It also does not define "standard limits" on Power or "high dialing limits" on Power + Parallel. Those two numbers decide how many conversations a rep can have in an hour, so ask for both in writing before you sign anything, the same way you would with any parallel dialer.
Coaching is the second gap. Real time AI coaching, team analytics and conversational intelligence all sit on Business. A manager who wants to listen in, coach live and compare reps is buying the quoted tier, not the $149.99 one. The virtual salesfloor, where a team calls together and managers listen to live calls, is marketed on the product pages; check which plan your quote includes it on.
Third, the figures floating around the web are stale. When we checked the page in August 2026, both prices were struck through beside a $34.99 promotion, and some review aggregators still quote that $34.99. By October 22, 2026 the promotion was gone and only $99.99 and $149.99 were shown. Older directory listings show $50 and $60 plans from an earlier price list. Budget from the two numbers on the vendor's own page.
Finally, Trellus is a Chrome extension that works inside your CRM or sales platform rather than a separate calling app. Its integration list covers Salesloft, Outreach, Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Sheets, GoHighLevel, Close, Attio, Zoho and others. Trellus' own FAQ says calling surfaces, dialing modes and how results are saved differ by platform, so run a small call block and confirm the activity lands on the right record before you roll it out. The company is SOC 2 Type II, came through Y Combinator in Winter 2022, and publishes a Call Data API with MCP setup guides if you want call data in your own reporting.
What a Trellus team actually pays
Trellus does not publish a team price for its two self serve plans. The table below is our arithmetic, assuming one individual plan per rep at the October 22, 2026 rates, before any phone numbers beyond the included ones.
| Team size | Power | Power + Parallel |
|---|---|---|
| 1 rep | $99.99 a month | $149.99 a month |
| 5 reps | $499.95 a month ($5,999.40 a year) | $749.95 a month ($8,999.40 a year) |
| 10 reps | $999.90 a month ($11,998.80 a year) | $1,499.90 a month ($17,998.80 a year) |
If the team also wants live coaching and analytics, the comparison changes. At that point you are on Business by quote, and the honest way to evaluate it is to ask for the per rep figure and set it against the 10 rep Power + Parallel line above.
Trellus vs Nooks, Salesfinity, WAVV and Orum pricing
Every figure below was read from the vendor's own page on the date noted on our individual pricing pages, except where we say a third party is the source.
| Vendor | Published price | Catch |
|---|---|---|
| Trellus | $99.99 Power, $149.99 Power + Parallel a month | Line count and dialing limits not printed, coaching on Business |
| Salesfinity | Gold $299 per user a month, self serve, for 1 to 5 reps | Enterprise tiers are annual only, up to 5 parallel lines subject to fair usage |
| Nooks | No published price. Vendr reports a median contract of $30,105 a year | Quote only, roughly $65 to $150 per user a month on aggregated contract data |
| WAVV | Single Line $99, Multi Line $149 per seat a month (up to 3 lines) | 15 percent off quarterly, 30 percent off annually |
| Orum | No published price, minimum 9 seats | Priced by package type and number of users |
| ColdCalls.ai | Starter $499 a month (1 AI SDR seat, 250 connected minutes), Growth $1,490 (3 seats), Scale $3,900 (10 seats), half on yearly billing | Costs more than a single dialer seat, because the AI holds the call itself and no rep needs to be on the line |
The closest like for like match is WAVV, which costs almost exactly the same per seat and prints its line count. We break down the quoted vendors on Nooks pricing and Orum pricing, and the discount grid on WAVV pricing.
Is Trellus worth it for a small SDR team?
For 1 to 5 reps who already work out of a supported CRM, yes. It is one of the cheapest published parallel dialers on the market, it lives where the rep already works, and the practice bots are useful for ramping new hires. Salesfinity at $299 a seat costs twice as much for a self serve team, and Orum will not sell to a team under nine.
Where it is weaker is transparency. With no published line count and no defined dialing limit, you cannot compare Power + Parallel against WAVV's three lines or Salesfinity's five without a sales conversation, and coaching is gated behind the quote. There is also a practical side effect of any parallel dialer: it burns through a call list several times faster than one at a time dialing, so within a few weeks the list, not the dialer, becomes the constraint. Teams that hit that wall usually pair the dialer with an AI lead generator built for B2B sales teams so the next block always has fresh, verified contacts to work.
When an AI SDR is the better buy than another dialer seat
A dialer, power or parallel, makes a human rep faster. Somebody still has to be on the headset when the prospect answers, handle the objection and book the meeting. If you are buying seats because the team cannot keep up with inbound and opted in leads, or because nobody is free to call a lead back within minutes, the constraint is people, not dial speed.
That is the case an AI SDR is built for. Ours places the call, says it is an AI at the start, holds the conversation, handles the common objections, checks federal and state DNC at dial time and books the meeting onto a rep's calendar. Plans are published in full on our pricing page, and the AI voice agent for sales page compares it with the build it yourself platforms. If you are still weighing the two human dialing modes against each other, parallel dialer vs power dialer walks through which one fits which list.
Trellus pricing questions
Does Trellus have a free trial?
The Trellus pricing page does not advertise a free trial. Instead it offers an interactive product tour that runs on sample data, places no real calls and does not touch your CRM, plus a demo booked through the site. Ask on the demo whether a short paid month or pilot is available for your team.
Is Trellus priced per user?
The two self serve plans are labelled for individuals at a monthly price, $99.99 for Power and $149.99 for Power + Parallel. The page does not print a team rate, so for budgeting assume one plan per rep and confirm with Trellus. Team features such as coaching and analytics sit on the quoted Business plan.
Does Trellus work with HubSpot and Salesforce?
Yes. HubSpot and Salesforce are both on the Trellus integration list, alongside Salesloft, Outreach, Apollo, Close, Attio and Google Sheets. Trellus notes that calling surfaces, dialing modes and how results are written back differ by platform, so test a small call block and check the activity on the CRM record first.
What is the difference between Trellus Power and Power + Parallel?
Power dials one contact at a time, and Power + Parallel places several calls at once to find a live conversation faster. The parallel plan also adds unlimited AI practice calls, 8 extra phone numbers instead of 5 and higher dialing limits. The difference is $50 a month, $149.99 against $99.99.
What is a good Trellus alternative?
WAVV is the closest match at $99 and $149 a seat with a published three line limit. Salesfinity suits a team that wants up to five lines on a $299 self serve seat. If the real problem is that no rep is free to take the call, an AI SDR that holds the conversation itself is the better fit.
